時に迅速正確に救急通報できる機構を付帯する必要があ
る。［解決手段］携帯電話機の側面に、大型救急ボタン（略
称ＱＱボタン）を設置し緊急時に（１）押し込み
（２）押し上げまたは押し下げの二動作で、誤操作な
く１１０番、１１９番へ救急発信できるようにする。発
信の内部構造は、既存の各機能を活用すれば、容易に実
施できる。ＱＱボタンの操作により、ブザーとストロボ
