以下、添付図面を参照しつつ、本考案の実施の形態による収納室について詳細 に説明する。 本考案の収納室１０は、図１に示すように、集合住宅の一区画１００内に配置 される。この区画１００は、通常の住宅と同様、玄関１０２、廊下１０４、居住 室（ベッドルーム）１０８ａ、１０８ｂ、１０８ｃ、リビング、ダイニングルー ム１１０およびバルコニー１１２等を備えている。 図からわかるように、収納室１０は、共用部分すなわち通路部分である廊下１ ０４、特定使用人使用室である居住室（ベッドルーム）１０８ａに隣接して配置 されており、これらとの間には、出入り口１２、１４が設けられ、該収納室１０ への出入りが容易になっている。 上記収納室１０には、これらの出入り口１２、１４に連続し、しかも該収納室 のほぼ中央に狭い通路１８が設けられている。この通路１８の幅は、人がちょう ど通れる程度の幅であることが望ましく、具体的には、６０ｃｍ程度である。通 路の幅が広くなると、この通路にも品物が置かれてしまい、使い勝手が悪くなっ てしまう。 この通路１８に沿って、一方側にシステムクロ−ク２０が配置されるとともに 、対向側にシステム収納棚２２が配置されている。このように、物を保管する場 所が、通路の両側に配置されたので、どこに何があるのかが、一目で分かり、物 の出し入れがしやすい。通常、システムクロ−ク２０部分には、スーツやコート 等が掛けられるようになっており、このシステムクロ−ク１０の上記通路部分で ある廊下１０４との間に設けられた出入り口の近傍の部分が、居住者（例えば、 両親と子供たち）共通の直ぐにまた着るつもりの暫定クローク部分２０ａ（図２ も参照）と設定されている。ここで、すぐまた着るつもりとは、次の日にまた着 ていくつもり等を意味する。この暫定クローク部分２０ａには、例えば、「すぐ また着るつもり」等の趣旨の語が表示されていることが望ましい。このシステム クロ−クの幅は、通常、４５ｃｍ程度である。 上記システム収納棚は、種々の品物や、畳んだセーター等の衣類が置かれる。 このシステム収納棚の幅は、通常、３０ｃｍ程度である。 本例では、収納室１０がバルコニー１１４ａとも隣接しており、このバルコニ ー１１４ａとの間に出入り口２４が設けられている。この出入り口２４により、 収納室１０の通風が良好になるとともに、収納室１０内の品物をバルコニー１１ ４ａで行う際の搬出、搬入が容易となる。 本考案の収納室１０においては、図２から分かるように、システムクロ−ク２ ０部分の下部台輪の一部を無くして、段差を無くした。これにより、システムク ロ−ク２０部分に、キャスター付き重い物等の出し入れを容易にした。 以上説明した本考案の収納室によれば、物を効率良く豊富に収納でき、しかも 取り出しやすく、しまいやすい収納が実現できる。 Hereinafter, a storage room according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
