るものであり、上記情報差し換え部４は、上記情報提供
体２を成すビニールシート地８の表面１５に透明のビニ
ールシート９を貼り付け、この透明のビニールシート９
と情報提供体２を成すビニールシート地８との間に差し
換え情報提供票５を挿入することができるように成され
ており、さらに、上記取付部１１は、上記情報提供体２
の両端に取り付けられた中空の軟質パイプ１２と上記情
報提供体２の両端部に形成された取付穴１３によって構
