【従来の技術】
従来、蚊（フィラリア症）からペットを守るための手段としては、予防注射や飲用の特殊な抗生物質、蚊取り線香、虫除けスプレー等があり、それがほとんどだった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
フィラリア症にペットがかかると、治療が大変で、ペットも大変苦しみ、治療費が高額となる。よって、予防が非常に重要視される。予防注射や飲用の特殊な抗生物質は非常に高額で、それでも完全に予防する事は出来ない。補助的なものとして、蚊取り線香、虫除けスプレー等も利用できるが、その都度その都度の使用で手間がかかる。それらに加えてさらに手間もかからず、予防効果を上げるものが必要となる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決する為に、防蚊加工剤を繊維生地に施し、敷物を作る。ペットがその敷物の上でいる場合には蚊が寄りにくく、安全・快適で生活出来るようにする。さらにその敷物は、防水性もあり、滑らず、大型ペット・小型ペット両方に対応でき、対洗濯性に優れておるものが良い。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、図面を用いながら、本考案の構成を詳細に説明する。

本考案は、大きく分けて、繊維生地本体（１）と防水加工シート部（２）スリップ防止マット部（３）ヘム部（４）マジックテープ（５）に分けられ、繊維生地本体（１）に防蚊加工を施しており、防水も出来、滑り止め効果もあることを特徴とする。

上記の繊維生地を構成する繊維に特に限定はないが、繊維生地本体（１）はパイル調のものが好ましい。

上記の繊維生地自体は、公知の任意の方法によって製造されたものでよく、例えば、綿繊維紡績糸を用い、ダブルラッセル機にて、二重構造の組織に編み立て、二重構造の組織間をセンターカットして二枚のパイル原反とし、それぞれに染料を含む染料液をパッディングあるいはプリントし、スチーミングして、染料を繊維に着色させる染色加工を施した後、さらに後程詳しく説明する防蚊加工を施し、そして、毛捌き、せん毛の繰り返し加工工程により、片面パイルの各々の仕上加工を施す。

本考案の繊維生地のパイル長は特に制限しないが、３ｍｍ〜６ｍｍであることが好ましい。

本考案の繊維生地に施すプリントは特に制限しないが、動物用であることから動物柄（ヒョウ・虎・シマウマ等）を用いているが、花柄や幾何柄等も用いることも可能である。

繊維生地に加工する防蚊加工剤は、蚊に対する忌避効果のある薬品で、外観は乳白色の液体で水に分散する溶解性を持っているものである。薬品の成分はトルアミド系複合化合物で、対洗濯性を持たせる為、特殊アクリル樹脂を加える。風合を良くする場合は特殊ウレタン樹脂を使うこともある。

上記の加工剤を用いて加工するが、まずトルアミド系複合化合物を５．０〜８．０％水に分散し、次に、特殊アクリル樹脂を５．０〜８．０％加えて、攪拌する。

次に、繊維生地を水に溶かした上記加工剤に含浸させた後、マングルにより絞るパディング法で処理する。

そしてその後熱セット処理としてキュアリング（１３０℃×３〜５分）する。キュアリングをすることによって、対洗濯性が良くなる。

続いて防水加工シート（２）はの説明であるが、この防水加工シート（２）は特に限定はしないが、ＥＶＡ（エチレンビニールアクリレート）で出来ており、厚みは０．２５ｍｍにも満たない程薄いものであり、水分を通さないものを使用する。

スリップ防止マット部（３）は繊維素材により作られた不織布で、外部、主に床面等との接点と粘着性を出す為に、ＭＢＲ（メタリルグチレンラバー）加工を施したものである。繊維素材はポリエステルが好ましい。

防蚊加工を施した繊維生地本体（１）とスリップ防止マット部（３）の間に防水加工シート部（２）を挟み込み、両者を接着し、目的のサイズに裁断した後、四方をヘム（４）で縁を付け、縫製加工する。

本考案の敷物のサイズは特に制限しないが、小型ペットなら、５０ｃｍ×６０ｃｍが好ましい。そしてヘムの長い方の１辺の両端から５乃至１０ｃｍぐらいのところに、それぞれマジックテープを取り付ける。

中・大型ペットなら、上記のマジックテープで２枚をつなげる事で使用可能となる。
【考案の効果】
本考案のペット用防蚊敷物は、ペット用の座具・寝具として使用した際に、忌避作用により、蚊が寄ってくるのを手軽に避けることが出来、予防薬と併用することにより、さらにフィラリア症予防を高め、さらに防水性・対洗濯性に優れ、滑り止めも付いた利便商品として考案・作成したものである。
