【考案の属する分野】
本考案は、ゴミステーションにおける風・カラスによる飛散防止対策としての囲い具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の構造は、いずれも基枠・外枠が形成されている為、柔軟性に欠け設置形状が限定されている。例えば、特開２００２−３７４０３号、実用新案登録第３０６７５０４号、特開平６−２５５７０１号。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来、ゴミステーションに置かれたゴミ袋に布或いはナイロン製のネットを掛け風による飛散防止及びカラスのいたずらによる飛散防止を図っているが、ゴミ袋に対するネットの掛りが充分でない場合、風或いはカラスによって飛散するケースが多い。又、最近はゴミ袋に対するネットの保持力が弱い為、カラスによるネットからの取り出しが出来るようになり飛散するケースが増えてきている。衛生上の問題、美観を損ねるという問題も発生している。本囲い具は軽量な樹脂製である為、簡単に設置・収納ができ、既製品の採用により安価な提供が可能となる。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
本考案は、ゴミ袋の周囲を方形状の連結された軟質樹脂（高密度ポリエチレン）ネット状パネルで囲むことによりゴミ袋のはみ出しを防止するとともに風・カラスによる飛散を防止するものである。

ゴミステーション上に常時物体を置くことは禁止されていることから樹脂製ネット状パネルの展開・設置・折り畳みが簡単でき、収納がすばやく出来るようにしたものである。

連結に使用する結合具は、大き目のものとすることにより折りたたみが簡単に出来ると同時に動きが大きく取れることによりステーションの地形及び状態にある程度あわせてセットすることが可能となる。

【考案の実施の形態】
図１に示すネット状パネル１は高密度ポリエチレン樹脂系軟質プラスチックを用い、大きさは任意であるが、大体、横１ｍ高さ６０ｃｍから１ｍくらいの四角形である。

図１に示す結合具２の材質は金属或いは樹脂・ゴム・布紐などである。

図１のネット状パネル１の数は少なくとも４枚以上を使用し、連続した連結体（エンドレス）であるが、場合によってはエンドレスでない長尺物でもよい。折り畳む事により任意の大きさに調整できる。

図１の結合具２の数は、３〜４個が適当であるが数は多くても構わない。
【考案の効果】
本考案は、上述のとおり構成されているので、次に記載する効果がある。

軟質樹脂製のネット状パネルである為、ゴミ袋の周囲に合わせて設置することができカラスによるゴミ袋の持ち出しが困難となる。同時に、風による散乱も防止することが出来る。又、変形はするが破損しにくい。

ゴミステーションに施設を固定化することは禁止されている為、軽量な方形状の樹脂製ネット状パネルを結合具で連結するのでゴミステーションでの設置及び折り畳み・収納が簡単でき、作業が迅速に行える。従来のものとは異なり基枠・外枠がない為、柔軟性に富み任意の形状にすることが可能となる。

樹脂で軽量な為、ゴミステーションへの持ち運び・設置が簡単に行え、ゴミ収集後の折りたたみ、撤収、収納が迅速に行える。

方形状の軟質樹脂ネット状パネルを隙間の大きい結合具で連結している為、丸型・箱型・その他いろいろな形状にすることが可能である。同時に、ゴミステーションのゴミの状況に応じ任意の形状に追随し変形が可能である。

[Means for solving the problem]
In the present invention, the garbage bag is surrounded by a square-shaped soft resin (high-density polyethylene) net-shaped panel to prevent the garbage bag from protruding and to prevent scattering by wind and crows.

Since it is forbidden to always place objects on the garbage station, it is easy to deploy, install and fold the resin net-like panels, and to store them quickly.
