 Generally, in a parking lot in a heavy snow area, snow adhered to a car is thawed and accumulated on a pallet. In the figure, 10 is a pallet according to the present invention, which has a rising piece 10a at both left and right ends for preventing the vehicle from slipping off, and a groove 12 provided at the left and right ends of the wheel entry portion 11 of the automobile. Since the groove 12 may be provided in the longitudinal direction of the pallet 10, it can substitute for a tank having a sufficient water storage capacity even if the depth is shallow, especially in a cage floor of a vertical circulation type parking device. If the pallet has the same structure as this pallet, the best cage with a water storage device can be obtained.

If such a groove 12 is provided in the pallet 10, the thawed water is quickly introduced into the groove and accumulates at any time, and when occasional cleaning is desired, the grating 14 is removed from the groove 12. It is all right and extremely convenient.
