【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は、本の頁が状況に依って、勝手に閉じたり捲れたりしないで安定して開いた頁を保持することの出来る本の頁挟に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、読書或いは書き取り等を行う場合の、開いた本の頁を保持する必要がある時には、錘を使用したり本を立台に立てて頁を押さえる仕様ものであり、この仕様では限られた状態での使用しか有効でないと云う問題を解決するために、例えば特開２００１−８０２４３号公報に記載されている、弾性線材或いは板材を曲げて形成する携帯にも便利であるバネ状のページ止めクリップが公知されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
前記公知のクリップに於いては、開いた頁を容易に保持し且つ携帯にも便利であり場合によっては栞としても利用出来るものとして有効ではあるが、頁を押さえている弾性力が弱けれが簡単に本から離脱するので相当に強いことが要求され、そのために頁を捲る場合にはクリップを外す指に負担がかかると共に本の中央部の押さえが無い為に安定した開いた頁の保持が得られ難く、操作も物品が比較的小さいので為難いと言う問題があり、上記問題を解決する操作の容易な安定して開いた頁を保持し更に改頁も片手で容易に行うことの出来る頁挟を提供する事が本考案の課題となっている。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
基本的には、板状のバネを挟んで、接続片を介して可動的に固定される上板と基板とから成り、前記上板の前方に、開いた本の中央部を支持する略三角形状の抑板を中央に、開いた両頁を支持する紙面支持板を立設するとともに、前記基板には、前方中央部を開口し、左右を薄い平板状に形成し、前記開口部の非開口端部位置に本を差し込む場合のストッパーとなる停止板を立設して成る頁挟として課題を解決している。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、図面に示す実施例に従って、本考案の実施の形態について詳述する。
図１は、本考案の一実施例における使用状態を示す見取図である。
基板１の前方に開口部８を設け、その左右を本９の頁間に入る比較的薄い平板状に形成すると共に、開口部８の非開口側端面位置に停止板（番号省略）と、その奥に接続片７を立設し、前方先端部の中央部に先が尖っている略三角形状の、開いた本の中央部を押さえる抑板５とその左右に頁を支持する紙面支持板６を突起させて設ける上板２を、板状バネ３を挟んでピン４により基板１に設ける接続片７で可動的に結合している。

図２は、図１に示す実施例の側面図であり、常時は板状バネ３の弾性力に依って、上板２が基板１に圧接されている状態を示したものである。
図３は、平面図であり、開口部８を開口する基板１及び上板２の形状例を示しているものであり、図４は、前方側面図であり、上板２に突起して設ける抑板５及び紙面支持板６の位置或いは形状例を示すものである。

使用に当たっては、上板２の端部を手で圧して板状バネ３を圧縮して上板２の前方を開き、開いた本或いは開いた本の頁を基板１上に立設されている停止板（番号省略）位置まで差し込み、上板２から手を離すと、上板２が閉じ抑板５と紙面支持板６が開いた頁の紙面及び本９の中央部を抑えて開いた頁を保持し、読み終える或いは書き取りが終了して改頁する場合には、上板２の端をを片手で下方に押して前方部を開き、本を上板２の前方端部位置程度まで引き出して頁を捲り再度停止板まで差し込んで新しく開いた頁を同様の操作で保持するものである。

図に示す実施例においては、基板１と上板２との接続は、板状バネ３を挟んで、基板１上に設ける接続片７部でピン４に依り可動的に結合する例を示したが、接続片７としてこれに限るものでは無く、接続片７を独立する部品として例えば湾曲する形状的弾性を有する曲板を使用する等、要するに可動的に結合するものであれば、その設計は自由である。
また、突起する抑板５は、先端部が本の中央とじ目部分を支持出来るほぼ三角形状をしていればよいのであって、要するに先端部が先細りすら形状に設けることが出来、その辺面を曲線状にする等の選択は自由であり、紙面支持板６としては、先端部が紙面を傷つけない程度の平坦部を有するものであれば、その形状を問うものでは無い。

【考案の効果】
以上、図面に示す実施例に従って本考案の実施の形態について説明したが、本考案において、課題としている、極めて容易な操作により、開いた頁を使用中に安定して保持することを十分に解決している頁挟としての特有の効果を有するものである。

[Means for solving the problem]
Basically, it consists of an upper plate and a substrate movably fixed via connecting pieces with a plate-like spring interposed therebetween, and a substantially triangular supporting a central portion of an open book in front of the upper plate.
