【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は、商品陳列棚に置かれた商品の名称その他商品に関する情報を表示するために用いる商品表示用具の改良に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の商品陳列棚の前面部分に設けられる商品表示用具は、図７に示すような構成である。（特許文献１参照）

この従来の商品表示用具は、図６に示すように、商品を設置する商品陳列棚２０の先端部分に配置されるもので商品表示部材２１を接着剤（例えば両面接着テープ）を用いて接着固定するものである。そして、この商品表示部材２１は、前面に商品表示部２２を有する。即ち、この商品表示部２２の上下端部に夫々溝２３、２４を形成したもので、この溝２３、２４に、商品の名称その他商品に関する情報を印刷等の手段にて記載したカード等を差し込んで使用する。

また、商品表示用具の他の例として、同様に前記公報（特許文献１）に記載されている商品表示用具で図７、図８に示す構成のものがある。この商品表示用具は、同様に商品陳列棚の先端部分に図７に示すような本体を接着、固定して用いられる。そしてこの商品表示用具は、図８に示すような透明材料よりなる商品表示部材３０を商品表示用具本体２５の保持部２６に挿入して保持する構成である。この商品表示用具は、保持具２６と透明な商品表示部材３０との間に商品に関する情報を表示したカードが配置される。尚、この従来の商品表示用具の保持部材の裏面には突出部２７が形成され、商品表示用具本体の保持部から表示部材が抜けるのを防止するようにしている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、これら従来の商品表示用具は、いずれも商品陳列棚への取り付けを接着剤、接着テープ等による接着により行なっている。そのために、商品表示用具の商品陳列棚よりの取り外しが困難である。また、両面接着テープを用いて接着固定する場合、取り外しは可能であるが商品表示用具、商品陳列棚の汚れが生じ、特に取り替え回数が多い場合に商品陳列棚の汚れが大であり好ましくない。また、保持部に透明な商品表示部材を取り付けその間にカードを配置する構成の商品表示用具は、確実なカード保持の点では十分とはいえない。

本考案は、商品陳列棚への取り付けにおいて接着剤を用いることがなく、取り付け取り外しが容易であると共に、表示部材の保持部材への取り付けが容易で、しかも安定した取り付けが可能であり、特に商品の名称等の商品の情報を記入したカード等を挿入した時のカードの保持が確実な商品表示用具を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案の商品表示用具は、商品陳列棚の前面に取り付けて用いるものでカード差し保持板を有している本体と、断面形状がほぼＵ字状をしていてカード差し保持板の下端より挿入することによりカード差し保持板にて保持されるようにしたカード差しを備えたものであって、カード差し保持板の前面とカード差しとの間に商品に関する情報を記入したカードを挿入配置して使用するものであって、カード差し保持板の裏面にその上側の面が水平方向又は僅かに上方に伸び、一方下側の面が上方に向けて伸びる斜面で断面がほぼ３角形状である突出部を有していることを特徴とする。

この本考案の商品表示用具は、カード差し保持板の裏面よりほぼ水平方向に伸びる突出部を設けると共に断面Ｕ字状をしたカード差しの間隔（空隙の水平方向の長さ）が保持板の厚さと突出部の長さを加えた長さつまり保持板の前面から突出部先端までの水平方向の長さとほぼ等しいか若干小さくしたことにより、カード差しをカード差し保持板に挿入する作業が容易であってしかも挿入後は断面Ｕ字状のカード差しの内面がカード差し保持板の前面と突出部の先端に圧着することにより保持される。更に、カード差しとカード差し保持板の前面との間にカードを挿入した際に、カードの厚さによりカード差しの前面に前方に向かう力が加わる（カード差しが前方に移動する方向に力を受ける）ために、カード差しの後ろ側の部分も前方へ移動する方向に力が加わる。しかし、カード差しの後ろ側部分がカード差し保持板より伸びる突出部の先端に圧着することにより生ずる逆方向の力によって、カードがカード差しの前側部分とカード差し保持板の前面とにて挟まれて確実に保持される。

【考案の実施の形態】
本考案の商品表示用具の実施の形態を図面にもとづいて説明する。

この第１の実施の形態の商品表示用具は、第１の表示面３に図６に示す従来例と同様に表示用のカードを挿入し得る。それと共にカード差し保持板６に図１の（Ｃ）に示すようなカード差し部８を取り付けてこれを保持し、カード差し保持板６の前面６ａとカード差し部８の前側部分８ａとの間にカードを挿入するもので、第２の表示面を構成する。ここで商品表示用具本体１のカード差し保持板６の裏面には突出部７が形成されている。そして、このカード差し保持板６にカード差し部８を取り付けた時に、カード差し部８の後ろ側の部分８ｂが、カード差し保持板６の突出部７に僅かに触れるか圧着保持されるように前側の部分８ａと後ろ側の部分８ｂの間隔を設定してある。

この本考案の実施の形態は、本体１に設けられている商品陳列棚への取り付け部２を利用して、接着剤を用いることなしに容易に取り付け得る構成である。

また、商品表示用具本体１の前面２にカードを溝３、４を利用して保持して、商品を表示する。それと共に、商品表示用具１のカード差し保持板６に、図１の（Ｃ）に示すような構成のつまり断面形状がほぼＵ字状の透明材料よりなるカード差しとの間にカードを挿入保持して商品の表示を行なう。

ここで、本考案の商品表示用具は、前記のようにカード差し保持板６の裏面６ａに突出部７を設けた構成にしてある。この突出部７と類似のものは図７に示す従来の商品表示用具にも設けられているが、本考案の突出部７は、水平方向（鉛直方向を向く保持板６に対し直角方向）に伸びている。特に突出部７の上方面７ａが保持板６に対して直角方向である点で図７の従来例とは相違する。更に本考案は、カード差し８が断面形状Ｕ字状をなし、その内部の空間部分の間隔（前側の部分８ａの内面と後ろ側の部分８ｂの内面間の長さ）が、つまり図５に示す長さｔ３が、カード差し保持板の厚さｔ１よりも大であって、しかもカード差し保持板の厚さｔ１と突出部の水平方向の長さｔ２を加えた長さ（ｔ１＋ｔ２）とほぼ等しいか僅かに小であるように設定している。したがって、本考案の商品表示用具は、カード差し８をその開口部分８ｃをカード差し保持板６の先端６ｃより挿入する時、挿入が簡単であり、又カード差し８の後ろ側部分８ｂの先端がカード差し保持板６に設けられた突出部７の下側斜面７ｂに添って開かれた後にその内面が突出部７の先端に圧着されて保持される。また、カードをカード差し保持板６の前面６ｂと透明なカード差し８の前方の面８ａとの間に挿入した際、図５（Ｂ）のようにカードの厚みによりカード差し８がその前方の面８ａを矢印Ａ方向に押す力が加わる。これにより、カード差し８全体が矢印Ａ方向への力を受け、その後ろ側の面８ｂが、商品表示用具本体１のカード差し保持部６に形成された突出部７に強く圧着する。その時にカード差し８が受ける反対方向への矢印Ｂの力によって、カード差し８は後方へ移動しようとする。このカード差しの後方への移動により、カードは保持部６とカード差し８の前面８ａとにより強く保持される。

図２は他のカード差しを示す図で、図１の（Ｃ）に示すカード差しと同様に透明な樹脂材料にて形成されている。このカード差しは、図８に示す従来例と同様に後ろ側部分８ｂに前側部分８ａの方向に伸びる突出部９を有している。この突出部９は先端に向けて下方に伸びる形状であり、またカード差し８をカード差し保持板６に挿入した際に、カード差し保持板６の突出部７より上方に位置すると共に、突出部７の先端と突出部９の先端とが互いにかみ合うようにすることにより、カード差しの抜けを防止することができる。

これら、本発明の実施の形態において、図１の（Ｃ）および図２に示すカード差しは、カードの表示内容が明瞭に見得るように少なくともその前側部分は透明にすることが好ましい。また、カード差しの後ろ側部分は、ばね性を有することが望ましい。これにより、カード差しの落下防止と、カードの保持が確実になる。
