[Embodiment of the invention]

 An adhesive tape (1) is prepared, and a tourmaline paint print (2) is provided on the surface of the adhesive tape using a tourmaline powder paint like an injector ink print. Alternatively, on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape (1), a rubber- or resin-based binder is kneaded or molded together with torma lymph powder, and a mountain-shaped torma lymph powder kneaded body (4) is provided. Further, a tourmaline ion-coated paint body (3) is provided so as to wrap the entire kneaded portion of the mountain shape. These tourmaline technologies are based on the invention of the inventor of the present invention, which utilizes the application of JP-A-11-279445.
