Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】バッジ等の装飾部材において確実に留まり、な
おかつ人体に触れた場合に当たっても不快でない留め螺
子を提供する事。 【解決手段】確実に留めるために螺子部は金属あるいは
硬質合成樹脂等で構成し、その片側端面に対して皿状板
材の周囲の複数箇所に切り欠き、または略外周近傍に複
数の穴を有する厚みの薄い金属あるいは硬質合成樹脂を
接着あるいは一体成型した該部を軟質合成樹脂で包み込
む事によって構成し、求める留め螺子を提供する事が出
来る。

本考案は服飾用の留め螺子に属する。

本考案に関連する特許、実用新案を調査したが、そのようなものは全く見当ら ない。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来、バッジ等の装飾部材においては、確実に留まるものがなく、また留め螺 子部が人体に触れた場合には当たって不快感があった。そこでそれらの問題を解 消する服飾用の留め螺子を提供する事を考えた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は以上の課題を解決するため、確実に留めるために螺子部は金属あるい は硬質合成樹脂等で構成し、螺子部を金属あるいは硬質合成樹脂で構成し、片側 端面に皿状周囲外周に切り欠きを有する金属あるいは硬質合成樹脂を接着あるい は一体成型された該部を軟質合成樹脂で包み込む事により留め螺子を構成した。

以下、本考案の留め螺子の実施例を説明する。ただし、これは言うまでもなく 単に説明用のもので考案思想の制限又は限定を意味するものではない。

【考案の効果】

  1. 【請求項１】断面筒形状内側に螺子溝を有する金属ある
    いは硬質合成樹脂部材と、皿状板材の周囲の複数箇所に
    切り欠き、または略外周近傍に複数の穴を有する厚みの
    薄い金属あるいは硬質合成樹脂部材を断面筒形状部材の
    一方側端面に対して接着もしくは断面筒形状部材と一体
    の該部材を、断面筒形状部材の開放された端面と螺子溝
    部を残し、他の部分を弾力性を有する軟質合成樹脂で隙
    間なく覆い包んで留め螺子を形成する事により、留める
    ための強度と人体に当たった時の柔らかな感触とを備え
    る事を特徴とするソフト留め螺子。
