2. Description of the Related Art In an intracutaneous needle method conventionally used in acupuncture, a small, thin needle body having a length of about 1 to 2 cm having an acupuncture handle at one end is horizontally inserted into a skin without subcutaneously penetrating the needle. This is a method in which the acupuncture handle is exposed to the outside of the skin and fixed with a bandage for a necessary period.

[0003] In this case, the needle is inserted by tweezers held in the right hand so that the tip of the needle is about 3 to 4 mm protruding, and then the skin surface between the finger end and thumb end of the left hand. , And the skin surface is pulled in the insertion direction, that is, the finger direction. Next, the tip of the intradermal needle sandwiched between tweezers is brought into close contact with the skin, and the acupuncture body is inserted into the skin by pulling the skin in the direction of the thumb while pulling the skin.

[0004] In acupuncture, a tube needle method has been widely used in which a tube (needle tube) is used as an auxiliary tool to facilitate percutaneous insertion of a needle. Usually, this needle tube is formed about 4 mm shorter than the length of the acupuncture needle.
Hold the tip of the acupuncture in the right hand so that it does not protrude, hold the lower end of the needle tube between the fingers of the left hand, fix it upright on the skin, and bring the tip of the acupuncture into contact with the skin. In this state, the head of the needle handle protrudes from the upper end of the needle tube. If the finger of the right hand gently taps the head of the needle handle, the needle tip is inserted into the skin by about 3 mm, so the needle tube is pulled out. Before starting the acupuncture procedure. This tube needle method can easily perform perforation without damaging a fine acupuncture body.

When the acupuncture assisting device having such a configuration is used, similarly to the first embodiment, the loop-shaped operation unit 13 is placed between the finger and thumb of one hand. Grasping the skin holding portions 18 of the base 11,
When the needle 18a is pressed against both sides of the position of the skin where the acupuncture body 9 of the intradermal needle 5 is to be inserted, the skin at that portion is dented.
In this state, the looped operating section 13 is pressed from above and below against its elasticity, as shown in FIG. Since it slides forward as shown, the holding arms 17a, 1
The intradermal needle 5 holding the needle handle 6 held by 7a also moves forward, and the acupuncture body 9 of the intradermal needle 5 is inserted into the skin.
