へ延在せる主動軸と従動軸を平行に横設し、該主動軸を
モータによって回転駆動させ、該主動軸の一端に設けた
第1プーリーに上記第1伝動ベルトの上端を掛けると共
に、同他端に設けた第3プーリーに上記第3伝動ベルト
の上端を掛けて上記主動軸の回転駆動により通気通水ド
ラムを回転する第1伝動機構を備え;更に上記主動軸の
他端に設けた第1バイパスプーリーと上記従動軸の他端
に設けた第2バイパスプーリー間にバイパス伝動ベルト
を掛けて従動軸を回転駆動させ、該従動軸の一端に設け
た第2プーリーに上記第2伝動ベルトの上端を掛けると
共に、同他端に設けた第4プーリーに上記第4ベルトの
上端を掛けて上記従動軸の回転駆動により上記通気通水
ドラムを回転する第2伝動機構を備えることを特徴とす
