Abstract

【解決手段】トラップに空気弁1を設置する。一度に多数の使用が重なり、本管の流水が大量になって圧力が低くなった場合、排水管内の空気やトラップ内の封水を本管へと引き込もうとする力が働くが、その、圧力が低い方へと引き込む力によって、可動レバーが空気穴を押える方向とは逆方向へと引かれるため、押えていた空気穴を解放する。すると、空気穴が解放される事で、空気の流れが発生し、トラップ内の封水が本管へと引き込まれることはなくなる。

マンション等の集合住宅において、一時的に多数の使用が重なると、本管の中を流れる水量が急激に増し、本管内の圧力が低くなる。そのため本管に接続している配水管内部では、本管側に空気が引かれ、更にその先に接続しているトラップ内に常時ある封水も本管側に引かれ、徐々に吸い出されるため、封水はトラップ内に少量しか残らず、時間がたつとトラップ内に封水が無くなってしまうという問題点があった。

本考案は、トラップに空気弁を設置する事により、一時的に多量の使用があっても排水管等の圧力の変化に対応して、トラップ内の封水の流出を防ぐ手段を設けることとしている。

本考案の空気弁付きトラップでは、トラップの上部に空気弁を設ける。
