(57) [Summary] [Problem] To enable welding of a separator without damaging the reinforcing steel of a structure. [Solution] A separator weld metal is attached to a reinforcing bar to which a separator is to be attached, and the separator is welded to the metal body, thereby preventing damage to the reinforcing bar, quality control, and cost reduction.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Separators for supporting a mold are stabilized by pulling each other. Normally, it is one piece, but depending on the shape and dimensions of the structure, the separator can be long, so it is very difficult to construct with one piece. When the work procedure is taken into consideration, the formwork is assembled after the completion of the assembling of the reinforcing bars, which hinders the reinforcing bars themselves, making it difficult to install the separator. Some workplaces accepted that the separator was directly welded to the rebar and ignored the quality of the rebar, which originally intended to supplement the tensile strength of the concrete.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the problems described above, a hardware for protecting the reinforcing bar itself has been devised. As shown in Fig. 1, the hardware is divided into two parts (1) and (2), and the metal (3) is sandwiched between (1) and (2) with the spacing of the separator (4) and the nut. The mounting position of the hardware at the time of tightening is determined by the reinforcing bar shape and the length of the separator to be welded. After the metal fitting is completed, the fillet welding (5) of the separator (4) is performed on the metal (1). Thereby, it can be constructed without damaging the rebar.

[Effects of the Invention] In order not to affect the quality of the rebar, it is considered that there is no problem in the rebar inspection and the strength is sufficiently secured. In addition, the work efficiency is good, and compared to the conventional method, material costs and labor are reduced, leading to cost reduction. The rebar diameter can correspond to D13 mm to D25 mm.

1. A metal member for preventing a separator from being welded to a reinforcing bar when assembling a formwork. 50m width
m, holes of 25 mm in diameter are made at intervals of 70 mm in a 4 mm thick steel strip (SS material), and 9 m is provided between the holes of 25 mm.
Two holes of m were drilled. Next, the steel strip is cut at the center of the 25 mm hole, the cut surface is bent inward, and a reinforcing bar (SD material)
Was sandwiched. "Fig. 1" The above hardware is attached to a reinforcing bar, and a U-shaped bolt (SR material)
"Fig. 2" is inserted into a 9mm hole, tightened evenly with a hexagon nut, and retightened with an impact driver or the like. Next, a separator (SS material) is adhered to the top end of the hardware “FIG. 1”, and fillet welding is performed. Since there is no direct welding to the rebar,
It also keeps the rebar quality. ────────────────────────────────────────────────── ───
