However, the conventional method of tightening screws with a screwdriver requires a great deal of work by dropping and re-inserting terminal screws at a wiring site where working conditions are poor or paying attention to the tightening force. However, large panel equipment requiring a large number of electric wire connection operations required a large amount of man-hours. In particular, when changing wiring due to changes in load specifications after the panel is completed or after it has been put into operation, loosen the terminal screws, pull out the wires, and perform the connection work again. It was complicated and required a large number of work steps when the scale of change was large. In addition, the management of the tightening force of the terminal screws often depends on human intuition, and the terminal portion generates heat due to insufficient tightening force due to carelessness, which often leads to an accident. Therefore, the present invention provides an electric wire connection device for a circuit breaker that can perform one-touch connection and disconnection of an electric wire to and from a terminal portion of the circuit breaker, and that can always obtain a uniform contact pressure at the connection end of the electric wire. It is intended to provide.

According to the present invention, there is provided a leaf spring for generating a contact pressure by pressing a connection end of an electric wire against the connection plate, the other end of which is fastened to a terminal plate of the circuit breaker, and a connection of the electric wire. A leaf spring that bites into the end to prevent the wire from coming off is provided, and a wire is inserted between the connection plate and the leaf spring through a wire insertion hole of the housing to perform connection. Since the connection is completed simply by inserting the wire, the work becomes one-touch, and the contact pressure of the electric wire against the connection plate is determined by the amount of deformation of the leaf spring, so there is no variation among persons. Turn the release button for the wire

In order to connect the electric wire 5 to the circuit breaker 1 under such a configuration, the connection end portion 5a, which is removed by a specified size, is connected to the electric wire insertion hole 16 of the housing 13 and the notch hole of the support fitting 8. 9, the cover is inserted between the pressing leaf spring 11 and the retaining leaf spring 12 and the wire connecting portion 7 b of the connecting plate 7 until the end face of the covering comes into contact with the small diameter portion of the wire insertion hole 16. The elastically deformed pressing leaf spring 1
Reference numeral 1 denotes an arc-shaped portion at the tip, which presses the connection end 5a against the electric wire connection portion 7b to make contact with a required contact pressure. At the same time, the edge of the retaining leaf spring 11 bites into the surface of the connection end 5a. It acts as a retainer.

According to the illustrated configuration, the connection of the electric wire 5 is completed only by the insertion operation, so that the wiring operation becomes extremely simple.
Further, since the contact pressure with the electric wire connection portion 7b is constant depending on the amount of deformation of the pressing leaf spring 11, there is no fear of heat generation due to insufficient pressurization. Since the electric wire connection device 6 is mounted on the circuit breaker 1 at a factory stage, the connection plate 7 is quickly tightened by the terminal screw 3 with a predetermined torque by a screw machine, and manually tightened at a wiring site. The above-mentioned problems do not arise.

Next, the operation of the release button 17 will be described below. In FIG. 1, the retaining leaf spring 12 bites into the connection end 5a, and the electric wire 5 does not come off easily even if it is pulled. Therefore, when the electric wire 5 is pulled out, as shown in FIG.
7a, the tip of the driver 20 is inserted, the driver 20 is tilted to the left in the figure, and the release button 17 is slid to the right in the figure. Along with this, the retaining leaf spring 12 moves to the right together, and goes deeply into the window hole 10 of the support fitting 8. As a result, the retaining leaf spring 1 that bites into the connection end 5a
The two leg portions are pushed up by the lower edge 10a of the window hole 10 and float up from the connection end portion 5a. Thereby, the electric wire 5 can be easily pulled out. If you remove the driver 20,
The release button 17 automatically returns to the state of FIG. 5 by the restoring force of the retaining leaf spring 12.

The circuit breaker 1 is usually installed in the panel vertically or horizontally with the operation surface from which the open / close handle 1a (FIGS. 3 and 4) protrudes in the front, and the operator operates the handle from the near side. It is supposed to. Therefore, in the illustrated embodiment, the operability is improved by inserting the driver 20 from the same operation surface of the open / close handle 1a of the circuit breaker 1 as the release button 17 as well. By the way, if the driver 20 is inserted from the side where the electric wire 5 is inserted, for example, the handle portion is a panel panel, an attaching member,
It is difficult to operate when hitting other devices.

Embodiment 2 FIGS. 9 and 10 show an embodiment in which a plurality of sets of leaf springs and electric wire insertion holes are provided for the connection plates of each pole. FIG. 9 shows a main part of the electric wire connection device. FIG. 10 is a rear view of a cutaway plan view. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, two support fittings 8 arranged on the left and right are fixed to the electric wire connection portion 7b of the connection plate 7 of each pole, and a pressing leaf spring 11 (not shown in the drawing) and A retaining leaf spring 12 is mounted. The housing 13 is provided with two electric wire insertion holes 16 corresponding to each pole. According to such a configuration, even when a plurality of loads are connected to the load side of one circuit breaker, a contact pressure can be independently applied to each wire, and a plurality of wires can be connected with the same terminal screw. The contact reliability is increased as compared with the conventional method of fastening together.

Embodiment 3 Finally, FIGS. 11 and 12 show an embodiment in which the electric wire connecting device is separately configured for each single pole. FIG. 11 shows a state in which two single electric wire connecting devices are connected. FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which this is mounted on a circuit breaker. In the first to third embodiments, the two-pole connection plate 7 is integrally formed by one housing 13, but in this embodiment, the housing 13 is different for each connection plate 7. In each housing 13, a dovetail-shaped concave portion 13a and a convex portion 13b are integrally formed on the left and right side surfaces, and the adjacent poles are connected to each other as shown in the drawing by meshing these. According to such a configuration,
By simply preparing one type of wire connection device, an arbitrary number of poles can be freely configured according to the number of poles of the circuit breaker.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the electric wires can be connected by one-touch operation, the number of wiring steps can be greatly reduced, and a constant contact pressure can be always obtained no matter who is connected. The contact reliability of the wiring is improved. Then, operate the release button from the operation side of the circuit breaker.
By being incorporated as much as possible, the removal operation of the electric wire is easy and one-touch, and the man-hour when changing the wiring is reduced. In addition, since a plurality of electric wires can be inserted for each pole, reliability in distributing power from one circuit breaker to a plurality of loads is improved. Furthermore, if a configuration is made so as to obtain an arbitrary number of poles by connecting components separately configured for each single pole, cost reduction can be achieved as compared to a case where production is performed separately for each pole, and management is easy. Productivity is improved.
