本考案は、仮性包茎の人が陰茎に装着し、包皮が戻らないようにして亀頭を露出した状態に維持する包茎矯正リングに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、仮性包茎の人が亀頭を露出させておくために陰茎に装着するゴム製の包茎矯正リングは知られている。従来の包茎矯正リングは、やや硬めの素材によって形成され、リングの形状が肉薄のもの（リングの断面の太さが細いもの）が主流であった。そのような包茎矯正リングは、包皮の戻ろうとする力によって後ろから押されると、亀頭先端方向に横滑りを起し、亀頭から脱落してしまうことがあった。

脱落の解決方法として、従来のものよりも柔らかい素材を使用し、形状を肉厚とすることが考えられる。そうすることで、従来よりも陰茎の皮膚に広い範囲で接触して張り付き、摩擦力が増大することから、横滑りを抑えることが可能となる。図４に示すように、形状を肉厚とした場合の装着感を良好にするため、リング１０の断面形状は略円状とするのが最適であるが、そうすると今度は横滑りが抑えられる代わりに、包皮５に押された際に亀頭２を巻き込むような形でリング１０が回転し、ついには亀頭２を乗り越えて脱落してしまうという事態が発生することが予想される。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案は上記実情に鑑みてなされたものであって、長時間使用しても脱落することがなく、優れた矯正機能が発揮される包茎矯正リングの提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を達成するために、請求項１記載の考案による包茎矯正リングは、陰茎に装着する弾性素材からなるＣ字状ないしＯ字状のリング体に、亀頭側に突出する突起を設けたことを特徴とする。リング体は、請求項２に記載したように、軟質の弾性素材により、肉厚に形成してあることが好ましい。突起の形状は限定するものではないが、請求項３に記載したように、高さが３〜５ミリ程度のイボ状の突起であることが好ましい。突起の数は一つであってもよいが、請求項４に記載したように、円周方向に三つないし四つ分散して設けてあることが好ましい。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、本考案の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図１は本考案の包茎矯正リングの一実施形態を示している。この包茎矯正リングは、軟質の弾性素材によりＯ字状の肉厚のリング体１に形成され、その前面側の上下左右の４箇所にイボ状の突起３を有している。リング体１の断面形状は、円形ないし楕円形に形成してある。リング体１の断面の太さは、直径９ミリとしてあるが、全体の大きさ等に応じて適宜変更してもよい。イボ状の突起３は、高さｈが３〜５ミリ、好ましくは４ミリに形成してあり、その先端部は球面状としてある。リング体１の素材には、例えばシリコンゴム、エストラマー樹脂を用いることができる。

リング体１は、図２に示すように、一部が切断されたＣ字状とすることもできる。このリング体１の内部には、復元性に富む金属やプラスチックなどからなる芯材４を埋め込んである。

本考案の包茎矯正リングを使用する場合は、包皮５を陰茎６の根元側に後退させて亀頭２が露出する状態を維持しつつ、リング体１の抜穴７に両手の人指し指と中指を挿入してリング体１を広げ、図３に示すように、突起３の付いている面を亀頭２側に向けて、リング体１を亀頭２のすぐ後ろの亀頭環状溝に装着する。するとリング体１は縮み、陰茎６を若干締め付ける感じで亀頭２と包皮５の間に保持される。

リング体１は、圧縮された包皮５に押されて、亀頭２を巻き込むようにして回転しようとする。ところが本考案の包茎矯正リングは、リング体１の前面側に設けた突起３が亀頭２に当っているため、その突起３が突っかい棒のように働き、リング体１の回転を確実に阻止する。したがってリング体１が亀頭２を乗り越えて脱落することが防がれ、ずれることもなく長時間に亘って初期の装着状態が維持されることとなり、皮膚の形状記憶機能の発揮を促して仮性包茎が矯正される。

また、本実施形態の包茎矯正リングは、軟質の弾性素材によって形成され、且つリング体１の断面形状が略円状となっていることで装着感がとても良好である。また、リング体１を軟質の弾性素材により肉厚に形成してあることで、リング体１が皮膚によく張り付いて横滑りが防がれると共に、包皮５の余りが多くてもリング体１を乗り越えることなく、確実に包皮５を留めておくことができる。突起３は、先端が丸いイボ状の突起にしたので、亀頭２に当る感触がソフトで違和感を感じさせない。

【考案の効果】
請求項１記載の考案による包茎矯正リングは、弾性素材からなるＣ字状ないしＯ字状のリング体に、亀頭側に突出する突起を設けたので、リング体が縮んだ包皮によって押されても、突起が亀頭に当り突っかい棒のような形となってリング体の回転を阻止するから、リング体が亀頭を乗り越えて脱落することを確実に防止できる。

請求項２に記載したように、リング体を軟質の弾性素材により肉厚に形成したものであれば、上記したリング体の回転を阻止する機能が効果的に作用すると共に、リング体が皮膚によく張り付き、皮膚との摩擦が増大することによって、リング体の横滑りによる脱落も防止できる。

請求項３に記載したように、突起の高さを３〜５ミリとした時には、上記のリング体の回転を防止して脱落を防ぐ作用が確実に発揮され、且つ突起の形状をイボ状としたことで、亀頭に突起が当る感触がソフトで違和感が少ない。

さらに請求項４に記載したように、突起を円周方向に分散して三つないし四つ設けた時には、突起による脱落防止作用が、より完全な形で発揮される。

As a solution to the falling off, it is conceivable to use a softer material than the conventional one and make the shape thicker. By doing so, it comes into contact with and sticks to the skin of the penis over a wider area than before, and the frictional force increases, so that it is possible to suppress skidding. As shown in FIG. 4, in order to improve the feeling of wearing when the shape is thick, it is optimal that the cross-sectional shape of the ring 10 is substantially circular. It is anticipated that the ring 10 will rotate in such a manner that the glans 2 will be rolled up when pressed by the foreskin 5, and eventually, the ring 10 will get over the glans 2 and fall off.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a phimosis correction ring which does not fall off even when used for a long time and exhibits an excellent correction function.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a ring for correcting a phimosis according to the invention of claim 1 has a C-shaped or O-shaped ring body made of an elastic material attached to the penis and provided with a projection protruding toward the glans side. It is characterized by the following. It is preferable that the ring body is formed of a soft elastic material to have a large thickness. Although the shape of the projection is not limited, as described in claim 3, it is preferable that the projection is a warp-shaped projection having a height of about 3 to 5 mm. The number of protrusions may be one, but as described in claim 4, it is preferable that three or four protrusions are provided in the circumferential direction.

[Embodiment of the invention]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a phimosis correction ring according to the present invention. The phimosis correction ring is formed on a ring body 1 having an O-shaped thickness with a soft elastic material, and has warp-shaped projections 3 at four locations on the front side, up, down, left and right. The cross-sectional shape of the ring body 1 is circular or elliptical. Although the diameter of the cross section of the ring body 1 is 9 mm in diameter, it may be appropriately changed according to the overall size and the like. The wart-shaped protrusion 3 is formed to have a height h of 3 to 5 mm, preferably 4 mm, and has a spherical end. When the foreskin correction ring of the present invention is used, the index finger and the middle finger of both hands are inserted into the hole 7 of the ring body 1 while the foreskin 5 is retracted toward the base of the penis 6 so that the glans 2 are exposed. [Effect of the invention]
