The present invention relates to a peeler for peeling fruits and vegetables.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

Conventionally, what is shown in FIGS. 10 (A) and 10 (B) has been used as a peeler for peeling fruits and vegetables, that is, a so-called peeler. This peeling device includes a grip portion 101, a support portion 102 formed at the tip of the grip portion 101 so as to spread laterally, and a peeling blade 103 supported between the left and right ends of the support portion 102. Equipped with. In the example shown in FIGS. 10 (A) and 10 (B), the peeling blade 103 is entirely made of metal, and a gap 104 is formed at the center thereof. The blade portion 105 has a blade edge extending in the direction. On the other hand, no blade tip is formed on the tip side portion facing the gap portion 104, and it serves as the guide portion 106. Then, the blade portion 105 and the guide portion 106 face each other with an appropriate angle (100 to 170 degrees), and both the portions 105 and 106 are pressed against the surfaces of fruits and vegetables to pull the handle. The skin is peeled off, and the peeled skin comes out through the gap 104. Further, the peeling blade 103 is adapted to freely rotate with respect to the support portion 102 so that the blade edge of the blade portion 105 can abut smoothly when pressed.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

However, in this peeler, since the distance t between the blade portion 105, the guide portion 106 and the gap portion 104 formed by de is constant, the peeling can be performed only to a constant thickness. Therefore, for example, when peeling different kinds of fruits and vegetables, or when it is necessary to change the thickness of the skin and peel it, there is a problem that it can only be peeled to a constant thickness. . Therefore, the present invention has an object to provide a peeler capable of peeling fruits and vegetables by adjusting the thickness thereof.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

The present invention provides a peeling device that has a peeling blade 2 on the tip side of the handle portion 1 and peels fruits and vegetables with the peeling blade 2. The above problems are solved. 1st invention of this application WHEREIN: The blade 2 for peeling makes the blade part 3 for cutting the skin of fruits and vegetables, and the surface of fruits and vegetables contact when the skin of fruits and vegetables is cut by the blade part 3. And a gap portion 8 formed between the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4, and a moving means for moving one of the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 with respect to the other. is there.

The second invention of the present application is for the moving means according to the first invention of the present application to rotate the guide portion 4 rotatably arranged with respect to the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4. The guide operating member 7 of FIG. The guide portion 4 includes an abutting portion 41 that abuts on the surface of fruits and vegetables on one end side. By rotating the contact portion 41 about the other end of the guide portion 4, the gap 8 formed between the blade portion 3 and the contact portion 41 can be widened and narrowed. The angle formed by the portion 3 and the guide portion 4 can be changed. Furthermore, the guide portion 4 includes an inclined surface 43 that is inclined in one direction. The guide operating member 7 includes inclined surface pressing portions 74 a and 74 b that press the inclined surface 43 of the guide portion 4. The inclined surface pressing portions 74a and 74b are capable of pressing at least two positions on the inclined surface 43 1 which are separated by a predetermined distance. The guide operating member 7 is movably arranged with respect to the guide portion 4 so that the inclined surface pressing portions 74a and 74b can slide on the inclined surface 43 of the guide portion 4. . As the inclined surface 43 of the inclined surface pressing portions 74a and 74b slides, the inclined surface 43 of the guide portion 4 is pressed against the inclined surface pressing portions 74a and 74b, so that the guide portion 4 is contacted. The contact portion 41 is configured to rotate about the other end side of the guide portion 4 as an axis.

In the first invention of the present application, since the moving means for moving one of the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 with respect to the other is provided, the gap of the gap portion 8 between the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 and The angle formed by the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 can be adjusted. Thereby, the gap of the gap 8 can be widened or narrowed, or the angle formed by the blade 3 and the guide 4 can be changed to peel the skin with an arbitrary thickness.

In the second invention of the present application, the guide portion 4 having the inclined surface 43 inclined in one direction is rotatable, and the guide operating member 7 having the inclined surface pressing portions 74a and 74b is provided. When the moving operation is performed on the guide portion 4, the inclined surface pressing portions 74a and 74b of the guide operating member 7 slide on the inclined surface 43 of the guide portion 4, and the inclined surface 43 presses the inclined surface 43 along with the sliding. It is assumed that the contact portion 41 of the guide portion 4 is pressed by the portions 74a and 74b to rotate about the other end side of the guide portion 4 as an axis. By doing so, when the guide operating member 7 can be moved and operated with respect to the guide portion 4, the gap portion 8 formed between the blade portion 3 and the contact portion 41 of the guide portion 4 can be widened, Alternatively, the angle formed between the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 can be changed while the width can be made narrower, and the operation can be facilitated. Moreover, since the abutting portion 41 of the guide portion 4 is rotated by sliding the inclined surface pressing portions 74a and 74b on the inclined surface 43 of the guide portion 4, the abutting portion 41 of the guide portion 4 is rotated. The rotation can be performed gradually and surely, and can be made suitable for fine adjustment of the gap of the gap portion 8 and the angle formed by both. Further, since the inclined surface pressing portions 74a and 74b are pressed at least at two positions on the inclined surface 43 which are separated by a predetermined distance, for example, as shown in FIG. Even if abutting against each other and the contact portion 41 receives a force Q in the direction of the pressing portions 74a and 74b, it can be received at two points, and the guide portion 4 can always be supported in a stable state.

In the present embodiment, the guide operating member 7 is composed of two parts, an upper part having a part of the fitting insertion groove 55a at the upper end and a lower part having a part of the fitting insertion groove 55a at the lower end. Although it is fixed by a fixing means (not shown) such as a bolt, it may be integrally formed and may be appropriately changed.

The guide operating member 7 thus configured is locked to the plate-shaped locking portion 55 provided on the holding frame 5 so that the guide operating member 7 moves in the left-right direction with respect to the holding frame 5 (see FIG. ), And is slidable in the XY direction in FIG. 7 (A). Specifically, the locking portion 55 is integrally formed with the left holding piece 51 and the right holding piece 52 of the holding frame 5 by synthetic resin molding as shown in FIGS. It is bridged on the front side of the guide portion 4 between the right holding piece 52 and the contact portion 41 of the guide portion 4 so as to be substantially parallel thereto. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 6 (A) and 7 (A), the distance between the locking portion 55 and the inclined surface 43 of the guide portion 4 is gradually narrowed from the right side to the left side. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the engaging portion 55 is provided with a sliding groove 56 extending in the left-right direction, and the sliding groove 56 allows the sliding groove 56 to be formed on each of the front and rear sides of the sliding groove 56. Fitting pieces 57, 57 are formed. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of small projection fitting concave portions 55a ... 55a are formed in the sliding groove 56 at predetermined intervals. Then, by fitting the fitting insertion grooves 73, 73 of the guide operating member 7 into the fitting insertion pieces 57, 57 of the locking portion 55, the guide operating member 7 is guided by the sliding groove 56 and slides in the left-right direction. It is possible to be locked to the locking portion 55. Further, the guide operating member 7 is locked to the locking portion 55, so that the inclined surface right pressing portion 74a and the inclined surface left pressing portion 74b are formed as shown in FIGS. 6 (A) and 7 (A). Are brought into contact with the inclined surface 43 of the guide portion 4 at the same time.

The guide operating member 7 locked to the locking portion 55 as described above is slid from the right side to the left side, for example, from the state shown in FIG. 6 (A) to the state shown in FIG. 7 (A). Then, the inclined surface right pressing portion 74a and the inclined surface left pressing portion 74b which are in contact with the inclined surface 43 of the guide portion 4 also slide on the inclined surface 43. At that time, since the distance between the locking portion 55 and the inclined surface 43 of the guide portion 4 is gradually narrowed from the right side to the left side, as the guide operating member 7 slides from the right side to the left side, 6B, the inclined surface 43 of the guide portion 4 is gradually pressed by the inclined surface right pressing portion 74a and the inclined surface left pressing portion 74b, so that the connecting portion of the guide portion 4 is connected as shown in FIG. 7B. 42 and 42 gradually bend. Due to this bending, the contact portion 41 side of the guide portion 4 pivots counterclockwise in FIG. 6 from the state shown in FIG. The state shown in (B) is reached. As a result, the guide portion 4 is rotated to the position shown by the dotted line in FIG. 3, and the interval t 2 of the gap portion 8 formed by the blade tip 31 of the blade portion 3 and the contact portion 41 of the guide portion 4 is widened. In addition, the angle P formed by the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 can be reduced. At that time, since the inclined surface right pressing portion 74a and the inclined surface left pressing portion 74b are slid on the inclined surface 43, the contact portion 41 side of the guide portion 4 can be gradually rotated. This can be surely performed, and can be performed while finely adjusting the interval t and the angle P of the gap portion 8. Further, since the guide portion 4 is supported by the inclined surface right pressing portion 74a and the inclined surface left pressing portion 74b at two positions separated by a predetermined distance, the contact portion 41 is not hit by vegetables or the like during use. Even if a force Q (shown in FIG. 7 (A)) in the pressing portions 74a and 74b is applied to the abutting portion 41, it can be received by the inclined surface right pressing portion 74a and the inclined surface left pressing portion 74b. The guide portion 4 can be supported in a stable state. Further, in the guide operating member 7 slid to the left side by a predetermined amount, as shown in FIG. 5, the locking small projections 73a, 73a enter into the small projection fitting recess 55b of the locking portion 55, and the locking portion. Temporarily non-slidably locked to 55 to maintain its position. Therefore, even if the elastic force of the bent guide portion 4 or the force due to the contact of vegetables or the like during use is applied to the inclined surface right pressing portion 74a and the inclined surface left pressing portion 74b, the guide operating member 7 moves to the right side. It is prevented from being returned.

On the other hand, from that state, the operation member 7 locked to the locking portion 55 is pushed to the right side. As a result, the locking small projections 73a, 73a of the operating member 7 that have entered the small projection fitting recess 55b of the locking portion 55 are disengaged from the small projection fitting recess 55b, and the operating member 7 is slid to the right side. be able to. When the operating member 7 slides to the right side, the bent connecting portions 42, 42 of the guide portion 4 gradually return to their original state due to elasticity, and the contact portion 41 side of the guide portion 4 with respect to the holding frame 5. It rotates clockwise in FIG. As a result, the distance t between the gap portions 8 can be narrowed and the angle P formed by the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 can be increased. Further, the locking small projections 73a, 73a of the operating member 7 which have slid by a predetermined amount to the right side enter into the small projection fitting recess 55b of the locking portion 55, and the locking portion 55 is temporarily held at that position. It is non-slidably locked to and maintains its position.

As described above, the interval t of the gap 8 and the angle P formed by the blade 3 and the guide 4 can be freely adjusted by the sliding operation of the guide operating member 7. It can be peeled with vegetables or, if desired, in any thickness. Further, since the guide portion 4 and the holding frame 5 are integrally formed and the guide portion 4 is rotated by utilizing the bending of the connecting portions 42 of the guide portion 4 with the holding frame 5, the guide portion 4 is rotated. Since it is not necessary to assemble the holding frame 5 with the holding frame 5, it can be easily manufactured at low cost.

In the present embodiment, the inclined surface 43 of the guide portion 4 is composed of an inclined surface that is inclined in the right and left directions. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, as shown in FIG. 8 (A). In addition, the thickness from the contact portion 41 gradually increases as it goes from the rear side to the front side (Z direction in FIGS. 4 (A) and 8 (A)) of the guide portion 4, and the guide operation is performed. The member 7 is made to slide in the front-back direction with respect to the locking portion 55, and the guide portion 4 is bent as the guide operating member 7 slides from the rear side to the front side as shown in FIG. 8B. Or the thickness from the contact portion 41 gradually increases as it goes diagonally from the right rear end side of the guide portion 4 to the left front end side (W direction in FIG. 4A). In addition to making it an inclined surface, the guide operating member 7 is slid diagonally with respect to the locking portion 55. Well, it can be appropriately changed. Further, the inclined surface 43 may not be provided on the entire front surface of the guide portion 4, but may be provided on a part of the front surface of the guide portion 4 as shown in FIG. 8C, for example. This is advantageous in that the lengths of the connecting portions 42, 42 with the left holding piece 51 and the right holding piece 52 can be increased, and the connecting portions 42, 42 can be easily bent.

In the present embodiment, the inclined surface pressing portion of the guide operating member 7 is composed of two inclined surface right pressing portions 74a and inclined surface left pressing portions 74b. It may be composed of three or more elements, and may be appropriately changed. However, if it is composed of two or more parts, the guide part 4 can be supported in a stable state, and in this respect, it is preferable to be composed of two or more parts.

Further, in this embodiment, the guide portion 4 is formed with the inclined surface 43, and the guide operating member 7 is slid along the inclination direction of the inclined surface 43 to rotate the guide portion 4. However, for example, as shown in FIGS. 9 (A) and 9 (B), the guide portion 4 is formed of a plate-shaped member having no inclined surface, and the guide operating member 7a is formed of a bolt-shaped member. The guide operating member 7a is screwed into the locking portion 55 so as to project from the locking portion 55 to the guide portion 4 side, and the tip of the guide operating member 7a is brought into contact with the front surface of the guide portion 4 to rotate the guide operating member 7a. The guide portion 4 may be rotated by changing the protruding length from the locking portion 55 by a dynamic operation, which can be appropriately changed. Further, in this case, the number of the bolt-shaped guide operating members 7a is not particularly limited, and for example, only one may be provided at the left and right center of the guide portion 4, but FIG. 9 (A) (B) As shown in FIG. 2, if two parts are provided on the left part and the right part of the guide part 4, or three parts are provided on the left part, the right part, and the central part, two or more points are provided as in the previous embodiment. This is preferable in that the guide portion 4 can be supported by and the guide portion 4 can be supported in a stable state during use.

In the present embodiment, the guide portion 4 is formed integrally with the holding frame 5, and the connecting portion of the guide portion 4 with the holding frame 5 is bent so that the guide portion 4 can be rotated. Not limited to this form, the guide portion 4 is configured separately from the holding frame 5, the guide portion 4 is axially supported by the holding frame 5, and the guide operating member is guided by a biasing mechanism such as a coil spring. The guide portion 4 and the guide operating member 7 may be constantly kept in contact with each other by urging the guide portion 7 side, and the guide portion 4 and the guide operating member 7 may be appropriately changed.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the guide portion 4 is made rotatable with respect to the holding frame 5 and is rotated by the guide operating member 7, so that the gap 8 between the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 is separated. Although t and the angle P formed by the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 are adjustable, as long as one of the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 is moved relative to the other. Well, for example, the blade portion 3 is provided with an inclined surface similar to that provided in the guide portion 4, and the blade portion 3 having the inclined surface is rotatable on the holding frame 5 via the bending of the blade portion 3 or the shaft. By rotating this with the guide operating member 7, the interval t of the gap portion 8 between the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 and the angle P formed by the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 are adjusted. You may do it. Further, the interval t of the gap 8 between the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 and the angle P formed by the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 are not limited to the one in which they can be adjusted at the same time, and the guide portion 4 or the blade portion 3 can be adjusted. By moving one whole in the front-back or up-down direction with respect to the other, only the interval t of the gap 8 between the blade 3 and the guide 4 is adjusted, or, for example, the guide 4 is touched. The contact portion 41 side is rotatably connected to the holding frame 5, and the guide portion 4 is rotated around the contact portion 41 side, so that the contact portion 41 of the guide portion 4 and the cutting edge of the blade portion 3 are rotated. It is also possible to adjust only the angle P formed by the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 without changing the distance between the blade 31 and the guide portion 31, and it can be changed appropriately.

[Effect of the invention]

As described above, in the first invention of the present application, the distance between the gap portion 8 and the angle formed by the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 can be freely set by the moving means that moves one of the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 with respect to the other. Can be adjusted and peeled at any thickness. Therefore, it can be used conveniently when peeling different kinds of fruits and vegetables, or when it is desired to change the thickness of the peel and peel the peel.

In addition to the effect of the first invention of the present application, if the guide operating member 7 can be moved and operated with respect to the guide section 4, the guide section 4 rotates and the blade section 3 of the present invention. The gap portion 8 formed between the guide portion 4 and the contact portion 41 of the guide portion 4 can be widened or narrowed, and the angle formed by the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4 can be changed, which facilitates operation. it can. Moreover, since the abutting portion 41 of the guide portion 4 is rotated by sliding the inclined surface pressing portions 74a and 74b on the inclined surface 43 of the guide portion 4, the contact portion 41 of the guide portion 4 is rotated. Can be performed gradually and surely, and can be performed while finely adjusting the interval of the gap portion 8 and the angle formed by the blade portion 3 and the guide portion 4. In addition, since the inclined surface pressing portions 74a and 74b are pressed at least at two positions on the inclined surface 43 that are separated by a predetermined distance, vegetables or the like come into contact with the contact portion 41 during use, and the contact portion 41 is pressed with the pressing portion 74a. Even if a force in the direction of 74b is applied, the force can be received at two points, and the guide portion 4 can be squeezed in a stable state. Therefore, the guide portion 4 can be reliably maintained at each rotated position.
