【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は要人の警護、保安任務等に携わる警備要員が携帯して自己の身体を護るために用いる警棒の携帯用ケースに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、この種のケース（容器）は、数多く開発され使用されている、又本出願人が意匠登録第７７２０５６号、特願平５−１７１９７４号等で開示し、現在広く使用されていることは周知である。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
上述のように従来のケース体においては、警棒を縮小し身体の腰のベルトに挿着、或いは私服の場合等にあっては拳銃と同様に上衣の下部の襷掛けケースに収納されて用いられている。

上記の状態においては何らの課題も存しないのであるが前述の如く警棒の使用者が腰のベルトに装着しての歩行中或いは立番の場合等には何等の問題も存しないのであるが、例えば緊急自動車等に乗車時、つまり腰を下ろした状態においては、警棒ケースの長手方向の下方部が座席の表面に当接し、極めて座り心地が悪く、長時間の乗車時にあっては、該警棒を抜脱する等の課題を有した。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述のように広汎に用いられている伸縮警棒用ケースを現況のように垂直方向に固定された状態で使用する或いは着席時に抜脱することなく当該警棒用ケースを水平方向に半回動させることによって使い勝手の良い伸縮警棒用ケースを得ることを手段とするものである。

【実施例】
以下、添付図面に基づいて一実施例を説明する。
図１に実線で示すように、本件伸縮警棒用ケース（１）は使用者の腰のベルトに挿着して用いられる為に垂直方向にベルトに固着されていた。
本考案の警棒用半回動ケース体にあっては、同図に破線（点線）及び実線で示すように段階的に半回動する構成としたものであり、回動する状態を説明のため表した一部を省略した正面説明図である。
図２は、当該ケース体の上方部位（２）と下方部位（３）の合体状態の側面を一部断面で表した説明図である。
上方部位（２）の最上部（４）に閉鎖自在としたベルト通し（５）を鋲着して設ける。次に上方部位（２）の下端部（６）に下方部位（３）が左右に二段階に半回転状に可動支承する枢支部材（７）を固設する。該枢支部材（７）と下方部位（３）の上端部（８）の裏面に設けた枢支部材（７）の他面を連接させ一体のケース体をを形成する。
即ち、上方部位（２）と下方部位（３）が枢支部材（７）を介して連係されるのである。
次に下方部位（３）の表面に設けた縮小警棒を収納する円筒形状のポケットを縫着形成する。更に該ポケットの上部へ収納した警棒の落脱を防止するため係止用帯体を回動自在に鋲着して構成したものである。

【考案の効果】
上述のように構成したことによつて、従来存しなかった使い勝手が良く、極めて利便性に勝れた効果を有するものである。
