【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は愛犬糞取器に関し、詳しくは犬糞が地面に落下する直前に捕捉する糞取器に於いて、ビニール袋に落下した犬糞の後始末にあって、ワイヤーの操作によってビニール袋の開口部が緊締閉鎖できるようにして、子供から高齢者まで簡単に犬糞を処理できるようにしたことを特徴とする愛犬糞取器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来犬糞の後始末にあって、地上に落下する直前に犬糞を捕捉する糞取器としては種々提案されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
所謂、従来の犬の糞取器はいずれも握柄杆の先端に袋部を取付して、その袋部の内部へビニール袋を収容したのち、そこへ犬糞を捕捉収容する糞取器は一般によく知られている。

ところが、従来の犬の糞取器では、犬糞を捕捉したのちの犬糞の後始末に非常に難渋し、苦労するものであることは愛犬家ならば誰でもよく知るところである。蓋し、ビニール袋中へ犬糞を捕捉したのち、一々ビニール袋の開口部を手にて窄めなければならない頗る煩瑣な手数を要する課題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記課題を解決するためになされたものであって、その要旨とするところは、犬糞が地面に落下する直前に捕捉する糞取器に於いて、ビニール袋に落下した犬糞の後始末にあって、ワイヤーの操作によってビニール袋の開口部を緊締閉鎖できるようにし、このときワイヤーに設けたジョイント部分にてワイヤーの折損を防止し、かつ底部に排水孔を設けた袋体の正面部にポケットを設け、また側面開口部をファスナーにて開閉自在とし、さらにクリップにて袋体中のビニール袋の上部を挟着できるようにして犬糞の始末を簡単に処理できるようにしたことを特徴とする愛犬糞取器に関するものである。

【考案の実施の形態】
本考案の愛犬糞取器の実施例を別紙図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。

（実施例）
図１は本考案の愛犬糞取器の斜視図であって、１は後端部に革紐２を取付してなる握柄杆で、該握柄杆１の先端部には強靭性、耐水性に優れた素材でなる袋体３の楕円形の開口周縁部を開口状に支持する環状枠杆４が取付されている。５は袋体３の底部に複数個穿設されている排水孔である。

６は袋体３の中央部に設けられているビニール袋７収容のためのポケットで、該ポケット６の上部に取付してある貼着テープ８にてポケット６の口部が開閉自在に形成されている。１７は袋体３の上部に取付されている吊下げ紐１６の端部に固着したクリップである。
また、袋体３中のビニール袋７を外部へ引き出しできるようファスナー９が袋体３の握柄杆１側の側部に開閉自在に取付されている。

図８に於いて、１０は両端部にリング１１、１１ａを設けて成る支杆で、該支杆１０は握柄杆１先端部の環状枠杆４に取付してある。

図１に於いて、１２は先端に引掛具１３を取付してなるワイヤーで、該ワイヤー１２の引掛具１３を上記支杆１０のリング１１へ掛止してジョイントＡを形成する。また、ワイヤー１２を袋体３の内側上部へ添接させながら、ワイヤー１２の他端を支杆１０のリング１１ａへ挿通したのち、ワイヤー１２の他端部へ摘み１４を固着する。次いで、図１、図８に示すように袋体３の内側上部に適宜間隔を置いて縫着してある貼着テープ１５にてワイヤー１２を袋体３の内側上部へ支承しておくのである。

上記のように構成された本考案の糞取器Ｙ（図１）を犬の散歩時の直前に於いて、袋体３の内側へビニール袋７を上部を外側へ折り曲げして収容する。しかるのち、図２に示すようにクリップ１７にて袋体３の上縁部へビニール袋７が犬糞の自重により落下して袋体３から脱離していかないように挟着する。

そこで、図３のように革紐２へ手首を通して握柄杆１を把持して犬の散歩に同道する。このとき、袋体３が前傾するように糞取器Ｙを前下がりの状態にして、絶えず犬糞の捕捉に備えて犬の散歩に同行する。

しかして、犬の排糞の前兆があった際には図４のように糞取器Ｙの袋体３を犬の跨間に当てがう。犬の排糞が終了して、犬糞をビニール袋７中へ捕捉収容したならば、図５に示すように左手で握柄杆１を握持しながら右手にて先ずクリップ１７、１７を袋体３の上縁部から離脱させる。次に右手でワイヤー１２の手許を握り、図６に示すようにワイヤー７を手前方向へ強く引張する。すると、貼着テープ１５にて支承されていたワイヤー１２が貼着テープ１５を剥離してビニール袋７の開口部が締め付けされる。このとき、支杆１０のリング１１へワイヤー１２の引掛具１３が掛止されジョイントＡが形成されているので、ジョイントＡで屈曲してワイヤー１２自体は折り曲がることはない。

その後は、図７ａに示すようにワイヤー１２にて締付けされているビニール袋７の上部を手にて結縛する。しかるのち、ファスナー９を開放して袋体３側部の開口部Ｂよりビニール袋７を引き出しするのである。なお、ビニール袋７を開口部Ｂより取出す代わりに袋体３の上部開口部よりビニール袋７を取出しても勿論良い。以上の様な要領で犬糞の始末をするものである。

【考案の効果】
本考案の糞取器はビニール袋中へ犬糞を捕捉収容したのち、ワイヤーを引張してビニール袋の開口部を締付できるので、犬糞の始末が頗る迅速且簡易に行うことができるようになった。

特に本考案は支杆のリングへワイヤー先端の引掛具を掛止してジョイントを設けたので、ワイヤーを縮めた際ジョイント部分にて屈曲して、ワイヤー自体は毫も折曲がないからワイヤーの亀裂、損傷を防止できる。

また、本考案は袋体の底部に複数個の排水孔を設けたので、仮令袋体中に雨水が入っても排水孔から外部へ排水され、袋体中に雨水が溜まることはない。

本考案の糞取器は袋体の正面部にポケットを設けたので、該ポケット中へ予備のビニール袋を準備しておくことができる。

また、本考案は袋体の正面に取付した吊下げ紐に固着したクリップにて袋体の上縁部へ被覆されているビニール袋の上部を挟着できるうよにしたから、犬糞の自重でビニール袋が袋体底部へ落下することがない。

本考案は袋体の側部にファスナーを取付して開閉自在にしたから、犬糞を捕捉収容したビニール袋を袋体の側部から取出しできる利便性がある。
