【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は、特に、パック詰めのサンドイッチの日保ちを助けて、消費期限を可
能な限り延長できる包装用パックに関するものである。

通常、サンドイッチを店頭で販売する場合には、パック詰めにしたり袋詰めに
したりして販売されている訳であるが、その包装に関しては、日保ちを助けるた
めの色々な工夫が採られている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
然し乍ら、販売者側で色々な工夫を採っていると雖も、今までの工夫は、いず
れも、空気に晒してサンドイッチを包装しているのが一般的であるので、空気中
の水分やパン片に挟まれた野菜の水分等で、パンが短時間に湿気てしまうため、
サンドイッチの旨味が長期間持続できないと言う問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案の包装用パックは、斯かる実情に鑑み開発されたもので、サンドイッチ
を詰める容器を備え、該容器の内底部に吸水シートを敷設する一方、サンドイッ
チを詰めたまま容器の内部に窒素ガスを注入して脱気処理を施した後、容器の開
口縁を密封シールする構成を採用した。

依って、本考案の包装用パックにあっては、容器の内底部に吸水シートを敷設
することに加えて、容器の内部に窒素ガスを注入して脱気処理を施すことを特徴
とするものであるから、本考案の包装用パックを使用すれば、サンドイッチが短
時間で湿気て変質することを有効に防止できる。この為、サンドイッチの日保ち
を助けて、消費期限を可能な限り延長することが可能となる。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、本考案を図示する好適な実施の形態に基づいて詳述すれば、該実施の形
態に係る包装用パックは、図１に示す如く、所定の大きさにカットされたサンド
イッチを詰めるプラスチック製の矩形容器１を備え、該矩形容器１の内底部に吸
水シート２を敷設する一方、矩形容器１の開口縁１ａ全周を密封シート３で加熱
シールする構成となっている。

そして、実際に、サンドイッチ４を包装する場合には、吸水シート２が敷設さ
れた矩形容器１内にサンドイッチ４を所定の数だけ詰めて、そのまま、矩形容器
１の内部に窒素ガスを注入して脱気処理を施した後、当該矩形容器１の開口縁１
ａを密封シート３で加熱シールすれば、これにより、図２に示す如く、サンドイ
ッチ４が脱気処理された状態をもって包装されることとなる。

しかも、斯かる状態にあっては、矩形容器１の内底部に敷かれた吸水シート２
による吸水作用に加えて、矩形容器１の内部が脱気処理されているので、空気中
の水分やパン片に挟まれた野菜の水分等で、パンが短時間に湿気る心配がなくな
るので、サンドイッチ４の日保ちを助けて、消費期限をできるだけ延長すること
が可能となる。
