2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a method of manufacturing a sports shoe with a spike suitable mainly for athletics, for example, a front bottom part having a nut for attaching a spike at a predetermined position is formed by injection molding, and the upper side (contact surface) is formed. The surface opposite to the ground is polished or coated with a solvent by buffing, and the upper surface side of the bottom part is also polished by buffing or heated and vulcanized or crosslinked in a predetermined mold. The surface of the cushioning member made of foamed foam obtained by heating and pressing in a predetermined mold is subjected to surface treatment such as buffing, or surface treatment with a solvent. What was done, these front-treated front bottom parts, and the rear bottom parts, the adhesive surface of the respective members of the cushioning member is coated with an adhesive and sequentially bonded, and then spikes are applied to each nut of the front bottom parts. Join A method of obtaining a spiked athletic shoes bottom has been adopted.

However, according to the above-described manufacturing method, when the parts are bonded and bonded with an adhesive, the design and shape of each part are complicated and diversified, so that the work of applying the adhesive to each part is difficult. There is a defect that it is difficult to obtain a sports shoe sole of uniform quality, for example, it takes time and the adhesive protrudes during molding to impair the appearance. Also, of course, the work process of sequentially connecting the parts is troublesome, and there are defects such as an increase in production cost.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention uses a molding die A mainly composed of an upper mold a and a lower mold b for heating and pressurizing a pre-foamed resin material, using a cushioning member 17, a front bottom part 13 of an outer bottom 12, and a rear bottom part. Article 14
The manufacturing method for integrally forming the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 14, the molding die A includes an upper die a having a convex portion 1 that forms an upper surface 11 of an athletic shoe sole B, and at least a bottom surface of the outer sole 12 shown in FIG. And a lower die b having a concave portion 2 forming a nut. In the concave portion 2, an impermeable hole 3 is formed in a portion corresponding to each nut 15 fixed to a predetermined portion of the front bottom part 13 of the outer bottom 12. 3 is formed. Therefore, the manufacturing method of the present invention will be described in detail. First, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the front bottom component 13 and the rear bottom component 14 of the outer bottom 12 adhered to the cushioning member 17 and the lower surface thereof.
Prepare Next, an engaging part having a tip part 5 is fitted into the impervious hole 3 provided in the concave part 2 of the lower mold b, a surface treatment is previously performed on the upper surface thereof with a solvent, and a desired adhesive is applied. The leading end 5 of each engaging part is fitted into the through hole 16 of each nut 15 of the applied front bottom part 13 so as to fit the front bottom part 13.
Is accurately fixed in the concave portion 2 of the lower mold b. Further, the rear bottom part 14 of the outer bottom 12 is abutted in the recess 2 of the lower die b behind the position where the front bottom part 13 is fixed. In this case, the rear bottom part 14
A desired adhesive is applied after buffing or polishing is performed in advance on the upper surface side. Next, a buffer member 17 having a desired adhesive applied to the lower surface thereof is applied to the front bottom component 13 and the rear bottom component 14 in the concave portion 2 of the lower die b, and the lower die to which these components are applied is attached. b is coated with the upper mold, and heated and pressed at a desired temperature. At this time, the heating temperature and the pressurizing time are determined by the softening temperature of the foamed resin material and each component 1 of the outer bottom 12.
110 ° C to 120 ° C depending on the softening temperature of 3,14
The pressure is preferably about 150 kg / cm 2 , and the heating and pressurizing time is preferably about 3.5 to 5 minutes. Further, after a predetermined heating and pressurizing time, the upper mold a of the molding die A is removed from the lower mold b, and then the outer bottom 12 with the cushioning member 17 is moved to the recess 2 of the lower mold b.
At this time, as shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, the front bottom part 13 of the outer bottom 12 is provided with a through hole 16 of each nut 15.
The distal end of each engaging part 4 is kept inserted therein. Therefore, the engaging parts 4 are removed from the through holes 16 of the nuts 15 and spikes 18 of athletic shoes suitable for athletics as shown in FIG. By doing so, a desired athletic shoe sole can be provided. The front bottom part 13 of the outer bottom 12 is desirably a polyurethane resin or an aliphatic polyamide resin, for example, nylon 11 (trade name), which undergoes relatively little deformation when heated and pressed. As the cushioning material 17, a foamed EVA resin or a thermoplastic rubber which is easily heated and pressed is desirable. An athletic shoe sole B manufactured according to the present invention has a protruding part in which the front sole part 13 of the outer sole 12 of the athletic shoe sole B as shown in FIG. 11 is not provided, or alternatively, as shown in FIG.
One with 9 but without the back part 14 can also be provided.

According to the present invention, the cushioning member 17, the front bottom part 13 and the rear bottom part 14 are integrally connected in the upper die a and the lower die b of the molding die A, so that the production process is omitted. And the production cost can be reduced. Further, each nut 15 of the front bottom part 13 is fitted to the tip part 5 of each engagement part 4 fitted in each impervious hole 3 of the concave part 2 of the lower mold b of the molding die A, so that it can be accurately positioned at a predetermined position. And the outer bottom 12 and the cushioning member 17 are joined by heating and pressing, so that the adhesive material does not protrude to impair the appearance and provide a product with high commercial value.
