2. Description of the Related Art Since Japan is an earthquake-prone country, seismic standards have been established for high-rise buildings with steel bars or steel structures, and seismic devices or seismic isolation devices have been developed and used from the experience of many large earthquakes. ing. However, for buildings such as wooden houses, there are no design standards that take into account seismic resistance, and seismic or seismic isolation devices are in the developing stage. In such a situation, a technique shown in FIG. 5 is known as a device for preventing a building from collapsing due to an earthquake. The collapse prevention device includes a lower metal fitting 51 fixed to a foundation A by an anchor bolt, an upper metal fitting 52 having an elongated mounting plate portion 52A of about 100 cm fixed to a building body B by a lag screw, and an upper metal fitting 52 and a lower fitting. Between the two connecting bolts 53, 53 inserted between the metal fittings 51, the cushioning rubber ring 54 inserted into each of the connecting bolts 53, and the upper metal fitting 52 inserted into the connecting bolts 53; And a cover (not shown) for covering the upper fitting.

In the above-mentioned conventional collapse prevention device, the foundation A and the building body B are connected by two connecting bolts 53, 53, and the cushioning rubber ring 54 and the cushioning spring 5 are connected.
5 attempts to absorb vibration, but has the following disadvantages. First, as a means for preventing the building from collapsing, it is a large-sized one having excessive strength and is not suitable for widespread use because of its high number of parts and high price. Two connecting bolts 53, 53 in which a rubber ring 54 and a buffer spring 55 have been inserted in advance, are inserted into the upper fitting 52, and are suspended from the lower fitting 5 for the foundation A.
The mounting position of 1 is determined, a pilot hole is drilled in the foundation A, the lower bracket 51 is fixed to the foundation A with anchor bolts, and the connection bolts 53 are installed by tightening nuts. Combination of parts, alignment of lower metal fitting 51 with connecting bolt 53, upper metal fitting 52 with respect to foundation A
That is, the workability of each work, such as sticking, is poor. In addition, there is a drawback in that a base height of about 300 to 350 mm from the ground is required in order to drill a drill hole for an anchor bolt in the foundation A, so that it cannot be installed in a building having a low foundation A.

The building collapse prevention device according to the present embodiment has the above-described configuration. Next, the installation sequence and operation of the device will be described. First, the installation position of the locking metal member 11 with respect to the building body B is determined, and a horizontal level is applied to the cover plate 21 to determine the horizontal posture, and the lower surface of the absorber support plate 14 is aligned with the lower edge of the building body B to secure the fixing plate. 12 is fixed to the building body B with screws.
Next, the receiving bracket 1 is selected when the installation location is located at the corner of the building, and the receiving bracket 31 is selected when the installation location is located on a plane portion. The metal fitting 1 is fitted, and the receiving metal 1 (31) is fixed to the foundation A with the anchor bolt with the lower surface 5B of the vibration receiving plate 5 in contact with the bolt head 19A.

As described above, the locking fitting 11 and the receiving fitting 1
Since (31) is configured so as not to be connected, the installation work of the building collapse prevention device is extremely simple. The receiving metal 1 (31) and the locking metal 11 only have the upper ends of the bolt heads 19A in contact with the lower surface 5B of the vibration receiving plate 5, and the gap between the upper surface 5C of the vibration receiving plate 5 and the cover plate 21. Is provided with a minute gap S, so that even if the building repeatedly receives vertical micro-vibration due to an earthquake for many years, the vibration absorber 16 absorbs the micro-vibration, thereby preventing bolts and screws from loosening. can do. Moreover, the receiving fitting 1 and the locking fitting 11
Is only in contact with the vibration absorber 16, so that unpleasant sounds such as abnormal noise and chattering sound are not generated by the minute vibration.

[0017] Even if a pulling force acts between the foundation A and the column due to a large vibration, the vibration absorber 16 can attenuate the pulling force by absorbing the vibration. When the rigidity of the vibration receiving plate 5 (31) is received by the rigidity of the vibration receiving plate 5 (31) when the 16 is compressed and becomes a rigid body with a fixed height, the collapse of the building due to the removal of the pillar can be prevented.

The present invention has the following advantages because it is constructed as described above. (1) The building collapse prevention device is composed of a receiving bracket and a locking bracket, and each bracket has a small number of parts and the movable parts are only vibration absorbers. It has high durability and excellent durability, and the whole structure is compact, so that it does not require an installation place and does not impair the design of the building. (2) For the same reason as above, the manufacturing cost can be greatly reduced as compared with the prior art, the weight is light, and the installation work is easy because the receiving fitting and the locking fitting are not connected. (3) Since the vibration absorber absorbs micro vibrations without connecting the receiving fitting and the locking fitting, the loosening phenomenon of bolts and screws that fix the receiving fitting and the locking fitting to the building is prevented. Can be excellent in durability and safety. (4) The vibration absorber is stored in the storage part of the receiving bracket,
Moreover, because it is configured to drain with a cover plate,
Performance degradation due to rusting of the vibration absorber can be prevented as much as possible. (5) The mounting bracket can be installed on the foundation from the lateral direction with respect to the ground, and installation work from below is unnecessary.
It can be easily installed even on foundations with a low rise from the ground. (6) The cover plate functions as a drain plate to prevent rainwater from entering the storage part and as a horizontal reference plate at the time of installation.
The vibration absorber can be protected from rainwater, and the building collapse prevention device can be installed at an accurate position and easily.
