The sheet 1 is provided with a tubular portion 1a, right and left vertical walls 1c having front and rear slit portions 1d, 1d formed by projecting ribs 1b on the inner side thereof, and a wall surface 1e provided at an end portion thereof. The cable 2 is inserted into the tubular portion 1a from the rear direction, the cut surface 2b is fitted to the wall surface 1e, and the groove surface 2a is fitted to the rib 1b of the vertical wall 1c so as to be fixed, and the left and right vertical walls 1c are opened.
