する天然物として卵白および卵黄を使用した水系固形塗
料が開示されているが、その配合目的が塗料の固形化に
あり、吸湿性、放湿性等を付与するというものではない
(特公昭54−27854)。従来これら天然物の粉末
を得るためには非常に煩雑な工程が必要であると同時
に、得られた粉末が臭い、色等を有し、さらにコラーゲ
ン等は繊維状の高分子であるため粉末が綿状に絡み合
い、塗料に配合する場合非常に分散しにくく塗装時の表
面がきれいに仕上がらないという欠点があった。

理した卵殻膜の誘導体も用いることができる。さらに必
要に応じて、卵殻膜および誘導体にホルマリン、グルタ
ルアルデヒド、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート等の架
橋剤による架橋、酸化染料、タンニン染料等の染色等を
施すことができる。さらには卵殻膜の持つ金属吸着能を
利用して、銀、銅、亜鉛、アルミニュウム等の金属を卵
殻膜に吸着させ、抗菌性あるいは耐光性を付与したもの
を使用することもできる。塗料に配合する時、これら卵
殻膜の粒径は平均0.01−100 μmが適当である。

後、水洗した。これら可溶化、沈澱、水洗の操作を3回
繰り返した。水洗後の沈澱を乾燥・粉砕して卵殻膜蛋白
質の粉末100 g(平均粒径10μm)を得た。
