The present invention relates to a hanger container for transporting about 100 pieces of clothes such as blouses and suits in a hanger-hung state.
【0002】[0002]
Conventionally, existing iron freight containers have been used to transport clothes with hangers. However, conventionally, a pipe or the like for hanging clothes in a freight container is attached in a bridge shape, and about 100 pieces of clothes are stored in the container by the hanger and transported.
【0003】[0003]
Therefore, conventionally, the weight of the container itself is considerably large even when clothes are not stored, so that it is difficult to handle and efficient use cannot be expected. Although this type of container is used repeatedly as a returnable container, the conventional transportation method that uses existing freight containers leaves it empty after the clothes have been transported to the intended location. Must be returned and shipped in. In other words, since only the container has to be returned and transported in the same condition as when the clothes are stored, there is much waste and the transportation cost is greatly affected. Moreover, the pipes for hanging clothes must be installed inside the container in a complicated and complicated structure. Furthermore, in the past, clothes were hung on and stored with the hanger hook simply hooked to the pipe, so there is a risk that the hanger may come off the pipe during transportation and the clothes may fall onto the bottom of the container. It was

The technical means taken by the present invention to achieve the above-mentioned object are a body made of corrugated cardboard which is formed to be foldable, and a resin which is detachably attached to the upper and lower openings of the body and closes the upper and lower openings. And a pallet made of corrugated cardboard, and a corrugated cardboard hanger rack that is attached in a bridge shape by removably engaging the ends of the upper part of the body opposite to each other. While the part is provided with a fitting recess that fits from above, the top is provided with a holding part that presses down at least the end part of the hanger rack that fits into the fitting recess of the body, and the hanger rack is a vertical part. A contact portion formed by forming a vertical T-shape from a horizontal portion fixed to the upper end of the vertical portion and contacting both end portions of the vertical portion with the inner surface of the upper opening portion of the body facing each other. In addition to providing the zigzag hook holes for hooking hooks of the hanger at appropriate intervals in the lengthwise direction of the vertical portion and at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction, the lower part of the upper hook hole is provided. The gist is that a cutout is provided on the side for loosely fitting the hook base end of the hanger.
【0006】[0006]
Thus, according to the above-mentioned technical means according to claim 1 of the present invention, after the body is assembled upright on the pallet, it is inserted into the fitting recesses of the upper openings facing each other from above. Assembly is completed by fitting the ends of the hanger rack and attaching the hanger rack in a bridge shape, and by covering the top opening with the upper opening of the body. In this assembled state, the ends of the hanger rack fitted in the fitting recesses of the upper opening facing the body are pressed from above by the top retainer, so the hanger rack cannot be easily removed. It can be firmly attached to the body. Then, the clothes can be hooked and stored in the hanging holes of the hanger rack by securely hooking the hooks of the hanger without disengagement. On the other hand, after the clothes have been transported to the intended place, they can be disassembled by performing the above-mentioned assembly procedure in reverse order, folded compactly, and returned. Further, since the body and the hanger rack are made of corrugated cardboard, they can be reused as recycled paper if they are damaged by repeated use over a long period of time. Furthermore, since the hanger rack is formed in a vertical T-shape with a horizontal part attached to the upper end of the vertical part that has a hook hole for hooking the hanger hook, it is more rigid than 100%. You can store about a piece of clothing on a hanger. Moreover, since the end of the hanger rack that fits into the fitting recess of the upper opening of the body is provided with the abutting portion that abuts against the inner surface of the upper opening, the length of the clothes hanger rack is reduced during transportation. Even if it swings in the vertical direction, the end of the hanger rack will not come off the body. Further, since the hook holes for hooking the hooks of the hangers are provided in a staggered manner in the length direction of the hanger rack, many clothes can be hung and stored.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. A hanger container is made of corrugated cardboard and has an upper and lower opening body 1, and a detachable attachment to the upper and lower opening portions of the body 1. A composite structure constructed by assembling and disassembling from a resin-made top 2 and a pallet 3 for closing the parts, and a hanger rack 4 to which the ends are detachably engaged with the opposed upper openings of the body 1 and attached in a bridge shape. To make.
The body 1 is formed by stacking several corrugated cardboard layers (in the figure, three layers) to achieve structural rigidity, and is formed into a generally rectangular plane shape with upper and lower openings that allow the four corners to be folded. Fitting recesses 5 for fitting and locking the ends of the hanger rack 4 from above are provided in the upper openings of the opposite short side walls. A door 6 for loading and unloading the clothes A is provided on one side wall of the body 1 so as to be opened and closed.
The fitting recess 5 includes a first fitting part 5-1 into which a horizontal part 4-2, which will be described later, of the hanger rack 4 is fitted, and a center of the bottom of the first fitting part 5-1. The hanger rack 4 has a first fitting portion 5-2 formed to a depth to fit a part of a vertical portion 4-1, which will be described later, and has a substantially T-shaped opening in a side view.
The top 2 and the pallet 3 are molded of resin to have the same cross-sectional shape and structure, and a groove 7 for inserting and locking the upper and lower openings of the body 1 in a grasping shape is formed in the peripheral edge portion. Has been formed. Further, the top 2 is provided with a holding portion 8 for pressing down the horizontal portion 4-2 of the hanger rack 4 which is fitted and locked in the fitting recess 5 of the body 1 between the grooves 7 in the peripheral portion from above. By covering the upper opening of the body 1 with the top 2, the holding portion 8 holds down the horizontal portion 4-2 of the hanger rack 4 so that it does not float up from the fitting recess 5.
The hanger rack 4 is composed of a vertical portion 4-1 made of corrugated cardboard and a horizontal portion 4-2 fixed to the upper end of the vertical portion 4-1, and has a vertical T-shape. The ends of 4-1 and the horizontal part 4-2 are fitted and locked in the fitting recess 5 of the body 1 from above (see FIG. 2). Further, the vertical portion 4-1 is provided with hooking holes 9 and 10 for hooking the hook B-1 of the hanger B in a vertically staggered manner at appropriate intervals in the lengthwise direction thereof, and also the upper hooking hole. At the lower edge of the vertical portion 4-1, which is located on the lower side of 9, there is provided a substantially inverted V-shaped notch 11 into which the base end of the hook B-1 of the hanger B is loosely fitted. The hook B-1 of the hanger B can be securely and firmly hooked. That is, the hanger B is prevented from inclining obliquely with the hook B-1 hooked. In this way, the hook holes 9 and 10 are vertically shifted and provided in a zigzag pattern, so that in the case of clothes having a width such as a suit having a shoulder pad, the clothes A can be as wide as the shoulder pad. Since the hangers B can be hung on close to each other (see Fig. 3 to Fig. 4), the number of clothes H that can be hung on the hangers B can be stored in comparison with the one with hook holes provided at regular intervals. Can be increased to nearly double.
The vertical part 4-1 and the horizontal part 4-2 are formed by stacking several corrugated cardboards (three layers in the figure) to improve the structural rigidity, and the opposite short sides of the body 1 are opposed to each other. It is formed in a strip shape having a length extending between both side walls. The vertical part 4-1 and the horizontal part 4-2 are connected to each other by providing a fastening groove 12 having a depth corresponding to one corrugated board in the center of the lower surface of the horizontal part 4-2, and the vertical portion is provided in the fastening groove 12. The upper end of the part 4-1 is fixed by adhesion and connected in a vertical T-shape. As a result, it is possible to obtain sufficient rigidity for the weight of about 100 clothes A. Then, at both ends of the vertical portion 4-1, the wall thickness of the body 1 is cut out from the lower end edge toward the upper middle part, and the end of the hanger rack 4 is fitted to both side walls of the short side of the body 1. A contact portion 13 is provided to be brought into contact with the inner surfaces of both side walls of the short side when fitted into the recess 5. In addition, a reinforcing glue 15 is provided on the surface of the vertical portion 4-1 from the lower edge to the reinforcing strip 14 described later to prevent the vertical portion 4-1 made of corrugated cardboard from being scratched or damaged. There is. In the illustrated example, the reinforcing strips 14 extending in the lengthwise direction are attached to both sides between the vertical hooking holes 9 and 10 of the vertical portion 4-1. It is not necessary to install the vertical part 4-1 only when it is required to improve the rigidity in the lengthwise direction.
Reference numeral 16 in the drawing denotes a support column which stands from the pallet 3 to the hanger rack 4 and supports the hanger rack 4 from below, and a substantially V-shaped locking portion 17 is provided at the upper end. The hanger rack 4 can be supported from the weight of the clothes A stored on the hanger B while the locking part 17 is locked from below to the lower end edge of the vertical part 4-1 of the hanger rack 4 ( (See FIG. 1).

Since the clothes transport hanger container of the present invention is constructed as described above, it has the following operational effects. . The corrugated body, the resin top and pallet, and the hanger rack are assembled and disassembled so that they are easy to handle and lighter in weight. The ends of the hanger racks fitted into the fitting recesses of the upper openings facing each other are pressed from above by the top retainers, so the hanger racks cannot be easily removed. It can be securely attached to the hanger rack, and the clothes can be hung on the hanger rack and securely stored without the risk of the hook of the hanger coming off the hook holes of the hanger rack. Also, since the body and hanger rack are made of corrugated cardboard, they can be reused as recycled paper if they are damaged by repeated use over a long period of time.
.. Since the hanger rack is formed into a vertical T-shape with a horizontal part attached to the upper end of the vertical part that has a hook hole for hooking the hanger hook, it has sufficient rigidity, and about 100 sheets can be obtained. The clothes can be stored on a hanger. In addition, since the end of the hanger rack that fits into the fitting recess of the upper opening of the body is provided with the abutting portion that abuts the inner surface of the upper opening, the garment will not come into contact with the hanger rack during transportation. The end of the hanger rack will not come off the body even if it shakes in the length direction.
[0016] Since the hook holes for hooking the hangers are provided in a zigzag pattern in the length direction of the hanger rack, many clothes can be hung and stored.
Therefore, according to the clothes transport hanger container of the present invention, while having the rigidity to store about 100 clothes on the hanger, the clothes can be easily disassembled after being transported to the intended place. Since it can be folded and compactly returned and transported, wasteful transportation costs can be reduced. Moreover, since it is lightweight and has excellent handleability, it can be used efficiently.
