【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は、自動車用座席の座面高さを調整するために好適なクッションに関す
るものである。

【従来の技術】
自動車用座席のうち前席に着座する搭乗者は安全上シートベルトの着用が必須
である。

シートベルトは搭乗者の座高に合わせて高さを調整できるようになっているが
、構造上から調整範囲はあまり大きくない。
座面高さを調整できる座席は一部高級車に採用されているにすぎない。

ルトが首にかかってしまい、危険である。
このような事情から、座高が小さい幼児や小児はチャイルドシート又はジュニ
アシートを用いて座面高さを調整している。

ない。そこで、座席にクッションを重ねるなどの工夫を強いられることになる。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、市販されているクッションは座面高さ調整用としては、厚みが
足ない。そこで、厚みが大きいクッションを用いることを試みたところ、坐り心
地がよくない。この傾向はシートバックをリクライニングさせる運転席、助手席
に顕著である。

その原因を検討したところ、シートバックが後ろに傾くように傾斜しているの
に対して、クッション後縁が外に膨らむ弧状ないしは座面と直交する平面状をな
しているため、クッション後縁とシートバックとの間に空間を生じているためで
あることが判明した。この空間はシートバックを倒すにつれて大きくなり、坐り
心地を一層悪くする。

本考案は、この坐り心地の悪さを生ずることのないクッションを提供すること
を課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、クッション本体１の背面２を、座面３側が後方に延出する斜面状に
形成してなるクッションである。

本考案によれば、クッションをシートバックの傾きにフィットさせることがで
きるから、厚みの大きいクッションを用いたときの坐り心地の悪さを解消させる
ことができる。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、本考案の実施の形態について説明するが、本考案の主旨を超えない限り
これに制限されるものではない。

ように両サイドを傾斜させるのが好ましい（図１（ｂ）参照）。
また、クッションの座面の後ろより５ａを凹ませ、前より５ｂを膨らませるな
ど坐り心地をよくするような形状にするのが好ましい（図１（ｃ）参照）。

また、ずれを防止するため、底面４には滑り止めを形成しておき、加えて底面
４の後縁にゴム状バンド６を介してストッパー７を取り付ける。
このストッパー７をシートバックとシートとの間に押し込むことで、クッショ
ンの前方への滑り出しを防止することができる。

底面４は強度を持たせるためベニヤ材８，８で補強するのが好ましい。
