【産業上の利用分野】
犬の散歩中に困るのは排泄した糞の処理です、排泄直後の糞を拾い上げるのは
とても嫌なものですが、マナーとして糞は家に持ち帰らなければいけません、犬
の糞の処理方法には、ティシュペーパーや手袋を使い手で拾う、火バサミや箸で
つまむ、スコップですくう、特殊な用具で挟み取る等々の方法があり、係る用品
も数多く販売されています。
本考案は犬の糞を挟み取る用具について、コンパクトで軽量にする事で携帯を
楽にして、使用後は使い捨てする事を目的としています。

【従来の方法】
従来、犬の糞を特殊な用具で挟んで拾い上げる場合、用具が汚れないようにテ
ッシュペーパー等を糞に被せて処理をした、しかし排泄直後の柔らかい糞は挟み
損ねると、砕けたりするので、使用後の用具はどうしても不衛生にならざるを得
ませんでした、又、 犬の散歩から家に戻るまで用具を持ち歩かなければなりま
せん、用具はそれなりの大きさがありますので用具をぶら下げて歩くのは厄介な
ものでした。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
考案が解決しようとする課題をまとめると次の２項目に整理することができる
。

糞処理バサミをコンパクトで軽量にして、使用後は生ゴミとして糞と共に焼
却する事を可能にし使い捨てをしたい。

Ｖ字型に折り畳んだ段ボール紙（１）の戻りの力だけでは、糞処理バサミの
開閉に必要なスプリング効果が不足なので、スプリング効果をより強くしたい。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成する為に犬の糞処理バサミの材質には、軽量で強度があり、
燃やしても有害物質を出さない段ボールを使用します、糞処理バサミとしての形
状及びその機能を創出するために，長方形に裁断した段ボール紙（１）をＶ字型
に折り畳みます、糞処理バサミの開閉にはスプリング効果が必要です、Ｖ字に折
り畳まれた段ボール紙（１）の戻りの力では不足ですので、スプリング効果をよ
り強くするために、図１に示すように段ボール紙（１）の中央に、紐状のスポン
ジー （２）を設けました、処理バサミを閉じるときに紐状のスポンジー（２）
は、図６に示すようにＶ字型のダンボール紙（１）の谷間の部分に締め付けられ
ます、締め付けられたスポンジー（２）は反発して戻りのスプリング効果を補助
する働きをします、

【考案の実施の形態】
犬が散歩中に排便したときは携帯している糞処理バサミを取り出して、図３で
示すように堅く折り畳まれている状態を、図４で示すようにＶ字型に解放します
、スベリ止（４）の角度を、糞（５）を拾いやすい状態に調整して、糞処理バサ
ミを片方の手の平に握り、親指と中指を段ボール紙（１）に設けた穴（３）に入
れて、摘んだり緩めたりする事により、糞処理バサミを自在に開閉します、拾い
上げた糞（５）と使用済みの糞処理バサミはビニール袋に入れて持ち帰り燃える
ゴミとして処分します。

本考案は上述の通り構成されているので次ぎに記載する効果を奏する。
