【考案が解決しようとする課題】
上に挙げた技術は、毎日摂取する量が変化するものであるが、毎日の量が一定である場合にも同様の課題があることに本考案の考案者は気付いた。例えば、老人であればその日既に健康食品を食べたにもかかわらず、食べたかどうか不安に駆られることがある。また逆に、食べていないのに食べたかのように感じてしまう場合もある。そこで本考案の考案者は、摂取確認シートを工夫することによって、毎日取るべき健康食品の摂取を確認することが容易になると考えた。本考案の目的は、毎日食する健康食品又は医薬品の摂取の事実を容易に確認することのできる摂取確認シート及びそれに収納した健康食品又は医薬品を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
【０００５】斯かる課題を解決すべく、本考案に係る発明は、１回ごとに飲むべき適量が定められた医薬品であって、前記１回ごとの適量のパッケージを、１日のうち朝の分、昼の分、夜の分ごとのスペースに小物収納可能ポケットを備えた摂取確認シートに収納してなるものである。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下図１と図３とを参照しながら本考案の実施形態について説明する。図１は摂取確認シートの健康食品貼付け前の状態を示す図である。図１には１日ごとのスペース１０が３０日分設けられている。この図では１行ごとに７日分としており、曜日との対応が分かりやすくしてある。シートの上部には召し上がり開始日を記入できる欄があり、健康食品を利用する需要者が自分の食べ始める日付を自ら記入できるようになっている。例えばその月の１８日から食べ始める需要者は１８の数字の記入された欄から始めて、月の終わりまで到達したら次に１の数字の記入された欄に移り、１７の数字の記入された欄までを利用することによって、１ヶ月の健康食品摂取プランを実行することができる。本考案はこの摂取確認シートを用いて需要者が記入することによって毎日の健康食品の摂取確認をすることも可能であるが、さらに有益な実施形態を図３を参照しつつ説明する。

【実施例】以下図２と図４とを参照しつつ説明する。図２は摂取確認シートの健康食品収納前の状態を示す図である。図２には１日ごとのスペース１０が３０日分設けられており、それぞれの１日ごとのスペース１０には小物収納可能なポケット２０が設けられている。小物収納可能なポケット２０は中の小物が指で取り出しやすい構造となっている。図４は摂取確認シートに健康食品を収納した状態を示す図である。小物収納可能なポケット２０には、健康食品の１日分のパッケージ３０が収納されている。召し上がり開始日から始まって日を追うごとにその日付の健康食品が一つずつ摂取され、需要者が当日の摂取の事実を確認できる。また、当該需要者がかかりつけの医師から投薬を受けている場合に、その薬をポケットに一緒に入れることもできる。このポケットを透明又は半透明にしておくと内容物が分かりやすい。さらに図５を参照しつつ説明する。図５は、１回ごとのスペース４０が設けられており、それぞれの日にちに対応して朝の分、昼の分、夜の分ごとに小物収納可能ポケット２０が設けられている。

実施形態と実施例の双方に共通することであるが、シートの素材はなるべく厚紙などの頑丈なものが望ましい。両面テープで貼り付ける場合にははがしたりするときに必要以上の力が加わっても破れないようにするためである。また、ポケットを設ける実施例の場合には、ポケット自体の重み及び収納物の重みに耐える必要がある。
また、シートの大きさは例えばＡ３ぐらいの大きさにして、部屋の中の目立つ壁などに貼り付けておくことが望ましい。

本考案は、以上のように構成されているから健康食品を食べる者や医薬品を服用する者が摂取の事実を確認することをしやすくし、毎日適量の健康食品又は医薬品を摂取することができる。物忘れのひどい人でも安心して利用できる。
