BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a structure for fixing a base plate provided on a rear upper surface of a toilet body to a tank cover disposed thereon, and more particularly to a technical means for improving assemblability.

2. The invention of the present application has been made to solve such a problem. Thus, the invention of the present application provides a base plate provided on a rear upper surface of a toilet body and having a flush water tank for storing toilet flush water mounted on the upper surface, and a standing state on the base plate in a state of covering the flush water tank. A fixing structure with the disposed tank cover, wherein one of the base plate and the tank cover has a fitting concave portion, and the other has a fitting convex portion fitted into the fitting concave portion at a corresponding position. According to still another aspect of the present invention, in the second aspect, the stopper portion is formed as an inclined surface such that an upper surface of the stopper portion moves upward as it advances from the center of the fitting groove to both sides in the width direction. In addition, the lower surface of the fitting projection is a corresponding inclined surface (claim 3).

According to still another aspect of the present invention, in claim 2 or 3, the stopper portion in the fitting groove is a supporting portion for supporting the weight of the tank cover, and the fitting convex portion is a supported portion. (Chart 4).

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, one of the base plate and the tank cover disposed thereon is provided with a fitting concave portion and the other is provided with a fitting convex portion, and these are fitted to each other. The fitting holes are provided so as to match each other in the fitted state. According to the present invention, only the fitting concave portions and the fitting convex portions are fitted to each other. The respective fastening holes can be matched, and the base plate and the tank cover can be easily fastened and fixed with fasteners such as screws. According to a second aspect of the present invention, an upwardly open fitting groove is provided as the fitting recess on the outer surface of the rising portion of the peripheral edge of the base plate, and a fitting projection is provided on the inner surface of the tank cover. According to the present invention, when arranging the tank cover on the base plate, the tank cover is simply set so that the fitting protrusion is fitted into the fitting groove from the open portion at the upper end. The relative position between the fitting groove and the fitting projection can be defined by the stopper of the fitting groove. That is, the fastening holes provided in the base plate and the tank cover can be matched with each other, so that the assembling work of the tank cover can be simplified.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, the upper surface of the stopper portion and the lower surface of the fitting convex portion are formed as inclined surfaces having a shape which shifts upward as going to both sides in the width direction from the center of the groove. According to the invention, the groove width direction position of the fitting groove and the fitting convex portion can be automatically positioned by the guiding action of the inclined surfaces only by bringing the fitting convex portion into contact with the stopper portion.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the positions of the fastening holes of the base plate and the tank cover can be extremely easily matched only by setting the tank cover so that the fitting projection is fitted into the fitting groove. The assemblability of the tank cover can be further improved.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the stopper portion in the fitting groove is formed as a supporting portion for supporting the weight of the tank cover, and the fitting convex portion is formed as a supported portion. Before the fastening hole of the tank cover coincides with the fastening hole of the base plate, the support is performed by another supporting portion to prevent the fastening hole of the tank cover from being matched with the fastening hole of the base plate.
