By the way, an advantage of the hands-free intercom is that it is not necessary to have a handset, so that a call can be made even if both hands are closed during work.
It is desirable that the call button 101 has a shape as large as possible so that a pressing operation can be easily performed even with an elbow or the like. However, in the hands-free intercom shown in FIG. 10, since the call button 101 is only large enough to be pressed with a finger, it is very difficult to perform a push operation with both hands closed.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present applicant has proposed a hands-free intercom having a flat-type talk handle and a thin talk button, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. Hei.
No. 292283. The configuration of the handsfree intercom is shown in FIGS. FIG.
FIG. 9 is a front view showing a state where the surface-type call handle 51 is detached from the housing 50, and FIG. 9 is a side sectional view showing a state where the surface-type call handle 51 is attached to the housing 50.

A window hole 52 is formed in the front surface of the housing 50, into which a surface-type communication handle 51 is fitted. The surface-type communication handle 51 is fixed to the upper edge of the window hole 52 (handle-side screw hole). 51a, a support frame piece 53 to be screwed and fixed in the support frame one side hole 53b is extended. The seam between the window hole and the support frame piece 53 is formed by elastically deformable curved portions 53a, 53a.
Thereby, the surface type call handle 51 is provided with an elastic force for a pressing operation to give a click feeling. By fitting the surface-type call handle 51 into the window hole 52, the surface-type call handle 51 can be attached to be substantially flush with the surface of the housing 50 or in a curved state corresponding to the curve of the surface of the housing 50, without using a spring. The support frame piece 53 can apply an elastic force to the pressing operation.
When the surface-type communication handle 51 is pressed, the surface-type communication handle 51 presses a contact (not shown) built in the housing 50. Further, the surface-type call handle 51 is provided with a locking claw 5 integrally provided at the other end.
1 is detachably engaged with the peripheral portion of the window frame 52, so that the elasticity of the curved portions 53a, 53a restricts a certain amount of displacement in a direction opposite to the inside of the housing 50, and The step portion 54 provided on the peripheral edge of the window hole 52 limits the displacement of the housing 50 in the inward direction by a certain amount or more.

By the way, in the above-mentioned conventional example, since the support frame piece 53 and the curved portions 53a, 53a are molded integrally with the housing 50 by a resin, the surface-type telephone handle 51 is not used. In order to mount the housing 50 substantially flush with the surface of the housing 50 or in a curved state corresponding to the curve of the surface of the housing 50, the positional relationship between the surface of the housing 50 and the support frame piece 53 must be set extremely accurately. However, according to the mold integral molding,
If the housing molded product is taken out before the resin is completely solidified, the support frame piece 53 hangs down due to its own weight, and the curved portions 53a, 53a are deformed accordingly. The positional relationship with the piece 53 is out of order.
When the telephone is attached to the housing 50,
Sunk from the surface of the housing 50 and was not flush. Of course, if the housing molded product is left in the mold until the resin is completely hardened, the productivity is significantly impaired, and the support frame piece 53 itself is supported by a jig for each housing. However, it is not preferable to wait until the resin completely hardens, because productivity is significantly impaired.

[0013] Hands-free intercom 1 of the present embodiment
Can be connected to security devices such as a gas sensor, an external emergency button, and a fire detector (not shown), in addition to a communication device such as a door phone slave unit or an intercom master device (not shown). It is configured to receive an emergency signal from the security device and emit an alarm sound from the built-in speaker 3 or an additional speaker connected separately. An emergency button 4 is also provided on the hands-free intercom 1 itself. When the emergency button 4 is pressed, an alarm sound is emitted from the speaker 3. As in the case of the conventional hands-free intercom, a board 7 having a communication circuit for controlling a communication state with the partner device is built in the housing 2, and after a ringing tone from the partner device, a call button is provided. When the built-in light emitting diode 9 emits light by pressing the button 5, a communication state with the partner device is formed, and the speaker 3 communicates with the partner device via the microphone 6 provided on the lower surface of the housing 2. Is available. When the call button 5 is depressed in the call state, the light emitting diode 9 is turned off and the call circuit cuts off the call state with the partner device and ends the call. Each time the contact 8 mounted on the substrate 7 is driven, the communication circuit forms / blocks a communication state.

The non-elastic pieces 10f, 10f are provided on the surface type telephone handle 10 (as viewed from the side of the housing 2).
It becomes a fulcrum of the angular rotation, and the fulcrum rotation of the handle 10 can be stabilized. Similarly, the fulcrum projection 10g also serves as a fulcrum for angular rotation of the surface-type communication handle 10 (as viewed from the side of the housing 2), and the fulcrum rotation of the handle is stabilized. still,
As in the present embodiment, both the inelastic piece portions 10f, 10f and the fulcrum projection 10g may be used in combination, or only one of them may be provided. If neither is provided,
Since only the elastic pieces 10b, 10b serve as fulcrums for angular rotation, the angular rotation is slightly unstable.

In the manufacturing process, the surface type telephone handle 10 and the housing 2 are separately molded integrally with a mold.
Since the elastic small pieces 10b, 10b are integrally formed on the side of the surface-type telephone handle 10, the elastic small pieces 10b, 10b
Since the weight b does not become too heavy, even if the molded product is taken out in a state where the resin is not completely solidified during the integral molding of the mold as in the conventional example, the elastic small pieces 10b, 10b
b does not sag and is not deformed, and is excellent in productivity.
