魚釣針に餌掛けする為の魚釣用小道具に関する。

【従来の技術】
魚釣針に餌掛けする餌の大きさは、極く大まかに言って二大別される。
（其の一）は、本格的な釣用船で沖に出て、大魚を釣る場合で、生鰯類とか、生
カレー類、生イカ類等を殆ど一匹その侭、又はこの程度の大きさの様々な魚のル
アー等を餌掛けする。
（其の二）は、河川、湖沼、防波堤、海岸等で魚釣する場合で、砂ゴカイ、水ゴ
カイ、ホリゴカイ、岩ゴカイ、アオイソメ類、ミミズ類、エビ類、ドジョウ類、
等である。本考案の場合は、主として（其の二）の場合に適合する。

（其の二）の場合の従来技術では、餌を手指でつまんで、餌掛けをしたり、指先
の爪でちぎったりしている。

然し、ミミヅなら未だしも、ゴカイ類も、イソメ類も、遠い昔陸に住んでいた
生物のようで、甲羅らしきものをもっていたらしい根跡があり、背の部分がやや
堅めの上、イソメ、フクロイソメ、とも百足科に属し、其の足で餌掛けする人の
手指に絡み付いたり、細かいが堅い歯で噛付く獰猛さを残存している。
その他の餌も生餌であるが為餌掛けが素人が思っているほど簡単ではない。

近年日本の経済的その他の理由で、気分晴らしも兼ねた家族連れ或いは彼女連
れの彼氏等が加わり釣ブームとなっているが、女性の釣人の殆どが上記餌を怖が
ったり、気持ち悪がったりで、一緒の男性に餌掛けを依頼しているのが現状であ
る。

本考案は、上記現状に鑑み成されたもので、人々の意表を突いた簡単な構成に
より、従来の欠点を除去し、且つ安価に提供するを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案では、上記目的を達成するために、ピンセットと、鋏を一体にした構成
とした。

【考案実施の形態】
本考案に係わるピンセット鋏の一実施形態を、添付図面を参考にしながら説明
する。

図１、図２、図３は本考案の一実施形態を示すものであり、本体１に形成され
てあるピンセット部２は、各種の魚釣用餌をつまんで色々な形の餌掛をする時に
用いる。

け終了まで該餌を損なわずに確実につまんでおれるために必要とする。

たり、細かいが強く鋭い歯で噛み付かれたり、分泌する体液で、ぬるぬるする生
餌を、従来技術どうり手指でつまんで、餌掛けしたりしなくて済む。

上記により、女性釣人達は、今後餌掛けを同伴の男性達に依頼せずに済む様に
なり、このためだけでも「今後、女性釣人数が、増加するであろう事は目に見え
ている」と言っても過言でないと思われる。

尚、当該ピンセット鋏は、魚釣用小道具としてだけでなく、園芸用小道具とし
ても、従来技術による物、例えば小篦付ピンセットよりも利便性大である。

餌がミミズの場合は未だしも、ゴカイ類、イソメ類の場合は、背の部分ガ堅め
な上、共に百足科に属する沢山の足で、餌掛けする人の指に絡み付いたり、細か
いが強い歯で噛み付くを常としている。

最近の魚釣場は、家族連れや、カップルの若い男女も多くなっているが、女性
釣人の全部と言ってよいくらい前記百足科の餌掛けを怖がったり、気持ち悪がっ
たりして、同伴の男性に餌掛けを頼んでいるのが現状である。

本考案は前記現状を打破すべく考案したもので、簡単な構成をもって、従来の
不便を解消し、且つ安価に提供することを目的とした

【課題を解決する為の手段】
本考案は前記目的を達成するために、一対のアームを有するピンセットのそれ
ぞれの胴体部上辺厚に、握り鋏の刃板部一対を、対向させて固着することによっ
て該部に鋏の役目をさせ、餌掛けはピンセットの挟持部で、餌掛けのままの余分
の長さを鋏の役をする部分で切断できる構成とした。

【考案実施の形態】
以下本考案に係わるピンセット兼用鋏の一実施例を、添付図面を参照しながら
説明する。

ームを有するピンセットの各胴体部（２）（２’）の上辺厚部（３）（３’）に
