(1)の厚さ縮少部(4)で押し潰して、積層体(2)
を平坦にしながら金型(1)から押し出し、発泡させる
ことにより、縞模様のある発泡樹脂積層シート(5)を

性樹脂とし、金型内で樹脂Aの成形体を押出し成形して
行き、この成形途中で、金型内に樹脂Aの押出し方向と
実質的に直角にかつ横一列に設けた多数の異径の細孔か
ら表層形成用隙間を介して他方の樹脂Bを樹脂Aの成形
体上にシート状に押し出すことにより、樹脂Bの表層を
樹脂Aの成形体上に積層すると同時に、樹脂Bの表層に
樹脂Bの厚さの差により生ずる色の濃淡をもって柾目模
様を樹脂Aの押出し方向に形成し、しかる後に金型から
押し出して樹脂Aの成形体を発泡させるものである。

柾目模様は、従来のような歪が残留していないので、成
形品が柾目模様に沿って割損するおそれがなく、また、
色に濃淡があり、幅も異なるため、天然の柾目に極めて
近いものとなる。

てはスチレン−ブタジエンブロックポリマー、ハイイン
パクトポリスチレン等が挙げられる。尚、本発明の成形
品を箱用材料等に使用する場合には、樹脂Bとしてヒン
ジ性に優れたスチレン−ブタジエンブロックポリマーが
好適である。

るため、天然の柾目に極めて近いものとなる。

成形体を発泡させることを特徴とする柾目模様を有する
発泡樹脂成形品の製造方法。
