The present invention relates to a roll-up type roll screen, and more particularly, when the roll screen is wound to prevent a collision between a head box supporting a take-up roller by a side wall portion and a weight bar provided at a lower end of the screen during winding. Regarding a shock absorber.

[Prior art]

There are many known techniques for shock absorbers on roll screens. For example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 58-161099, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 58-161100, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 59-134695, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-98196 and the like are listed. Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 58-161099 discloses a "roller blind winding shock absorber" in which a shock absorber or a shock absorber protruding toward the take-up portion is fixed to a stationary side connecting plate that supports the take-up portion. It has a structure in which a weight bar is applied to these parts to buffer them. The "shock absorber during roll-blind hoisting" of Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 58-161100 is an immovable device for fixing the elastic swelling portion to the weight bar side or sticking a rod-shaped cushioning material to support the hoist portion. It comes into contact with the bracket on the side to alleviate the impact force. The "bracket for roll screen" in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 59-134695 discloses a fitting groove formed in a stationary base portion that supports a winding device, and a shock absorber is detachably fitted in the fitting groove. However, it has a structure in which the weight bar is brought into contact with the shock absorber. The "roll-blind hoisting shock absorber" of Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-98196 has a mounting groove formed along one of its longitudinal sides on one side of a stationary frame that supports a winding shaft. The cushioning member is inserted into the cushioning member, and the weight bar is brought into contact with the cushioning member to reduce the collision noise.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

Each of the above-mentioned known techniques has a structure in which a shock-absorbing member and a shock-absorbing member are brought into contact with the weight bar to reduce the impact force and the impact noise, and includes the contents similar to the present invention described later. However, the above-mentioned known technique has a structure in which the cushioning member is fixed at a fixed position, or even if the cushioning member has a detachable structure, the cushioning member cannot be mounted as it is at a different position corresponding to the winding structure of the screen. It consists of things. On the other hand, the mounting direction of the roll screen changes depending on the structure of the building and its mounting position. In that case, it is extremely complicated and costly to change the support body that supports the take-up roller and the cushioning member that is fitted to the support body. Therefore, it is desirable that the common constituent parts can be used as they are even if the mounting position of the roll screen is changed.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and even when the roll screen is attached in an arbitrary direction, the cushioning member and the member to which the cushioning member is fitted are commonly used as they are. It is an object of the present invention to provide a shock absorber for winding a roll screen in which the collision force and the collision noise of the weight bar of the roll screen are moderated.

【0005】[0005]

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a screen in which a take-up roller is pivotally supported by side wall portions provided on both sides of a head box fixed to a stationary side of a building, and a weight bar is provided at a lower end side. A cushioning device at the time of hoisting that prevents the head box from colliding with the weight bar in a roll screen that is wound around a take-up roller and moved up and down. And a buffer member having a fitting portion that fits in the recessed groove is detachably attached to the recessed groove. The cushioning member is an elastic member formed by integrally forming a bulging portion and a tongue portion, which are interposed between the head box and the weight bar when the screen is wound up, with the fitting portion. Constituting the hoist when dampener roll screen consisting of members is also of a. Further, the cushioning member is formed so that it can be inserted into the concave groove by being inverted by 180 degrees.

When the fitting portion of the cushioning member is inserted into the concave groove formed on one side of the cushioning member attachment having a symmetrical cross section, the bulging portion and the tongue piece of the cushioning member are outwardly directed to the head box. Parts are overhang and set. As the screen is rolled up, the weight bar rises to the upper end, and the weight bar hits the bulge or tongue. Therefore, the weight bar does not directly collide with the head box. As a result, the mitigation of impact force and the generation of impact noise are prevented. If the head box is rotated by 90 degrees for mounting, the cushioning member will not come into contact with the weight bar as it is. In the present invention, in this case, the cushioning member is removed, and the cushioning member is inserted into the position of another concave groove of the head box as it is or in a state of being inverted by 180 degrees so that the cushioning member and the weight bar are brought into contact with each other. It is easy to blame.

The roll screen 1 includes a head box 7 fixed to a stationary side of a building, a take-up roller 4 supported by side wall portions 8 and 8 suspended from both side ends thereof, and a take-up roller 4 wound around the take-up roller 4. It consists of a screen 5 that moves up and down, a weight bar 6 fixed to the bottom end of the screen 5, and the like. A cushioning member attachment 3 is detachably attached to the head box 7, and the cushioning member 2 is detachably inserted in the cushioning member attachment 3. A pulling tool 9 for raising and lowering the screen 5 is connected to the weight bar 6. As shown in FIG. 2, when the screen is wound around the take-up roller 4 and the weight bar 6 reaches the uppermost portion, the weight bar 6 and the tongue portion 16 of the cushioning member 2 come into contact with each other, and a cushioning action occurs.

A detailed structure of the cushioning member attachment 3 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. The cushioning member attachment 3 is made of an elongated molded plate material and has a symmetrical cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, both ends are formed with concave grooves 10 that open outward and locking grooves 11 that are provided on the upper side of the concave grooves 10 and open inward at symmetrical positions. The concave groove 10 and the locking groove 11 are formed so as to penetrate along the longitudinal direction of the cushioning member attachment 3. Further, the concave grooves 10 located at symmetrical positions are integrally connected by the intermediate rib 12. The recessed groove 10 is a groove into which the cushioning member 2 described later is inserted, and the locking groove 11 is a groove for engaging with the head box 7 shown in FIG.

As the cushioning member 2 that is detachably inserted into the concave groove 10 of the cushioning member attachment 3, for example, one shown in FIG. 5 or the like is adopted. The cushioning member 2 is made of a rubber or resin elastic member in which a fitting portion 13 fitted in the groove 10 and a bulging portion 14 and a tongue portion 16 formed on the fitting portion 13 are integrally molded. The dimension in the longitudinal direction may be the same as the longitudinal dimension of the cushioning member fixture 3, but as shown in FIG. 3 etc., the length is appropriately short and arranged along the longitudinal direction of the cushioning member fixture 3. But it's okay. The fitting portion 13 is formed in a stepped shape so that it can be easily fitted into the recessed groove 10, but it is not limited to this and may be a straight or tapered shape. The bulging portion 14 can enhance the cushioning effect by providing a hollow hole 15 as shown. Further, by providing the tongue piece portion 16, it is effective as a cushioning member even when the mounting direction of the head box 7 is changed. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the bulging portion 14 is arranged so as to project from the outer surface of the cushioning member mounting member 3 with the fitting portion 13 fitted in the concave groove 10. Further, when the cushioning member 2 is inserted in the direction shown by the solid line in FIG. 4, the tongue portion 16 is arranged at a position distant from the cushioning member mounting member 3, but at the position shown by the dotted line in FIG. When the member 2 is inserted and inserted, the tongue portion 16 has a shape that contacts the outer surface of the cushioning member mounting member 3 forming the locking groove 11 and encloses it. The hollow hole 15 of the bulging portion 14 is for improving the cushioning property of the bulging portion 14.

As shown in FIG. 1, the screen 5 is wound around the take-up roller 4 pivotally supported by the side wall portions 8 of the head box 7 and pulled out by the pulling tool 9, but inside the take-up roller 4. The screen 5 pulled out by a mechanism portion (not shown) provided in the above is automatically wound around the winding roller 4 and pulled up and stored. Further, the screen 5 is locked at an arbitrary position by a locking mechanism (not shown). A weight bar 6 having an appropriate weight is provided at the lower end of the screen 5, and a suspender 9 is connected to the weight bar 6. In the case of the present invention, the weight bar 6 has a circular cross section as shown in FIGS.

Next, the operation of the hoisting shock absorber according to the present invention will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 6, when the head box 7 is crossed over the upper side of a building or the like, the outer surface of the head box 7 moves up and down along the outer circumference of the winding roller 4. It almost coincides with the ascending / descending surface of the screen 5. In this case, the cushioning member 2 is fitted into the recessed groove 10 of the cushioning member attachment 3 with the tongue piece portion 16 facing downward. When the screen 5 is rolled up and reaches the upper end of the roll, the weight bar 6 comes into contact with the tongue portion 16 arranged facing downward as shown in FIGS. Abut. Therefore, the weight bar 6 does not directly collide with the head box 7, an impact sound is not generated, and the impact force is mitigated.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, when the head box 7 is arranged on the wall of a building or the like, the ascending / descending surface of the screen 5 is substantially aligned in the direction of the intermediate rib 12 of the cushioning member fixture 3. To do. Therefore, when the cushioning member 2 is set in the position shown in FIG. 6, its function is not exerted. In addition, the tongue piece 16 may interfere with the elevation of the screen 5. In this case, as shown in the drawing, the cushioning member 2 is inverted and fitted into the recessed groove 10, and the tongue piece 16 is set at a position where it comes into contact with the outer surface of the locking groove 11 of the cushioning member attachment 3. To do. By doing so, the bulging portion 14 functions as a stopper of the weight bar 6, and as in FIG. 6, the impact noise is prevented and the impact force is mitigated.
