Means for achieving the above object are as follows. In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, an ultraviolet detector of an automatic fire extinguisher detects a flame generated at a certain distant part and fires when the flame continues for a certain time. And sends the signal to the infrared sensor, which then reaches a certain scale in the height and width of the fire flame measured by the ultraviolet sensor and flickers or fluctuates in the movement of the flame. When it is detected, it is determined that a fire has occurred, and the operating part equipped with the nozzle part turns,
The nozzles of the nozzle portion are directed freely from side to side and up and down from the center of the flame by determining the left and right and up and down angles of the flame to discharge the fire extinguishing agent and extinguish the fire. A gist of the present invention is a robot-type fire extinguishing method and a device thereof, in which when the infrared sensing unit determines that the flame is not the predetermined size, the operating unit stops operating and returns to the original state.

1 is a front view of a robot-type fire extinguisher according to the present invention, in which a front door is opened, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the swiveling of a nozzle portion in FIG. 1, and FIG. FIG. Hereinafter, specific examples thereof will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, the apparatus 1 of the present invention is a box-shaped body that is fixedly mounted on a floor f, and stores a fire extinguisher container 3 in a lower part 2 of the body. The fire extinguisher container is filled with 6 to 30 kg of fire extinguisher (mainly foam fire extinguisher, powder fire extinguisher), and is connected to the nozzle of the freely rotatable operating part 4 at the upper part of the body by the discharge hose 5.
Reference numeral 7 denotes an operation indicator, 6 denotes an ultraviolet detector, 8 denotes a power indicator, 9 denotes a preliminary alarm indicator, 10 denotes a fire alarm indicator, and 11 denotes a fire alarm indicator.
Is an alarm buzzer device. The rotating operating unit 4 houses an infrared sensing unit 12, a nozzle unit 13, and a control unit 14 having an electronic brain. The detection of fire by ultraviolet rays detects ultraviolet rays contained in flames within a range of 5 m,
In other words, even if the fire source at a location 5 m away is a lighter or a match fire, if a flame is continuously detected for 9 seconds, a preliminary fire alarm is displayed by the indicator lamp 9. The operation system of the robot fire extinguisher is as shown in FIG.

When the fire detection by the ultraviolet detector is continued for 9 seconds, the operating unit rotates and turns the nozzle unit 13 toward the ignition point of the fire. The nozzle unit includes a fire extinguishing nozzle and an infrared sensing unit 12 provided with an infrared detector, and detects a fire site. However, even if the flame continues for 9 seconds, if the flame is 5 m away and the size is within 10 cm, the infrared sensor returns the swirled nozzle portion to its original state without considering it as a fire. In the case of such a small flame, the ultraviolet ray sensor is activated every 9 seconds to issue a preliminary alarm, and the sensor of the infrared ray detecting section of the nozzle section is driven to determine whether or not a fire has occurred. In the case where the size of the flame is about 10 cm or less at a distance of 5 m from the infrared sensor, the nozzle does not operate and returns to the original position because the infrared sensor does not emit a fire signal. And 5m away 20c
If the fire is around m, the fire may or may not be determined to be a fire. If the flame grows,
If grown to a size of about 30cm x 30cm x 50cm,
The infrared sensor of the nozzle part operates and the nozzle part measures according to the width and height of the fire, directs the nozzle to the center,
The fire extinguisher is released by shaking the nozzle up, down, left and right to extinguish the fire. In this case, when it is not judged that the flame is a fire flame due to the above-mentioned flame of about 20 cm, it is judged whether there is flickering or flickering. Is set. In the event that the fire cannot be extinguished, the UV detector is activated again to send out a non-extinguishing signal. The power supply unit of this automatic fire extinguisher is provided with a NiCd battery as a backup for charging and has been fully charged. A power failure signal (AC power supply cutoff) at that time is also provided. Reference numeral 15 denotes a connection port for a transfer signal, and reference numeral 16 denotes a power plug.

A method for extinguishing a fire by an automatic fire extinguisher equipped with an ultraviolet detector, an infrared detector and other working devices, wherein the ultraviolet detector of the automatic fire extinguisher always detects a fire within a range of 5 m. When the detected fire continues for a certain period of time, it is measured as a fire flame, and its signal is sent to the infrared sensor. Then, the infrared sensor provided in the operating unit turns with the nozzle according to the signal from the ultraviolet sensor. ,
Measures the height and width of the flame of the fire, and if the movement of the flame detects flickering or flickering, it determines that the fire is a fire, and the nozzle freely swings the fire extinguishing nozzle from the center of the fire to the left, right, up and down Directs fire extinguisher and extinguishes fire. When the infrared sensor detects that the flame is not of a certain scale due to the lapse of a certain period of time, or when the flame is extinguished by a fire extinguishing agent, the operating part stops operating and returns to its original state.
