The present applicant has attempted to use a solar cell panel as an outer wall of a building or a waist panel of a curtain wall, but the power generation efficiency of the solar cell has been reduced in a short period of time. As a result of diligent research into this cause, when solar panels are used as building outer walls and curtain wall waist panels, the solar panels are directly exposed to the weather and the liquid medium absorbs moisture from the adhesive part of the transparent panel, It has been found that this is because the light transmittance of the liquid medium is reduced.

According to the present invention, since the upper and lower edges and the right and left vertical edges of the transparent panel 1 are provided with sealants having high moisture resistance, respectively, the transparent panel 1 and the back panel 2 are attached by the sealants. To prevent the transparent filler 3 from absorbing moisture to reduce the light transmittance. Therefore, the solar cell panel used as a building outer wall material, a waist panel of a curtain wall, or the like. It becomes suitable. In addition, since the sealing material can be positioned by the front step near the upper edge of the back panel 2, the front step near the lower edge, and the step of the receiving member 7, the sealing material can be correctly positioned and easily mounted. Further, since the receiving member 7 is fixed to the left and right vertical edges of the back panel 2 to form a step, the back panel 2 can be made of an extruded aluminum material.
Further, since the upper and lower middle portions of the transparent panel 1 and the back panel 2 are fixed by the fixing tool 8, the connection strength between the transparent panel 1 and the back panel 2 is strong. For this reason, it is not necessary to sandwich the peripheral portions of the transparent panel 1 and the back panel 2 by the U-shaped frame, and the frame is not required, so that the weight can be reduced and the solar cell panel can be easily attached. In addition, when a plurality of solar cell panels are mounted on the upper and lower sides, the amount of sunlight blocked by the upper solar cell panel is reduced, so that the sunlight irradiation area of the lower solar cell panel can be increased.

[Embodiment] As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, a transparent filler 3 made of a transparent resin having an adhesive force such as EVA or PVB is filled between a transparent panel 1 and a back panel 2. A solar cell 4 is sealed in the transparent filler 3, and a sealing material 5 is mounted between the upper and lower edges of the transparent panel 1 and the upper and lower edges of the back panel 2. The left and right lengths of the panel 2 are shorter than the left and right lengths of the transparent panel 1. A receiving member 6 is fixed to the left and right end surfaces 2 a of the back panel 2 with screws 7. The sealing material 5 is mounted between the left and right vertical edges and the back surface, respectively, and the sealing material 5 is continuously mounted four times between the edge of the transparent panel 1 and the edge of the back panel 3. Panel 1 and back panel 2 are provided with a plurality of fasteners 8 near the upper and lower edges. They are wearing.

As shown in FIG. 2, the back panel 2 is attached to a vertical plate 11 integrally provided with a plurality of radiating fins 10 by mounting pieces 1.
2 and an inward piece 13 are integrally formed in the longitudinal direction, and are formed of an extruded aluminum material. The front surface closer to the upper edge and the front surface closer to the lower edge each have a stepped shape and have a first step portion 14 and a second step portion 15, and the inner space A narrowed between the front surface and the rear surface of the transparent panel 1.
As shown in FIG. 3, the projecting piece 6a of the receiving member 6 also has a stepped shape to form a narrow inner space A and a wider outer space B as shown in FIG. .

The sealing material 5 comprises a first sealing material 20 mounted in the inner space A and a second sealing material 21 mounted in the outer space B. The first sealing material 20 is a polysulfide-based or butyl-based seal. The second sealing material 21 is a highly weather-resistant sealing material such as a silicone-based sealing material, so that the sealing material 5 has excellent weather resistance and is permeable to moisture. The sealing material 5 does not deteriorate even under natural conditions such as sunlight, rain and snow, and prevents the infiltration of moisture, so that the transparent filler 3 does not absorb moisture. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the power generation efficiency of the solar cell 4 from decreasing.

As shown in FIG. 2, the fixing tool 8 is
, Packing 23, washer 24 and nut 25,
A screw 22 is inserted through a funnel-shaped hole 26 formed near the upper edge of the transparent panel 1 and a large-diameter hole 27 such as a long hole or a stupid hole formed at the upper edge of the vertical plate 11 of the back panel 2. The nut 25 is screwed into the packing 2 through the washer 24.
3 is pressed against the back surface of the vertical plate 11, and the dish-shaped head 22a of the screw 22 is pressed into the funnel-shaped hole 26 via the packing 28 to maintain watertightness. 2 can be relatively displaced, thereby preventing the transparent panel 1 and the back panel 2 from being deformed due to a difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion.

Since the first step portion 14 and the second step portion 15 are formed to form the inner space portion A and the outer space portion B, the first step portion 14 and the second step portion 15 are formed.
When the seal member 20 and the second seal member 21 are made of an irregular-shaped seal member, the first seal member 20 can receive the first seal member 20 and the second step member 15 can receive the second seal member 21. After connecting the transparent panel 1 and the back panel 2, the first sealing material 20 and the second sealing material 21, which are irregular-shaped sealing materials, can be easily and correctly mounted.

FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment, in which one step portion 30 is formed vertically above and below the vertical plate 11 of the back panel 2 to form one space portion C with the transparent panel 1. Space part C
A first seal material 20 and a second seal material 21 which are fixed seal materials are mounted on the first seal material. In addition, the projecting piece 6a of the receiving material 6 is linear. That is, the first sealing material 20 and the second sealing material 2
If 1 is a fixed-shaped sealing material, it can be properly positioned and mounted by using one step.

In this case, in order to mount the first sealing material 20 and the second sealing material 21, as shown in FIG.
And the back panel 2 are connected via the transparent filler 3 and the solar cell 4, and then the first sealing material 20 and the second sealing material 21 are sequentially pushed into the space portion C and mounted, or as shown in FIG. The first portion is provided on the step portion 30 of the vertical plate 11 of the panel 2.
After attaching the sealant 20 and the second sealant 21 by bonding or the like, the transparent panel 1 may be connected via the transparent filler 3 and the solar cell 4.

FIG. 7 shows an embodiment in which only one type of sealing material 5 is used. The sealing material 5 is made of a material having a high moisture permeability such as a butyl-based or polysulfide-based sealing material. In this case, the weather resistance of the sealing material 5 is slightly inferior, but there is no problem if the deterioration of the sealing material due to natural conditions does not need to be considered.

Further, since the transparent filler 3 has an adhesive force, the transparent panel 1 and the back panel 2 can be firmly connected to each other.
There is no need to clamp the peripheral edge of the photovoltaic panel, and the frame is not required, so that the weight can be reduced and the solar cell panel can be easily attached. As a result, the amount of sunlight that can be shielded is reduced, so that the sunlight irradiating area of the lower solar cell panel can be increased. In other words, if there is a frame, the sunlight is blocked by the frame, and the sunlight irradiation area of the lower solar cell panel is reduced.
