価で簡単で効果大なる機械の考案が課題であった。
【解決手段】 内外壁パネルの部材(間柱)をエアシリ
ンダーの力で矯正する。間柱矯正装置付き受け台がスラ
イド装置上にあって自由に移動するのでパネル寸法の変
更にすばやく対応できる。また、外側の間柱矯正装置付
き受け台がエアシリンダーの力で内側に幅寄せしながら
押しつけるので枠材が仮組状態になり釘またはビス打ち
作業が容易にできる。ビス打ち作業が終了しても、各矯
正装置が作動している状態で耐力合板のビス打ちを行う
ため制度を損なうことなく早く作業が出来る。
