Description

【発明の詳細な説明】〔産業上の利用分野〕この発明は、誰にでも簡単に組立
が出来て、しかも食料品店等の買物袋も有意義に使用出
来る様にしたごみ箱である。〔従来の技術〕従来のごみ箱は、第６図の様な物であ
り、構造としては、器（１ａ）に買物袋（以後省略して
袋とする。）（５）を入れて使用するか、又は器（１
ａ）に袋（５）を入れ、なお且つその上から袋（５）の
ずれ落ち防止の為に袋（５）を枠（６）で器（１ａ）の
上よりはめ込む形式の物であった。しかし前者の場合、
袋（５）は内容物が堆積するにつれ、その重みに因り器
（１ａ）の中に段々とずれ落ちてしまい、いざごみを捨
てる段になった場合、中に落ちてしまった袋（５）を、
その度に手を器（１ａ）の中に入れて引き出さねばなら
ず、手を煩せ汚してしまう事も多々有った。又、後者の
場合、前者の欠点である袋（５）のずれ落ちに対する改
善策として、枠（６）を器（１ａ）に入れた袋（５）の
上から取り付ける様にした物であるが、これも枠（６）
が使用するにつれて段々と汚れてしまい、袋（５）を器
（１ａ）から取り外す時残飯等で不潔になった枠（６）
は、手を汚す事もしばしば有った。又、汚れてしまった
枠（６）は、その度に洗浄せねばならず不便であった。〔実施例〕本発明を第１図〜第５図及び第７図に示す実
施例に基づいて説明する。（１）はダンボール等で作られた本発明の器である。（２）は器（１）に設けられた買物袋用の手提げ掛けで
ある。（３）（４）は底蓋である。（５）は食料品店等の買物袋である。通常は第３図の様に折り畳んで置く、そして使用の際
は、第４図の様に折り畳んで置いた器（１）を拡げ、底
蓋（３）と底蓋（４）を器（１）の内側に一度折り曲
げ、そして第５図の様に底蓋（３）の凸部と底蓋（４）
の凹部が互いに重なる様に降す。それから第７図の様に

筒形等にしても良く、手提げ掛けも第８図の（２ａ）や
第９図の（２ｂ）（２ｃ）の様な形状にしても良い。
又、底蓋の形も第１０図の様に器（１ｃ）の内側等に折
り畳んである底蓋（３ａ）（３ｂ）を引き出す形式等で
も良い。又、生ごみ用に第９図の様なプラスチック等の
器（７）を底に入れると水漏れ防止に効果的である。本
発明のごみ箱は軽量である為、器（１）に穴等を設けた
り、その穴に紐を通す等しておけば、机等の横に掛けて
使用出来、より一層便利である。〔発明の効果〕この発明は、食料品店等の買物袋を誰で
も簡単に取り付け、又は取り外す事が出来る。又、通常
は折り畳んで置き、必要な時、必要な数だけ組立てて使
用する為、場所を取らないだけではなく、汚れた場合は
