[Prior art]

 Drum winding, bundle paper winding, etc. are mainly used for the packaging of electric wires. Of these, bundled paper wrapping is generally adopted when the thin wire has a total weight of 10 kg to 50 kg. Considering transportation and handling at the construction site, the wrapping paper has high tensile strength, is thick, and crepe paper is used to make it easy to fit in the bundle of electric wires.

 As described above, since the bundled bundle of electric wires is thick and has high tensile strength, it is complicated to remove it at the construction site. The crepe paper is wound backwards and is carefully peeled off so that the wire is not damaged by a knife or a pinch, which causes a decrease in construction efficiency.
