【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は、多面帽子及びこの多面帽子を作成するのに好適な半加工材に関し、更に詳細に説明すると、組み立て自在な多面帽子又は型紙状の半加工材を切り抜いて多面帽子を組み立てるのに好適な多面帽子用半加工材に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
１つの帽子で自己の変化する感情などを認識させることによって自己表現の道具として使用をすることができる多面帽子が提案されている（特許文献１参照）。

この帽子は、１つの帽子で自己の変化する感情などを認識させることによって自己表現の道具として使用をすることができるようにするために、ドーム状の帽子本体とこの帽子本体の下周縁に沿って間隔をあけて設けられた折り畳み自在な複数の庇状の鍔とから成っており、これらの複数の鍔に対応して帽子本体及び／又は鍔に鍔毎に対応して異なる表示を有している。

帽子をこのように構成すると、帽子の使用者は、複数の鍔の１つが正面なるように帽子を被って１つの表示を認識させ、他の鍔が正面となるように帽子を被って他の表示を認識させるというように１つの帽子で異なる多数の表示を認識させることができる。

このように、この帽子は、帽子の表示に変化を付与しつつ帽子を多様に使用することができるが、たとえば、野球の観客が自己の応援するチームや選手のプレーの状況に応じて異なる感情や心境を帽子本体の正面部分に施すことによってプレーの状況に応じて所定の表示を有する帽子部分を正面にして帽子を被り、その所定の表示を認識することができるようにして自己の感情などを帽子を通して表現することができるのに使用することができる。

この提案に係わる多面帽子は、鍔毎に予め所定の表示が施して完成された状態で出荷され販売されることを予測しているが、このような完成品は、異なる表示毎に多種類のものを用意することが要求され、使用者が表現したい感情等が表示された帽子を簡単に得ることができない。

この提案の多面帽子は、既に完成した製品であるため、使用者自らが組み立ての面白さを追求したり、使用者自らが表現したい表示を自由に施すことができず、更に使用者が頭に被る本来の用途を有するにすぎず、例えば、使用者の指や人形やペットなどの使用者の頭以外のものに被せて使用者が自己の感情等を表現する等のように多様の用途に使用することができない。

このため、本考案者は、先に、紙、布等の多面帽子用平面素材とこの平面素材の上面に施された多面帽子展開面とから成り、この多面帽子展開面は、多面帽子の帽子本体（胴部）を縦方向に複数分割し頂部で相互に連結される複数の胴片を含む放射状の帽子本体相応部分とこの帽子本体相応部分の各胴片の下縁に連続して形成された複数の鍔片を含む鍔相応部分と帽子本体相応部分の複数の胴片の一方の縁に設けられた糊代又は縫い代とから成り、複数の胴片及び／又は複数の鍔片に所定の表示記載部分を有する多面帽子用半加工材を提案している（実願２００２−７５９６号参照）

この多面帽子半加工材は、組み立てて使用するので、使用者等が組み立ての面白さを追求することができ、また多面帽子の帽子本体又は鍔に施すべき表示を使用者等が任意に書き込んだり貼り付けたりすることができるので、使用者の意志で表示を自由に選択することができる。

しかし、この提案による多面帽子は、組み立てを糊付け又は縫い付けによって組み立てるので、組み立て後は、破壊しない限り分解することができないため、平面状態に展開して保存したり、搬送したりすることができない。

また、この提案による多面帽子は、糊付け又は縫い付けによって組み立てるので、一旦組み立てると、再組み立てができないため、組み立て後、使用者の頭の大きさに合わせて調整することができなかった。

本考案が解決しようとする１つの課題は、使用状態に組み立てたり、平面状に展開したりすることができ、従って保管、保存及び搬送が容易である多面帽子を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案の第１の課題解決手段は、いずれかの面を正面にして用いられる複数の面を有する多面帽子の各面を形成する複数の胴片を含む胴部相応部分とこれらの複数の胴片の各下縁に連続してそれぞれ形成された複数の鍔相応部分とから成り、複数の胴片は、その頂部で一体的に放射状の形態で連続しており、且つ隣り合う胴片をその相対する結合片で相互に分離自在に結合する胴片結合手段を備え、複数の胴片及び／又は複数の鍔片に所定の表示記載部分を有し、胴部相応部分と鍔相応部分と結合片とは、胴片結合手段を開いたときには平面状に展開される紙、布等の平面素材から作られていることを特徴とする多面帽子を提供することにある。

本考案の第２の課題解決手段は、いずれかの面を正面にして用いられる複数の面を有する多面帽子の各面を形成する複数の胴片を含む胴部相応部分とこれらの複数の胴片の各下縁に連続してそれぞれ形成された複数の鍔相応部分とから成り、複数の胴片は、１つの胴片とその隣の胴片との間を除き側部で相互に一体的に円弧状に連続しており、１つの胴片とその隣の胴片とをその相対する結合片で相互に分離自在に結合する胴片結合手段を備え、複数の胴片及び／又は複数の鍔片に所定の表示記載部分を有し、胴部相応部分と鍔相応部分と結合片とは、胴片結合手段を開いたときには平面状に展開される紙、布等の平面素材から作られていることを特徴とする多面帽子を提供することにある。

また、本考案の第１及び第２の課題解決手段において、胴片結合手段は、一方の結合片に差込スリットを有し、他方の結合片は、この差込スリットを貫通して差し込むことができるように折り畳むことができる形態のものであり、他方の結合片は、前記一方の結合片に差し込まれた後折り畳みを戻して展開することによって一方の結合片に結合又は分離されるようにすることができる。この場合、一方の結合片は、幅方向に設けられた複数の差込スリットを有し、他方の結合片は、この複数の差込スリットの１つに差し込まれるようにするのが好ましい。

本考案の第３の課題解決手段は、紙、布等の多面帽子用平面素材とこの平面素材の上面に施された多面帽子展開面とから成り、この多面帽子展開面は、多面帽子の帽子本体（胴部）を縦方向に複数分割し頂部で相互に連結される複数の胴片を含む放射状の形態で展開された帽子本体相応部分とこの帽子本体相応部分の各胴片の下縁に連続して形成された鍔相応部分と帽子本体相応部分の隣り合う胴片をその相対する結合片で分離自在に結合すべき胴片結合手段の展開面とから成り、複数の胴片及び／又は複数の鍔片に所定の表示記載部分を有することを特徴とする多面帽子用半加工材を提供することにある。

本考案の第４の課題解決手段は、紙、布等の多面帽子用平面素材とこの平面素材の上面に施された多面帽子展開面とから成り、この多面帽子展開面は、多面帽子の帽子本体（胴部）を縦方向に複数分割し側辺で相互に連結される複数の胴片を含む円弧状に展開された帽子本体相応部分とこの帽子本体相応部分の各胴片の下縁に連続して形成された鍔相応部分と帽子本体相応部分の両端の胴片をその相対する結合片で分離自在に結合すべき胴片結合手段の展開面とから成り、複数の胴片及び／又は複数の鍔片に所定の表示記載部分を有することを特徴とする多面帽子用半加工材を提供することにある。

本考案の第３及び第４の課題解決手段において、所定の表示記載部分は、鍔毎に異なる意味、感情を有し予め記載された表示を含んでいるのが好ましい。また、この所定の表示記載部分は、書き込み可能なブランク部分から成っていてもよいし、所定の表示が記載されたシール貼り付け可能なブランク部分から成っていてもよい。

本考案の第３及び第４の課題解決手段におて、胴片結合手段は、一方の結合片に差込スリットを有し、他方の結合片は、差込スリットを貫通して差し込むことができるように折り畳むことができる形態のものであり、他方の結合片は、一方の結合片に差し込まれた後折り畳みを戻して展開することによって一方の結合片に結合したり又は一方の結合片から分離されるようにすることができ、この場合、一方の結合片は、幅方向に設けられた複数の差込スリットを有し、他方の結合片は、この複数の差込スリットの１つに差し込まれるようにすることができる。

このように、いずれかの面を正面にして用いられる複数の面を有する多面帽子の各面を形成する複数の胴片がその頂部で一体的に放射状の形態で連続しているか側部で相互に一体的に円弧状に連続しており、隣り合う胴片をその相対する結合片で相互に分離自在に結合すると、結合片を相互に結合して使用状態に組み立てたり、結合片の結合を解いて平面状に展開したりすることができ、従って多面帽子の保管、保存及び搬送が容易となる。

また、胴片結合手段は、一方の結合片に差込スリットを有し、他方の結合片は、この差込スリットを貫通して差し込むことができるように折り畳むことができる形態のものであり、他方の結合片は、一方の結合片に差し込まれた後折り畳みを戻して展開することによって胴片の結合及びその展開を容易に行うことができ、特に、この場合、一方の結合片が幅方向に設けられた複数の差込スリットを有し、他方の結合片がこの複数の差込スリットの１つに差し込まれるようにすると、使用者の頭の大きさに合わせて調整しながら組み立てることができる。

更に、胴片から成る帽子本体相応部分と鍔相応部分と結合片とを紙、布等の多面帽子用平面素材上に表示すると、この平面素材を表示に沿って切り抜いて組み立てることができるので、使用者等が組み立ての面白さを追求することができ、従って、特に学校や家庭内で工作等の学習用の教材又は組み立てキットとして好適である。

特に、所定の表示記載部分が書き込み又はシール貼り付け可能なブランク部分から成っていると、このブランク部分に鍔毎に異なる任意の表示を書き込んだり、所定の表示が記載されたシールを貼り付けることによって所定の多面帽子を組み立てることができるので、使用者の意図する適宜の多面帽子を得ることができる。

【考案の実施の形態】
本考案の実施の形態を図面を参照しながら詳細に説明すると、図１は、本考案の１つの実施の形態による多面帽子５０の展開状態を示し、この多面帽子５０は、いずれかの面を正面にして用いられる複数の面を有する多面帽子の各面を形成する複数の胴片を含む胴部相応部分１６と、これらの複数の胴片の各下縁１６ｅに連続してそれぞれ形成された複数の鍔片を含む鍔相応部分１８とから成っている。

図示の形態では、３つ胴片１６Ａ、１６Ｂ、１６Ｃとこれらの胴片１６Ａ、１６Ｂ、１６Ｃにそれぞれ連続する３つの鍔片１８Ａ、１８Ｂ、１８Ｃを有し、これらの胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃは、その頂部１２Ｔで一体的に連続して全体的にほぼ放射状の形態を有する。従って、この多面帽子５０は、三面帽子であり、組み立て状態では、三角錐の形態の帽子となる（図２参照）。

多面帽子５０は、また、放射状の形態で連続する胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃの隣り合う胴片１６Ａと１６Ｂ、１６Ｂと１６Ｃ、１６Ｃと１６Ａをその相対する結合片２０Ａ’と２０Ｂ、２０Ｂ’と２０Ｃ、２０Ｃ’と２０Ａで相互に分離自在に結合する胴片結合手段３２を備えている。

多面帽子５０を構成する胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃと鍔片１８Ａ乃至１８Ｃと結合片２０Ａ乃至２０Ｃ、２０Ａ’乃至２０Ｃ’とは、胴片結合手段３２を開いたときには平面状に展開される紙、布等の平面素材から作られている。この平面素材としては、紙風船に用いられるような折畳み可能であるが腰の強い形状自己保持性を有する紙が用いられるが、布製又はプラスティック製であってもよい。

図示の形態では、胴片結合手段３２は、特に図２に拡大して示すように、相対する結合片２０Ａ乃至２０Ｃ、２０Ａ’乃至２０Ｃ’の一方の結合片２０Ａ乃至２０Ｃに幅方向にずらせた２つの差込スリット２０Ｓ、２０Ｓ’を有し、他方の結合片２０Ａ’乃至２０Ｃ’は、これらの差込スリット２０Ｓ、２０Ｓ’にいずれかにを貫通して差し込むことができるように図２の折畳み点線Ｌ１及びＬ２と矢印ａ、ｂで示す順序で折り畳むようにし、これらの結合片２０Ａ’乃至２０Ｃ’は、この折畳み状態で一方の結合片２０Ａ乃至２０Ｃの差込スリット２０Ｓ又は２０Ｓ’に差し込まれた後折り畳みを戻して展開することによって胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃを結合する。従って、結合片２０Ａ’乃至２０Ｃ’と胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃとの間には、折畳み線Ｌ１及びＬ２で折り畳むことができるように切り込み線Ｃ１、Ｃ２を有する。

この胴片結合手段３２は、胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃの結合状態で他方の結合片２０Ａ’乃至２０Ｃ’を再び折畳み点線Ｌ１、Ｌ２及び矢印ａ、ｂの順序で折り畳んで一方の結合片２０Ａ乃至２０Ｃの差込スリット２０Ｓ又は２０Ｓ’から抜いた後、展開して胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃの結合を解いて多面帽子５０を展開することができる。

図示のように、一方の結合片２０Ａ乃至２０Ｃが幅方向にずらせた２つの差込スリット２０Ｓ、２０Ｓ’を有すると、着用者の頭の大きさに合わせて調整しながら多面帽子５０を組み立てることができるので好ましい。

胴片結合手段３２は、胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃの結合状態である胴部１６の内側で胴片を結合するように位置させるのが好ましいが、結合片が外側に出るように位置させてもよい。結合片２０Ａ乃至２０Ｃ、２０Ａ’乃至２０Ｃ’の結合状態が外部から認識することができ、これは、多面帽子に立体的模様を付与することになる。

本考案の多面帽子５０は、図３の組み立て状態で示すように、胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃ及び／又は複数の鍔片１８Ａ乃至１８Ｃに所定の表示記載部分２２Ａ乃至２２Ｃを有する。図示の形態では、この表示記載部分２２Ａ乃至２２Ｃは、多面帽子５０の鍔片１８Ａ乃至１８Ｃ（図３では１８Ｂは図示せず）毎に異なる意味、感情を有し予め記載された表示２４を含んでいる。

図１及び図３の例では、表示２４は、１つの鍔片１８Ａに対応して普通の表情を表した表示２４Ａと、他の１つの鍔片１８Ｂに対応してウインクしている表示２４Ｂと、最後の１つの鍔片１８Ｃに対応して泣き顔の表示２４Ｃとを含んでいる。

なお、上記以外に、笑い顔、怒り顔、涙顔の組み合わせ、又は野球の観戦時に応援する３人の選手の名前の組み合わせ、ハートマークの個数や大きさを変えた異なるマークの組み合わせのように、表情、感情、文字、マークなどの適宜の表示形態とすることができる。

この多面帽子５０は、図１に示す展開状態から胴片結合手段３２によって隣り合う胴片１６Ａと１６Ｂ、１６Ｂと１６Ｃ、１６Ｃと１６Ａとを結合して組み立てられる。即ち、図２に示すように、胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃの結合片２０Ａ’乃至２０Ｃ’を図２の折畳み線Ｌ１乃至Ｌ点線と矢印ａ乃至ｃで示す順序でそれぞれ折り畳み、これらの結合片２０Ａ’乃至２０Ｃ’をその折畳み状態で結合片２０Ａ乃至２０Ｃの差込スリット２０Ｓ又は２０Ｓ’に差し込み、その後、結合片２０Ａ’乃至２０Ｃ’の折り畳みを戻して展開することによって胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃを結合することができる。結合片２０Ａ’乃至２０Ｃ’を差し込むべき差込スリット２０Ｓ、２０Ｓ’は、着用者の頭の大きさに応じて選択される。

多面帽子５０の頂部１２Ｔは、円錐状にやや尖った状態となるのを避けるため、図３に示すように、頂部を維持したままその周りをへこませて内部に入り込むようにしてもよいが、円錐状のまま使用してもよいことはもちろんである。

隣り合う胴片１６Ａと１６Ｂ、１６Ｂと１６Ｃ及び１６Ｃと１６Ａの間で結合片より上方の領域は、組み立て状態で膨らむのを防止するために、図１の三角形状の折れ線ＦＬで示すように折り曲げてこの折り曲げ部分を内側に入り込ませると、隣り合う胴片の境界部分を滑らかにすることができるので好ましい。また、この三角形状の折れ線ＦＬで囲まれた部分を切り抜いて胴片結合手段３２の上方部分を胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃの側縁で隙間を介して相互に対向するようにしてもよいし、三角形の折れ線ＦＬの中心線で切り分けてその両側に形成される切片を結合片とする上方の胴片結合手段で胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃを結合してもよい。

このようにして組み立てられた多面帽子５０は、使用時の自己の感情を表現するために、鍔片１８（図３及び図４の組み立て状態では鍔５４と称する）毎に異なる表情を表す表示２４Ａ乃至２４Ｃから適宜選択して所定の表示２４Ａ乃至２４Ｃの１つの表示、例えば普通の表情を有する表示２４Ａを正面にして着用される。他の表示２４Ｂ、２４Ｃは、相応する鍔片１８Ｂ、１８Ｃ（図３では鍔５４Ｂ、５４Ｃ）の全体を帽子の外面に重合するように折り上げ隠蔽する（図３の鍔５４Ｃ参照）。

他の表情、例えば泣き顔を表現したい場合には、表示２４Ｃを正面に選択して被り、他の表示２４Ａ、２４Ｂを同様にして相応する鍔片１８Ａ、１８Ｃで隠蔽する。このようにして、多面帽子５０の異なる表示を利用して自己の表情、感情その他の表現を行うことができる。

なお、上記実施の形態では、帽子本体の胴片１２に表示２４を有するが、鍔１８の上面又は下面に表示２４を有していてもよいし、胴片１２と鍔片１８との両方に表示２４を有していてもよい。

図示の形態では、図１に示すように、各胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃの下縁に連続する鍔片１８Ａ乃至１８Ｃの根元１８ａ乃至１８ｃに逆三角形状の折り曲げ重合領域２６Ａ乃至２６Ｃを有し、この折り曲げ重合領域２６Ａ乃至２６Ｃは、図４に示すように、対応する胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃの外面に部分的に重合するように折り曲げられる。このようにすると、鍔片１８Ａ乃至１８Ｃによってそれぞれ構成される鍔５４Ａ乃至５４Ｃは、これを展開した状態（図３の鍔５４Ａ参照）では、湾曲した状態となって、多面帽子５０に良好な体裁を付与することができるので好ましい。

所定の表示記載部分２２の異なる形態が図５に示されており、この実施の形態では、所定の表示記載部分２２が書き込み可能な又はシール貼り付け可能なブランク部分２２ＢＬから成っていることを除いて図１乃至図４の実施の形態と同じ構造を有する。

この形態では、ブランク部分２２ＢＬに鍔毎に異なる適宜の表示、例えば図３の如き異なる感情を表す顔面となるように表情を変えた目鼻を描いたり、他の適宜のマーク、文字を書き込んだりした後、同様の方法で多面帽子５０を組み立てることができる。

更に、このブランク部分２２ＢＬをシール貼り付け領域として利用し、図６に示すような別途に用意した所定の表示が予め記載された貼り付けシール２８Ａ乃至２８Ｃを選択してブランク部分２２ＢＬに貼り付けた後、同様の方法で多面帽子５０を組み立てることができる。貼り付けシール２８Ａ乃至２８Ｃは、剥離紙３０Ａ乃至３０Ｃに貼り付けられており、これらの剥離紙３０Ａ乃至３０Ｃから剥離して使用される。図６の形態では、貼り付けシール２８Ａ乃至２８Ｃは、図１の表示２２Ａ乃至２２Ｃと同じ表示を有するが、全く異なる表示であってもよいし、三面帽子において異なる表示を有する３つの貼り付けシールに限らず、６つ又はそれ以外の数の貼り付けシールを用意して適宜の表示を選択することができる。

本考案の他の実施の形態が図７に示されており、この実施の形態では、複数の胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃが先の実施の形態のように放射状に連続しているのではなく、１つの胴片１６Ａとその隣の胴片１６Ｃとの間を除き側部で相互に一体的に円弧状に連続しており、胴片結合手段３２は、この１つの胴片１６Ａとその隣の胴片１６Ｃとをその相対する結合片２０Ａ、２０Ｃ’で相互に分離自在に結合している。

この実施の形態では、胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃは横方向に連続しており、結合すべき位置は、胴片１６Ａと１６Ｃとの相対する部分の一カ所であるので、結合、展開作業が一層簡単となる。

また、この実施の形態では、胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃが一体に結合されて形成される胴部５２は、その頂部で開いており、これは、先の実施の形態の帽子の頂部が閉じているのとは異なる（図８参照）。

従って、例えば、胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃが図９に示すように比較的長く、各胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃの頂部が相互に接近していると、帽子に組み立てられた状態では、その開口が小さく、ラッパの形態に近似する。例えば、このラッパの形態の多面帽子がスポーツ競技の応援帽子として使用される場合には、ラッパ状の帽子の小さな頂部を口に当ててメガホンとして使用することができる。

図１の多面帽子用の半加工材１０が図１０（Ａ）に示されており、この半加工材１０は、紙、布等の多面帽子用平面素材１２とこの平面素材１２の上面に施された多面帽子展開面１４とから成っており、この半加工材１０は、図１の展開状態の多面帽子仁相応している。即ち、この多面帽子展開面１４は、多面帽子の帽子本体（胴部）を縦方向に複数分割し頂部１６Ｔで相互に連結される複数の胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃを含む放射状の形態で展開された帽子本体相応部分１６と、この帽子本体相応部分１６の各胴片１６Ａ乃至１６Ｃの下縁１６ｅに連続して形成された複数の鍔片１８Ａ乃至１８Ｃを含む鍔相応部分１８と、帽子本体相応部分１６の隣り合う胴片１６Ａと１６Ｂ、１６Ｂと１６Ｃ、１６Ｃと１６Ａをその相対する結合片２０Ａ’と２０Ｂ、２０Ｂ’と２０Ｃ，２０Ｃ’と２０Ａで分解自在に結合すべき胴片結合手段３２の展開面３４とから成っている。
