Description

【0001】

[0001]
[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a thin-walled flexible pipe joint used for connecting between pipes.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a flexible pipe joint that connects between pipes has an enlarged diameter portion formed at both ends of a flexible tube to prevent a cap nut provided at both ends from coming off. The female screw engraved on the inner wall and the male screw engraved on the outer wall of the metal fitting to be connected are screwed together to connect the two.
[0003]
At this time, the reduced diameter portion formed on the cap nut pushes the enlarged portion formed on the end of the flexible tube in the direction of the pipe in accordance with the rotation of the cap nut, and the end face of the fitting and the end face of the enlarged portion of the flexible tube. Pressure is interposed between the tubes through a packing to structurally shut off the inside and outside of the tube.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the internal pressure of the thin flexible pipe joint is generated, the corrugated pipe portion of the flexible pipe tends to expand. At that time, since the both ends of the pipe are fixed, a corrugated pipe portion may be bent, and a pulling force may be generated between the end faces of the enlarged-diameter portion, and the pipe may be pulled out. And a structure in which the end of the end face of the enlarged diameter portion is folded toward the packing side to make it double.
[0005]
Further, in the above structure, the corrugated tube portion is hard to bend because the thickness is large, and the effects of expansion and contraction and displacement are reduced.
[0006]
When a thin flexible tube is used, the end portion is bent toward the packing side to increase the strength at the end face of the enlarged diameter portion, and the end portion is doubled, so that a narrow gap is formed at a portion where the end portion contacts the fluid inside. It is not suitable for foods and medicines because the liquid accumulates in the gaps, causing corrosion and germs.
[0007]
[Means for solving the invention]
By inserting a thin-walled tube around the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion of the thin-walled flexible tube and bending the both ends outward at the same time as the thin-walled tube, the cylindrical portion becomes thicker. The effects of expansion and contraction and displacement also increase.
[0008]
Even if a higher internal pressure occurs and affects the end face of the enlarged diameter portion, the end of the end face of the enlarged diameter portion is bent to the opposite side to be doubled, thereby preventing the end portion from becoming detached.
[00010]
However, in the conventional method of bending to double, the end portion of the end surface of the enlarged diameter portion is bent toward the packing side, so that a narrow gap is formed in a portion where the end portion contacts the fluid inside, and the liquid is filled in the gap. It was not suitable for foods and chemicals because of accumulation, corrosion and germs.
[Embodiment of the invention]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a view showing an embodiment of a thin-walled flexible pipe joint according to the present invention, which is shown in a partial cross section. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a portion A in FIG.
[00011]
The thin-walled flexible pipe joint 2 includes a thin-walled flexible tube 1 made of a metal corrugated tube and both ends of the thin-walled flexible tube 1 for preventing the cap nuts 3 provided at both ends of the thin-walled flexible tube 1 from coming off. The enlarged-diameter portion 7 formed by bending and the reduced-diameter portion 8 of the cap nut 3 are connected via a packing 6 to a fitting 4 as a piping-side member.
[00012]
In this embodiment, the end of the pipe 5 is provided with a tapered female screw 13 and cannot be directly screwed if the straight female screw 9 is provided. Therefore, an adapter for connecting the cap nut 3 is provided. A metal fitting 4 having a tapered male screw 14 at one end and a straight male screw 10 at the other end is screwed to the pipe 5 in this order.
[00013]
FIG. 2 shows that the thin tube 12 is inserted into the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion of the thin flexible tube 1, bent and formed at the same time, and the end portion 15 of the formed enlarged diameter portion 7 is bent in the opposite direction to the packing side, so that a gap is formed. It has a structure that increases the strength by eliminating.
[00014]
FIG. 3 shows a conventional structure in which the end portion 15 of the enlarged diameter portion 7 of the thin flexible tube 1 is bent toward the packing, so that a gap 11 is formed.
