【目的】従来の動力噴霧機は、圧力コンプレッサーを作動する為に人力、バッテリー、或いは電力、別のエンジンの動力源を使い噴霧作業を行なって参りましたが、本考案は車輌に圧力コンプレッサーを取り付け車両のエンジンパワーを動力源として作業自体の安全と能率のアップに繋がる噴霧器を提供する。
【構成】噴霧圧力コンプレッサーの動力源を、自動車エンジンとする為にエンジンとラジエター、冷却ファンの後方の、クランク軸に、プーリーを取り付け圧力コンプレッサー側の、プーリーと、ベルトで連動させ、圧力コンプレッサーを作動する特徴とする。

従来型は、次のような欠点が有りました。屋外作業に行く時人が運ぶか車両の荷台に乗せるかして作業場まで行きました。これはかなりの力を必要とし、かつ足場の悪い場所では危険でもあります。又、昨今の日本の農業も大型化してまいりました故に従来型の動力噴霧機もパワーの必要を余儀なくされて居ります。それに伴ない重量も増して居りますので、本考案は以上のような欠点を無くす為従来型より便利でかつ低価格ですむ為に成されたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
噴霧機圧力コンプレッサーを自動車用エンジンとVベルトで連動させた高圧力噴霧機である。本考案は以上の構成よりなる動力噴霧機である。

【作用】車両エンジンのギヤーをパーキングかニュートラルにいれてエンジンを始動させ、圧力コンプレッサーを連動させ高圧噴霧機を使用する。

【実施例】
以下本考案の実施例について説明する。農作物の防除用噴霧コンプレッサーを自動車エンジンを動力源として使用する事により農作物の防除、野菜、根菜類の洗浄、吹き付け塗装、給水、排水ポンプに使用した結果、自動車用エンジンの馬力は噴霧機用エンジンに比べて馬力が大きい為、自動車用エンジンの回転がスローでも圧力コンプレッサーの回転が上がるように自動車用エンジンに取り付けるプーリーの経を大きくする事によって、圧力コンプレッサーの回転を上げコンプレッサーのパワーが上がり噴霧機の効率が向上した。車両停車時、エンジン動力は噴霧作業時のみ圧力コンプレッサーに連動するようコンプレッサーのプーリーをクラッチ付きのものを使用した。エンジンの回転速度調整レバーは車外に取り付け、車外でもコンプレッサー圧力操作ができるようにして、安全でかつ効率の良い作業をし能率のアップを得る事が出来た。

【考案の効果】
従来の動力噴霧機及び圧力コンプレッサーの耐用年数は10年〜20年あるので車両入れ替え時には容易にこのシステムを交換できる仕組みとする。従って車両の入れ替え時には、エンジンに取り付けたプーリー及び噴霧機圧力コンプレッサーなどは新しく買い入れた車両に容易に取り付け可能とする為にこのシステムを車両のオプション部品扱いとし、全ての車両に取り付け可能とする。従って従来の噴霧に比べて動力源を自動車のエンジンとした事により価格、コストは従来型の物よりかなり低価格で便利な物をユーザーに提供出来るものである。
