【考案の属する技術分野】
この考案は、物を吊るしたり掛けたりするハンガーに係り、更に詳述すれば湾曲折り曲げが自在なロットの両端に構造物への取付け手段を設けたツインクランプハンガーに関するものである。

物を掛けるハンガーとしては、それ自体曲げることが出来ないロットの両端に構造物への取付け手段として、吸盤やフックを取付けたものが、また物を吊るすカードホルダーとしては、一般に支持体の一端には置台が他方にクランプあるいはクリップを取り付けた構成の物が供用されている。

しかし、従来の物を掛けるハンガーは、ロットとこのハンガーを取付ける構造物との取付け間隔や、複数の取付け手段同士の間隔も予め取付け手段の構造やロットの長さで決まってしまっている。
複数の取付け手段同士の間隔を可変できるものとして、特許文献1に示すように、一対のフック間に、それ自体曲げることのできない複数本のロットを関節機構を介して連接して取付け、前記関節機構部分で折り曲げることで2個の取付け手段間の間隔を加減できるハンガーがある。

また、特許文献2に示すように、それぞれ一端にフックを取付けた2本のロットを、前記したフック取付け側とは反対側をこのロットの直径よりも内径が若干大径のパイプの両端からそれぞれパイプ内に挿入し、ロットおよびパイプの軸心方向に前記ロットの長さで限定される長さだけ伸縮し得るクオークロットがある。
また、直接2個のクリップまたはクランプを物を挟持する側が外側に向くように手持ち側で一体に結合したものや、両クリップまたはクランプの手持ち側間に関節機構を介在させて双方のクリップまたはクランプを一体に結合したものが「カードホルダー」として市販されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】

特許文献1に記載のハンガーは、複数本のロットを関節機構を介して連接した構成なので折り曲げ位置が限定されていることと、ロットを含めて任意な形状に変形させることが出来ない。

また、特許文献2に記載のクオークロットは、それを構成するパイプとロットの中心線方向のみにしか伸縮することが出来ない。

さらに、前記の「カードホルダー」は2個のクリップまたはクランプの手持ち側が直接または小さい関節機構を介して一体に結合されているので両クリップまたはクランプ間でクリップまたはクランプ同士の向きを変えることが出来なかったり、関節を介して変えられても両クリップまたはクランプ間の間隔が短いので取付け位置や用途等が制限されることが多い。
また、前者のハンガー機能と、後者のホルダー機能を兼ね備えた物を考案者は知らない。
【課題を解決するための手段】

この考案は、前記した特許文献1,2および「カードホルダー」における前記課題を、長さ方向のあらゆる部分で湾曲,折り曲げが自在なロットの両端にこの両端を構造物に取付けるための取付け手段を設けることで解決すると共に、ホルダーの機能を兼ね備えたハンガーを提供することを目的とするものである。
【考案の実施の形態】

この考案のツインクランプハンガーは、図1および図2に示すように、長さ方向のあらゆる部分で湾曲折り曲げが自在でかつ特別な外力が加わらない限り曲げた状態を維持可能なロット1の両端にこの両端を構造物に取付けるための取付け手段2a,2bを設けた構成である。

前記ロット1は、図1〜図3に示すように、ステンレスの細幅長尺板を螺旋状に巻き上げてパイプ状に加工する工程で周囲に蛇腹(ベローズまたはビード)を形成させた螺旋状パイプ本体11とその一方の端には後述する取付け手段2aを取付けるための螺桿13aを突設したジョイント12aを、他方の端にも後述する取付け手段2aを取付けるための螺桿13bを突設したジョイント12bをそれぞれ取付けた構成である。
前記パイプ部分には模様等を施した可撓性のチューブ等を被せると金属色に比し趣が異なる。
前記パイプの直径は5mm〜10mm程度の大きさが好ましい。

前記した構造物A等に取付けるための取付け手段2a,2bは、一般的な挟持用のハンドクリッパーと同じような構造で、図1〜図3に示すように、板状部材の略中央部から張出し略中央部に軸孔23a,23bを明けた一対の軸受け部22a,22bをそれぞれ一側に直角に折り曲げた一対の挟持部材21a,21bと、軸24、両端が角状に異なる方向に延出したキックスプリング25、前記挟持部材の一端に嵌着するゴムあるいはプラスチック製の弾性部材26とからなる。

前記取付け手段2a,2bを構成する一方の挟持部材21aの軸受け部22a,22bよりも若干手持ち側に寄った位置に明けた取付け孔27a,27bにロット1の両端に取付けたジョイント12a,12bの各螺桿13a,13bをそれぞれ挿入してこの各螺桿13a,13bにワッシャーを介してナット14a,14bを螺入して取付け固定する。

この考案のツインクランプハンガーは、以上のような構成であり、使用にあたっては、図4に示すように一方の前記取付け手段2aで机等の構造物Aを挟持して取付け位置を確保し、他方の前記取付け手段2bでカードまたは原稿Bの上縁を挟持してロット1を作業者が前記カードまたは原稿を見易いように逆U字状に曲げることで「カードホルダー」または「書類台」として使用できる。
また、図示してはいないが、双方の取付け手段2a,2bでロット1が水平な状態になるように構造物Aの2箇所を挟持すればハンカチやタオルハンガーとして使用することができる。
さらに、ロット1を外側に湾曲させて双方の取付け手段2a,2bで構造物Aの2箇所を挟持すれば、前記構造物Aと湾曲したロット1との間でゴルフバック等自立性の悪いものの転倒防止用ハンガーとしての利用が可能である。
【考案の効果】
請求項1〜3に記載の長さ方向のあらゆる部分で湾曲折り曲げが自在なフレキシブル(螺旋)パイプからなるロットの両端にこのロットを構造物に取付けるためのハンドクランパーの如き取付け手段をそれぞれ設けたので、ロットの形状を自由に変形することあまり制限をうけない取付けがができ、加えてハンガーとホルダーの機能を兼ね備えたハンガーとして利用範囲が広い等の効果を有する。
