It is necessary to lock this lead wire at a predetermined position on the outer periphery of the bobbin so as not to loosen the winding. It is attached in the axial direction, and a part of the lead wire or the winding is locked on the outer periphery of the bobbin or the winding of the bobbin (for example, JP-A-3-173409, JP-A-2-146713, etc.).

For this reason, the lead wire at the end of the winding has to traverse over the wound winding, and if the lead wire and the winding are not insulated, there is a risk of causing a withstand voltage failure of the coil. . Therefore, at the end of the winding, it is necessary to first attach a tape for insulation between the winding and the lead wire, and then attach a tape from above the lead wire to fix the lead wire, which requires a troublesome work.

リードの引出線の固定方法。2. A wound wire material, wherein an adhesive tape is brought into contact with a bobbin, and the bobbin is rotated while rotating the bobbin in the same rotation direction as the winding process so that the adhesive tape is wound around the winding wire together with the wire material. 2. The method for fixing a lead wire of a coil lead according to claim 1, wherein the wire is not loosened when the adhesive tape is applied.
