The other end is pivotally attached to the upper and lower ends of a semi-circular lock plate 39 that rotates about the rotation shaft 40, and a dead bolt fitting groove 49 is formed in the center of the semi-circle of the lock plate 39,
A permanent lock 51 to be fitted and locked into the deadbolt fitting groove 49 is attached, one end of the upper connection plate 32 and the direction changing hardware 14 are connected by the connection plate 34, and handles 48 are attached to both ends of the rotating shaft 40.
