First, the principle of the cutting of the shredder will be described. In FIG. 6, when the paper 8 is cut by the rotary blades 5A and 5C, the paper 8 is pressed against the paper 8 by resistance at the time of cutting of the rotary blades 5A and 5C. A force is generated, and the pressing force

On the other hand, insertion of the paper 8 into the shredder is not always constant with respect to the rotor 1 as shown in FIGS. For example, in FIG. 6, since the end 9 of the paper 8 is located on the outer periphery of the rotor 1 and does not reach the rotary blade 5D, when the paper 8 approaches the rotary blade, a gap is formed.
It will not be passed over while being stretched on 2B. When the paper 8 comes into contact with the rotary blade 5A in such a state, the end 9 of the paper 8 is pushed into the gap 2B while being pulled by the rotary blade 5A, and is caught in the gap 2B. As a result, the end 9 is caught in the gap 2A as the rotor 1 rotates.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7, when the paper 8 is obliquely inserted into the shredder, the end 9A is not stretched over the gap 2 at the initial stage, and ,
The tip is cut in a wedge shape in a state of being cut into a strip having a narrow width, and the tip is pushed into the gap 2 by the rotary blade 5 so as to be easily caught. On the other hand, on the side of the end 9B, the paper 8 is cut in a strip shape at the initial stage because the paper 8 is stretched over the gap 2, but the width of the paper 8 is gradually reduced. Is no longer stretched over the gap 2. Therefore, the end portion 9B is also pushed into the gap portion 2 in a state where the end portion 9B is pulled in by the rotary blade 5, so that the end portion 9B is caught. When the paper 8 wound in a roll, for example, the supermarket's receipt is cut by a shredder, the paper 8 wound in a roll is long, and the end 9B is continuously formed. It will appear and the chances of getting stuck in the gap 2 will increase, and therefore the chances of winding will also increase.

In the above description, the case where the waste paper is pushed into the gap 2 by the rotary blade 5 has been described. That is, as shown in FIG. 9, the waste paper 10 cut into strips of a fixed width other than at both ends of the paper is given a force in the discharge direction by the frictional force of the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 1,
Further, since the waste paper 11 is guided by the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 1 and discharged, it does not enter the gap 2, but the waste paper 11 cut into a tapered wedge at both ends of the paper has a width in the initial stage of the cut. Is not guided by the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 1 and its tip hangs down into the gap, or when the rotor 1 is cut without being stretched over the gap 2, it is caused by cutting the paper at that time. Due to the internal stress, the leading end of the cut paper tends to be twisted and crushed, and the leading end may enter the gap 2 and be caught.

Since the gap of the conventional feed roller is formed by a parallel flat surface, when the cut waste paper is pushed into the gap by the rotary blade, the pushed waste paper becomes elastic. The force forms a bridge between the walls of the gap, and often becomes trapped in the gap, causing a problem that the waste paper is wound. Also, when the waste paper is not pushed by the rotary blade and its tip enters the gap, the gap is formed by a parallel surface and the rotor rotates in the discharge direction. It will be inserted in a wedge shape. Then, when the width of the wedge-shaped waste paper is equal to or slightly wider than the width of the gap, the waste paper is sandwiched between the walls of the gap, causing snagging, and There is an inconvenience that the waste paper wraps around. If the shredder is used while leaving the wrap, the gap is filled with waste paper, and the blade of the rotary blade comes into contact with the buried paper so that it comes into contact with the paper. There is a problem that the rotation resistance is increased and the rotation drive device is overloaded, and the shredder must be stopped. Also,
There is a problem that the work of removing the waste paper wrapped around the gap is troublesome.

According to the present invention, there is provided a feed roller having a plurality of rotors fixed to a feed roller shaft at regular intervals to form a feed roller. The rotary blades are formed by fixing circular blades arranged at equal pitch intervals with respect to the central portion between the rotary blades to the rotary blade shaft, and the blade edge of each rotary blade is located at the central portion of the feed roller. In a shredder in which the feed roller shaft and the rotary blade shaft are provided in parallel to each other, both surfaces of the rotor are reduced so that the thickness of each rotor decreases from the center to the outer periphery of the rotor. It is characterized in that the gap is formed as a V-shaped groove by being inclined.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the gap between the rotors attached to the feed roller shaft at equal intervals has a shape extending in the outer peripheral direction of the rotor. As a result, when the waste paper pushed into the gap by the rotary blade tries to spread due to its elastic force, both edges of the waste paper move while sliding in the direction of less frictional resistance along the inclined surface of the rotor. That is, the waste paper moves in the outer circumferential direction of the rotor, and does not cause the waste paper to be wound around the gap. Next, when the leading edge of the waste paper enters the gap in a wedge shape, the waste paper is given a force in the direction of rotation and discharge of the rotor, so that the width of the wedge-shaped waste paper increases as the width of the waste paper increases. The edge strongly contacts the inclined surface of the rotor and tries to increase the resistance, but on the inclined surface of the rotor, it moves in the direction of smaller frictional resistance, that is, it moves toward the outer circumference, so that it becomes a trigger for winding. No snagging occurs.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, inclined surfaces 14 having an angle β are formed on both surfaces of the rotor 13. The inclined surface 14 is formed by reducing the thickness of the rotor 13 from the center side to the outer periphery of the rotor 13. By arranging and fixing the rotors 13 to the rotor shaft 3 at equal intervals, a gap 15 having an angle α and extending in the outer peripheral direction of the rotor 13 is formed. Alternatively, instead of fixing the rotor 13 to the rotor shaft 3, the gap portion 15 may be cut and machined so that the thickness of the rotor 13 is thinned from the center side to the outer circumference, instead of being fixed. It may be integrally molded.

The operation of the embodiment constructed as described above will now be described. First, the cutting of the shredder will be described. In FIG. 4, the paper 8 is inserted into a portion where the rotary blade 5 and the rotor 1 intersect, so that the rotation caused by the cutting resistance of the rotary blade 5 when the paper 8 is cut is performed. The paper 8 is pulled in the direction of the arrow by the frictional resistance on the outer periphery of the child 1 and cut off. Then, the cut strip-shaped waste paper 10 pushes the central portion of the waste paper 10 from the inside by the outer periphery of the rotor 1 and both edges thereof are pressed by the thickness of the rotary blade 5 as shown in FIG. The waste paper 10 is curved in a semi-cylindrical shape. Due to the curvature of the waste paper 10, the waste paper 10 is discharged in a straightened state without hanging down. Thus, the waste paper 10 cut into the regular width is discharged without entering the gap 15.

Next, the waste paper 11 pushed into the gap 2 by the rotary blade 5 will be described.
Tends to spread due to its elastic restoring force. Due to this expanding force, both edges of the waste paper 11 move while sliding along the inclined surface 14 of the rotor 13 in a direction with less frictional resistance. That is, the waste paper 11 moves in the outer circumferential direction of the rotor 13, and the movement does not cause the waste paper 11 to be caught as a trigger for winding around the gap 15.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the thickness of the rotor of the feed roller is reduced in the outer peripheral direction so that inclined surfaces are formed on both sides thereof. −
The gap between the rollers widens in the outer peripheral direction, and the waste paper that has entered the gap is moved outward along the inclined surface of the rotor by the synergistic action of the rotation of the rotor and the application of force in the discharge direction. It can move and discharge the waste paper from the gap.
