この考案は、ロール押さえＬ字型（１）をカバー（２）裏面の先端に成型し片手で簡単にミシン糸目より切り取れるもの。

【従来の技術】
従来、いろいろのペーパーホルダー（３）は、あったがいずれも最初は片手でカバーを持ち上げ他の手でペーパーを引っ張り出し両手で適当な長さまで引き出し又片手でカバー（２）を押さえ他の手でペーパーを上に引っ張り切り取った。
他にカバー（２）が、スプリングの力で浮き上がりを押さえカバー（２）にギザギザのカッター刃をつけた商品があるがいずれにしても従来と同じ動作をしなくてはならない。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
この考案は、片手でもペーパーがつまみ出せて、両手で適当な長さに引きだし片手でも切り取れるようにしたもの。

いまこれを図面について説明すればＬ字型（１）をカバー（２）裏面の先端に成型した構造である。

【考案の実施の形態】
以上の構造であるから、Ｌ字型のロール押さえ（１）とカバー（２）の間にペーパーを通しそのペーパーを水平より少し下方に引っ張るとＬ字型ロール押さえ（１）は、ロールを押えてカバー（２）の先端より４センチ位出てミシン糸目より切り取れる。

【考案の効果】（１）
したがって、片手でカバー（２）を押さえながら他の手でペーパーを引っ張り上げなくとも片手で簡単にペーパーは切り取れ身体障害の人でも容易に使用出来しかも、従来と同じ方法でも使用できる。
