油でない防錆液体として水も使用できるものである。又
結露に対して防錆効果を劣化させることなく使用でき
る。又、油でない棒剤液体としてアルコール溶液,水も
使用でき、安価に製造できる。この場合、油が使えない
製品、油を使いにくい工程の製品において有効である。
しかも水・湿気・結露の多い場所でも水が防錆液体とし
て機能するのでこれらの場所でも防錆効果を高く維持し

く、他にシクロヘキサノール(CYCLOHEXANO
L),シクロヘキサノン(CYCLOHEXANON
E)等があり、商品としてはフェロガード100E(商
標名,販売会社 株式会社ユーエスシー)が知られてい
る。この気化性防錆剤の混合率は実用的には10重量%
以下で混合し、他は防錆油主体の場合、アルコール溶液
主体の場合、水を多くアルコール溶液を混合させる場合
がある。油が使える製品・工程に対しては防錆油を含む
ものが長期間の防錆ができ望ましい。油が使えない場合
は、アルコール溶液又は水を混合させるものがよい。本
発明のアルコール溶液としては、ノルマルプロパノール
が望ましいが、これに限定されるものではない。又、防
錆油・油でない防錆液体としては、気化性防錆剤をよく
混和させる油・水が使用され、混合比率は70〜90重

0E(商標名,販売会社 株式会社ユーエスシー)を8
重量%、又防錆油としてダフニーオイルコートZ3(商
標名,販売会社 出光興産株式会社)を76重量%、ア
ルコール溶液としてノルマルプロパノールを16重量%
を混合した。鋼板のコイルの端面の防錆処理として、実
施例1の気化性防錆剤を塗布した場合と、ダフニーオイ
ルコートZ3のみの防錆油を塗布した場合と、何らの防
錆処理をしない場合とで錆の発生の具合を比較観察した
らその耐え日数(錆の発生が認められる塗布からの日
数)は下記のテーブル1の通りとなった。 テ ー ブ ル 1 処 理 耐え日数 実施例1のものの塗布の防錆 70日 防錆油のみの防錆 41日 無処理 20日 この表1から分るように、本実施例1の防錆剤は7割程
耐え日数を長くでき、又防錆効果の発現も早くなった。
又、コイルの端面の錆を厳格に発生しないようにするに
はこの耐え日数より早めに再塗布をせねばならないが、
その再塗布が本実施例1のものでは、上記防錆油のみの
場合の約1/5の回数で済むものとなった。更に、実施
例1のものと、上記の防錆油のみの場合で湿潤試験を行
って錆の発生の状態を観察したら、下記テーブル2の結
果となった。 湿潤試験:試験温度60℃ 試験湿度95% 試験時間240時間 テ ー ブ ル 2 (湿潤試験結果) 本実施例1の結果 錆の発生なし 防錆油のみの結果 錆中程度 この湿潤結果、結露対策として防錆油のみの防錆では結
露要拭取であるが、本実施例1では拭取不要であった。 ;実施例2 本実施例2は、アルコール溶液に気化性防錆剤を混合さ
せた例である。本実施例2の気化性防錆剤として前実施
例1と同じフェロガード100E(商標名)を3重量%
の割合でノルマルプロパノール97重量%に混入した防
錆剤である。この防錆剤は油を塗布できない製品、又は
中間製品の表面の油取り工程のない油を避けなくてはな
らない場合に有効である。本実施例2は、上記実施例1
と同様の良好な防錆効果を得た。室内環境(工場等)に
おいて耐え日数は60日程であった。 ;実施例3 実施例3は、気化性防錆剤と、アルコール溶液と非油性
の防錆液体とを混合する例である。気化性防錆剤として
は上記のフェロガード100E(商標名)を3重量%、
アルコール溶液としてノルマルプロパノールを8重量
%、非油性の防錆液体として水を89重量%の割合で混
合した。この実施例3も実施例1に近い防錆効果を有し
た。工場等の室内環境においては耐え日数が40日程で
あった。この実施例3の防錆剤は、油が使えない製品・
工程において使用できる。特に、水分・湿気・結露が多
い場所・工程での使用に有効で、水分・湿気があっても
本防錆剤中の水と一体化して防錆膜を形成し、防錆効果
