Description

【0001】

[0011]
The hopper 20 is for inserting a coin-shaped object C to be cleaned. The hopper 20 is formed by an upper opening 21, a downwardly inclined surface 22, and a lower opening 23, as shown in the figure. The hopper 20 of the embodiment can receive about 500 objects to be cleaned C at a time. The coin-shaped cleaning object C is inserted through the upper opening 21, flows down along the inclined surface 22, and is discharged downward from the lower opening 23. The object to be cleaned C in the embodiment is a coin for a slot machine.
[0012]
The cut-out section 30 is a section for temporarily storing the articles C to be washed put into the hopper 20 and continuously sending them one by one. The cutout section 30 includes a storage section 31 for the object to be cleaned C as shown in the drawing, and is disposed immediately below the hopper 20. The object C to be washed put into the hopper 20 is discharged from the lower opening 23 and temporarily stored in the cutout portion 30. The objects to be cleaned C stored in the cut-out section 30 are effectively successively discharged one by one to the outside of the cut-out section 30 by, for example, a rotating body 35 described below.
[0013]
That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 and defined as the invention of claim 2, the cutout portion 30 in the embodiment includes the rotating body 35 having the storage portion 31 of the cleaning object C in the center portion, and With the rotation of the body 35, the objects to be cleaned C are continuously fed out one by one through the cutout opening 36 from the storage section 31.
[0014]
The rotating body 35 of the embodiment is rotated in the X direction by a known motor, and stores the objects to be cleaned C input from the hopper 20 one by one in the pocket portion 32. Here, the pocket portion 32 is a substantially semicircular concave portion. The object C to be cleaned in each pocket portion 32 is blown in the horizontal direction Y by the centrifugal force of the rotating body 35 and sent out to the guide portion 40 via the guide path 37. As a result, the objects to be cleaned C can be sequentially sent out to the guiding section 40 without overlapping. In addition, the guide path 37 is inclined to the lower left so as to facilitate sending out the sheets one by one. In the embodiment, four pockets 32 are provided, but the number of the pockets 32 can be set as appropriate. Reference numeral 33 in the drawing denotes a through hole into which the rotation shaft of the motor is inserted, 38 denotes a receiving portion for the object C to be cleaned, and 39 denotes a casing wall forming the receiving portion 38.
[0015]
The guiding unit 40 is for sequentially guiding the object to be cleaned C sent downward. The guiding portion 40 is formed as a downward inclined guiding path connected to the cutout portion 30 as shown in the drawing. The objects to be cleaned C sent one by one from the cutout section 30 flow down along the guide path 40. The guide path 40 according to the embodiment includes a rail member 41 formed by welding a plurality of stainless steel plates and assisting the downward flow of the object C to be cleaned.
[0016]
The cleaning unit 50 includes a water tank 51 and an ultrasonic transmitting unit 55. The water tank 51 is for immersing the object to be cleaned C guided by the guiding section 40 and is arranged below the guiding section 40. The water tank 51 is filled with a predetermined amount of water W from a water supply pipe (not shown). The water tank 51 of the embodiment is made of stainless steel and has dimensions of 190 mm in length, 410 mm in width, and 365 mm in height.
[0017]
The ultrasonic transmitter 55 applies ultrasonic vibration to the water in the water tank 51. The dirt on the cleaning object C immersed in the water tank 51 is removed by a cavitation phenomenon caused by ultrasonic waves. As described above, since the object to be cleaned C is washed with water to which ultrasonic vibration is applied without using the cleaning liquid, the cleaning liquid does not adhere to the surface of the object to be cleaned C as in the related art.
[0018]
In the embodiment, the ultrasonic output of the ultrasonic transmitter 55 is set to 800 W. When the ultrasonic output is set to 800 W, the effect of cleaning the object to be cleaned C can be enhanced. The ultrasonic transmission unit 55 of the embodiment is configured by a known ultrasonic transmission device.

The cleaning unit 50 can effectively clean by the ultrasonic vibration applied to the water from the ultrasonic transmission unit 55 while the object to be cleaned C falls downward. Accordingly, the cleaning time can be shortened, and the cleaning unit 50 can be downsized as compared with the case where the object to be cleaned C is cleaned on a flat surface.
[0020]
The conveyor unit 60 is arranged such that one side is located on the lower surface of the water tank 51 and the other side is located above the water tank 51, and the conveyor belt 61 for placing and transporting the article to be cleaned C dropped on the lower part of the water tank 51. have. The conveyor belt 61 has standing portions 62 provided at predetermined intervals as shown in the figure. The conveyor belt 61 is engaged with the plurality of sprockets S and continuously rotates and conveys the placed cleaning object C upward. At this time, the standing portion 62 prevents the placed article to be cleaned C from falling downward. The conveyor belt 61 of the embodiment is constituted by a known endless mesh belt.
[0021]
The moisture removing unit 70 is disposed outside the water tank 51 and removes moisture of the cleaning object C on the conveyor belt 61. As shown in the drawing, the water removing unit 70 has a blowing unit 71. The water removing unit 70 dries the cleaning object C on the conveyor belt 61 by the air from the blower tubes 72 and 73 connected to the blower unit 71. The blower 71 is constituted by a known blower (a sirocco fan in the embodiment).
[0022]
The coin C1 from which the moisture has been removed is discharged to the outside of the cleaning device 10 by the guide unit 80 as shown in the figure. The discharged coins C1 are collected in a storage dish or the like and are used again in the slot machine. Reference numeral 11 in the figure denotes a caster used for moving the cleaning device 10.
[0023]
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, a contact member in which the object to be cleaned C contacts and falls while changing its direction in the water tank 51 of the cleaning section 50 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4. 90 are formed. Here, the contact member 90 is constituted by a plurality of rod-shaped members 91 spanned in the water tank 51 as defined in the invention of claim 4. The contact member 90 is stretched over the passage 52 of the cleaning object C provided in the water tank 51. The object to be cleaned C guided by the guiding section 40 falls while contacting the contact member 90 in the water tank 51 while changing its direction, so that dirt on the entire surface is effectively removed. The passage section 52 of the embodiment is a hollow body formed by combining a plurality of stainless plates so as to have openings at the top and bottom. Reference numeral 53 in the drawing denotes a through hole that allows the water W in the water tank 51 to flow through the passage section 52.
[0024]
If the contact member 90 is the rod-shaped member 91 as described above, the effect of cleaning the object to be cleaned C can be enhanced with a simple structure. The contact member 90 of the embodiment is a rod-shaped member made of stainless steel.
[0025]
[Effect of the invention]
As shown and described above, according to the coin-shaped object cleaning apparatus according to the present invention, a simple structure, simply by inserting a coin-shaped object, has a high cleaning effect, has no risk of adhesion of a cleaning liquid, and has a large amount. The washing process can be performed quickly and quickly. In particular, in this cleaning device, since the object to be cleaned is effectively cleaned by ultrasonic vibration while falling down, the cleaning time can be shortened and the object to be cleaned is cleaned on a flat surface. It is possible to reduce the size as compared with the case in which it is performed.
[0026]
According to the invention of claim 2, the cutout portion includes a rotating body having a storage portion for the object to be cleaned in the center portion, and one piece of the object to be cleaned is cut out from the storage portion through the opening with the rotation of the rotary body. Since the objects to be cleaned are configured to be continuously fed out one by one, the objects to be cleaned can be sequentially sent out without overlapping.
[0027]
According to the invention of claim 3, since the contacting member is formed in the water tank of the cleaning section, the contacting member being contacted and falling while changing its direction, the dirt on the entire surface of the cleaning target is effectively removed. Can be removed.
