In such a configuration, the tip of a swing arm pivotally attached to the vehicle body frame side so as to be vertically rotatable is pivotally attached to the track frame, and the swing arm is hydraulically driven. The track frame is raised and lowered by rotating vertically by a cylinder. Such a configuration is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-2246.

For example, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 61-183785, a pair of front and rear track frames which are connected to each other so as to be extendable and contractible in the front-rear direction are arranged below a vehicle body frame. , A sprocket provided at the rear end of the rear track frame, a wheel provided at each of the front and rear track frames, and a body frame.
The endless track belt is wound around an upper idler provided at a position protruding downward at a center position in the front-rear direction of the robot. In addition, the front track frame is connected by a straight arm extending downward from the position protruding downward at the center position in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body frame, and the rear track frame is connected. The frame is connected to the vehicle frame by a linear arm extending rearward and downward from a position protruding downward at a center position in the front-rear direction. Further, each arm is extended up and down by two hydraulic drive cylinders extending from the front and rear end portions of the vehicle body in an inverted C-shape when viewed from the side, and pivotally attached to an intermediate portion of each arm. A configuration is described in which the right and left crawler belt type traveling devices are vertically moved up and down independently.

According to the above configuration,
When the endless track type traveling device is raised with respect to the vehicle body frame, the horizontal portion protruding downward at the center position in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body frame and the upper idler come very close to the ground, There is a disadvantage that the mud lifted by the endless track easily accumulates in the horizontal portion and the upper idler.

In the left and right crawler belt type traveling apparatus disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 63-63346, a track frame disposed below a front-rear body frame constituting a vehicle body. The front and rear track frames are each provided with a pair of front and rear swing arms which are pivotally supported so as to be vertically movable with respect to the vehicle body frame. With this configuration, each track frame is pivotally supported at one point by the tip of each swing arm, and the front and rear track frames do not necessarily move up and down in a parallel posture.

Further, since the driving wheel and the tensioning wheel are fixed to the front and rear ends of the vehicle body frame, the vertical movement of the front and rear track frames cannot be increased.
Because the vertical distance between the track frame and the front and rear track frames is also narrow,
During this time, there was a problem that the mud was easily clogged and that cleaning and inspection and maintenance could not be easily performed. Further, there is also a problem that mud is easily clogged between the front and rear track frames.

In the construction disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. Sho 63-96981, a pair of front and rear swinging members are provided so that the vehicle body frame and the truck frame can move up and down while maintaining a parallel posture in the front and rear direction. It is pivotally connected so as to be able to ascend and descend through an arm. However, although the driving wheel is provided at the front end of the vehicle body frame and the tensioning wheel is provided at the rear end of the track frame, the upper wheel for supporting the upper side of the endless track belt is provided. Since it is not provided, the upper side of the endless track belt is not supported between the driving wheel and the tensioning wheel as the track frame moves up and down, and is inclined in the front-rear direction when viewed from the side. There is a disadvantage that the rotational drive of the long upper side is not stable. Also, since the rotational drive of the endless track belt is not stable, the amount of vertical movement between the vehicle frame and the truck frame cannot be increased or decreased, so that the truck frame or the vehicle frame cannot be increased. There was a problem that it was difficult to remove the mud clogged in between.

The present invention employs the following technical means in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. That is, in a working vehicle in which a pair of left and right endless track belt type traveling devices 1 can be vertically lifted independently of each other below the vehicle body frame 2, the front and rear pivotally supported to the vehicle body frame 2 side vertically. The rear end portions of the pair of swing arms 5b and 5a are respectively pivotally mounted on the left and right single movable track frames 6 in the left and right endless track type traveling device 1, respectively, and are hydraulically driven cylinders. By driving the pair of swing arms 5b and 5a up and down by driving the vehicle frame 16, the vehicle body frame 2 and the movable track frame 6 are substantially parallel to each other in side view. The driving wheel 4 is disposed in front of the front swing arm 5b, and the driving wheel 4 is provided with the endless track belt 9 in the left and right endless track type traveling device 1. Wrap around the front end side and the rear end of the left and right movable track frame 6 The installed tension wheel unit 8 wound the rear end of the endless track 9, further upper portion of the endless track 9, wherein the pair of front and rear rocking A - arm 5b, and is located between the 5a Pivot on the fuselage side of the rear swing arm 5a
Body frame between the movable wheel 17 and the movable pivot
The movable track frame 6 is provided with a plurality of grounding wheels 7 to support the lower side of the endless track belt 9. This is a traveling device for a working vehicle.

In this manner, the rear end portions of the pair of front and rear swing arms 5b and 5a pivotally supported on the vehicle body frame 2 so as to be vertically rotatable are connected to the left and right endless track belt type traveling devices. 1 is pivotally attached to each of the left and right single movable track frames 6;
The vehicle body frame 2 and the movable track frame 6 are formed so as to be substantially parallel to each other in a side view, and the front and rear swing arms 5b and 5a extend rearward, respectively. Therefore, by driving the hydraulic drive cylinder 16, the movable track frame 6 moves up and down in a substantially parallel posture with respect to the vehicle body frame 2.

Further, the driving wheel 4 is moved to the front swinging arm.
The front end side of the endless track band 9 of the left and right endless track type traveling device 1 is wound around the driving wheel 4 and is mounted on the rear end of the left and right movable track frame 6. The end of the endless track belt 9 is wrapped around the attached tensioning wheel 8, and the upper side of the endless track belt 9 is further moved between the pair of front and rear swing arms 5 b and 5 a at the rear side. Of the swing arm 5a is supported by an upper rolling wheel 19 provided from the vehicle body frame 2 side, so that even if the endless track belt type traveling device 1 is moved up and down, the upper side of the endless track belt 9 is maintained. Is only a change in the rearward and downward inclination angle between the upper wheel 19 and the tensioning wheel 8 behind the upper wheel 19, and a relatively long distance between the driving wheel 4 and the upper wheel 19 in the front-rear direction. , The attitude of the upper side of the endless track zone 9 does not change vertically. As a result, even if the lower side of the endless track zone 9 is displaced following the unevenness of the ground, the upper side of the endless track zone 9 is maintained in an appropriate posture by the driving wheel 4 and the upper rolling wheel 19, and Even if various parts are provided on the vehicle body frame 2 and the movable track frame 6 between the wheel body 4 and the upper rolling wheel 19, they do not easily interfere with the endless track belt 9 and damage due to these interferences is prevented. Is done.

When the endless track type traveling device 1 is largely lowered with respect to the vehicle body frame 2, when viewed from the side,
A large gap is formed between the single movable truck frame 6 and the vehicle body frame 2, and the lower surface of the vehicle body frame 2 and the upper surface of the movable truck frame 6 are mutually seen in side view. The upper rolling wheel 1 is formed so as to be in a substantially parallel posture.
Reference numeral 9 is provided from the vehicle body frame 2 side near the pivot portion of the rear swing arm 5a. For this reason, a large gap is formed between the movable track frame 6 and the vehicle body frame 2 over a relatively long distance in the front-rear direction, so that cleaning and maintenance and inspection of mud can be easily performed from this gap.
