In recent years, people of all ages have become more interested in improving handwriting. Conventionally, hard brush exercises are performed by looking at the model, or by printing the typeface and stroke order on the paper with broken lines, etc., and tracing the characters on the paper with a pencil, pen, writing brush, etc. The practice was to put the paper on the punched-out template and slide the hard-brush inserted into the punched-out letters to practice. However, with these methods, there is a problem in that repeated practice is required at a considerable frequency and the results of the practice cannot be easily achieved before the character can be memorized with the feeling of a fingertip. Further, in the case of the template, depending on the character (for example, in the case of characters such as "mouth", "field", and "dot"), a plate connecting portion is required in the middle of the image, and the character image may be missing. It was not suitable for practice. In addition, these practice tools had the problem that inflection and practice of writing were insufficient. In order to solve these problems, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-148084 (hereinafter referred to as “A”) describes characters, symbols, sentences, etc. on the surface of a substrate and guides them while sliding the tip of a hard brush. A hard-practice exerciser having a groove of a possible depth is disclosed. In addition, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 64-19981 (hereinafter referred to as “B”), a writing groove formed on a resin sheet in a character pattern traced by a writing instrument can be easily repeated by tracing the writing groove with the writing instrument. A writing practice sheet that allows practice is disclosed.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional configuration, when a plastic sheet is used as the substrate of the publication No. A, there is a problem that a character with many intersections and corners is hard to write because a hard brush tip touches each corner. In addition, the material is heavy. Next, when the substrate is paperboard, the paper quality becomes weaker with a humidifier used during the rainy season and winter, and the shape of the corners and terminations of the letters gets distorted during repeated use, and the writability deteriorates significantly. I had a problem. In addition, since the practice is done with great effort at the stoppers, splashes, and corners, there is a problem that thin paper cannot be used because it will be punctured during multiple uses, resulting in poor durability. Was. In addition, it was found that there is a problem in that writing is not smooth and motivation for learning is lost. Further, in the tracing plate in which the characters are engraved on the resin sheet of the publications A and B, since the resin sheet does not have flexibility and unevenness is formed in the groove for tracing, the writing performance is improved. It was bad, and a pencil or ballpoint pen hit the corners of the letters, making it extremely difficult to use. Also, it was difficult to obtain sufficient depth for engraving. Further, the synthetic resin sheets disclosed in the publications (a) and (b) or those made of only paperboard are slippery when the practice of hard writing such as a pencil is easy, and the paperboard material is slippery. However, there was a problem that things could get stuck and smooth writing could not be done. In addition, the A and G publications cannot be reused because the ink can soak into the paperboard only once when the calligraphy using ink is used and the character written by him cannot be confirmed after that. There was a problem that I couldn't practice playing kanji. Next, the one disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2B is manufactured by printing a character pattern on a resin sheet using an etching ink and performing a heat treatment to perform etching to a depth required for tracing. In the manufacturing method, the groove of the depth required for the tracing plate is printed by using the etching ink multiple times, and since it takes a long time to heat, there is a problem that workability and productivity are reduced accordingly. Had.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, remarkably improves writing ability and writing ability, and allows practice with a more natural writing pressure, so that the sensitivity of the writing tip is gentle and reliable. In addition to making it smooth, you can easily practice calligraphy using ink, and you can repeat practice many times, and because it is lightweight and has moderate flexibility, it is easy to carry. The learning tracing board according to claim 3 has a configuration according to any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the foamed resin board is a medium-hard or hard foam board made of a synthetic resin such as polystyrene, polyethylene, or polypropylene. is doing. The learning trace plate according to claim 4 is the trace trace plate according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the trace groove has a depth of 0.1 to 1.5 mm, preferably 0.2 to 0.8 mm, and a width of It has a structure of 0.15 to 4 mm, preferably 0.4 to 2 mm.
Here, the tracing groove portion may be formed on one surface of the foamed resin plate, but it is preferable to form the tracing groove portion on both sides because a carved pattern can be formed twice as large as that on one surface. Further, it is preferable that the paper groove, the metal foil and the metal thin plate are laminated to form the tracing groove portion on the laminated surface. As the foamed resin plate, polystyrene, polyolefin, polyvinyl chloride, polymethylmethacrylate, polyamide, polyester, polycarbonate, polyacetal, ABS resin, or a derivative of these foamed plates having a hardness higher than that of medium hardness. Is preferably used. The thickness is preferably 2 to 11 mm, preferably 3 to 8 mm, though it depends on the expansion ratio. As the paper, high-quality paper such as Japanese paper and shoji paper, astringent paper and other hybrid paper, non-coated printing paper, coated printing paper, household commercial thin paper, and synthetic paper are preferably used. As the metal foil, silver foil, aluminum foil, and copper foil are used. Copper foil is preferably used because the shape of the groove is strong and the thermal conductivity is high and it can be easily formed into a foamed resin plate. . A metal foil having a thickness of 0.03 mm or less is preferably used. When the thickness is 0.05 mm or more, the groove portion of the engraving pattern is not formed when the pressure is applied, and the foamed resin plate as the core material is crushed, which is not preferable. The engraving pattern includes not only Japanese and foreign characters, but also Japanese and foreign abbreviation maps, as well as characters such as large kilns, small kilns, porcelain kilns, Hanrei, chapter grass, monoliths, mad grass, regular writing, line books, etc. Engraved. As the metal thin plate, a copper thin plate, an iron thin plate, an alumite thin plate, or the like is used. It is desirable that the learning trace plate is formed by compression molding. This is because it is possible to produce with high productivity by heating and pressurizing with an engraved mold, and then annealing if necessary. It should be noted that when laminating papers, it is possible to prevent slackening of the papers after molding if the papers are produced by giving moisture to them. Further, depending on the type of the foamed resin plate, a stronger laminate can be obtained by interposing an adhesive on the bonding surface of the metal foil or the metal thin plate. The groove portion for tracing has a groove depth of 0.1 to 0.6 mm, preferably 0. It is desirable to form the bottom of the groove to be flat around 4 to 0.5 mm. When practicing, you can improve your speed as you practice by focusing your mind so that the tip of the brush does not stick out of the groove for tracing. If the groove depth is too deep, the groove portion guides the writing tip, so that the concentration is insufficient and there is a drawback that the improvement speed is slow. In the case of a brush, since the tip of the brush is soft, the groove depth is preferably 0.2 to 0.6 mm, preferably about 0.4 mm. The soft brush tip can be firmly captured and guided by the tracing groove, improving the practice efficiency.

With this structure, since the tracing groove has an appropriate width and depth and the bottom of the groove is formed flat, it is possible to guide the tip of a pencil, ballpoint pen, fountain pen, or brush along the font. . Since a foamed resin plate is used, especially when practicing with a fountain pen or a writing brush, even if you write letters with ink or ink, the ink will get into minute irregularities or holes and you will not be able to practice the letters etc. it can. After use, the ink can be easily dropped by rubbing the surface with a brush or sponge while washing with water, so it can be used any number of times. Since the paper is laminated, it is possible to significantly improve the sliding of the tip of the brush when practicing with a hard pencil such as a pencil, and to practice in practice. By using a foamed resin plate as the core material, you can practice tracing the groove for tracing with moderate elasticity and natural writing pressure, and you can feel the solid feeling of the writing brush and the hand of the tracing plate. It is possible to significantly improve the improvement efficiency by repeatedly adjusting the letter shape of the calligraphy to the chasers. Because it is supported by a foam resin plate, you can easily learn in the short time when you are learning letters, without having to sit down at a desk one by one, and adjust your eyes and hands to the shape of the tracing plate from one character to another. By doing so, it was possible to see unprecedented ease and rapid progress, and it was found to be extremely effective, especially in childhood. In addition, by repeatedly writing over a pencil and erasing only the part that accidentally protrudes with an eraser, the letters of the handwritten model can always be familiar to the eyes. In addition, the elasticity of the foam plate allows smooth writing even for characters such as "brush" that have many intersecting lines. The high-quality paper is firmly laminated with the foamed resin plate, so even if you practice it repeatedly, the paper will not be punctured and it has excellent durability. In the case of metal foil or soft metal foil laminated, it does not shake even when hit by a particularly hard core ball, and repeated practice can be repeated as many times as necessary. Since the learning trace plate is made of foamed resin plate or metal foil, it is lightweight, easy to carry and has a waist, so it can be used anywhere. Further, since the molding is performed by compression molding without the need for etching or engraving, the manufacturing process can be significantly simplified, and a large number of learning tracing plates can be stably manufactured in a short time with one mold. Also, since the mold surface is flat, the bottom of the groove can be formed flat, and a learning tracing plate with improved handwriting can be manufactured. Since paper and metal are integrally laminated on the foamed resin plate, even if a child or the elderly accidentally bumps into the body such as hands or feet, the skin is not damaged and the safety is excellent.

A character tracing plate according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. (Embodiment 1) FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (c) are plan views of a main part of a learning tracing plate according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 1 (b) shows a learning tracing plate according to a first embodiment of the present invention. It is a principal part sectional view which united the cross section of the xx line of FIG. 1 (a), (c), and the yy line. Reference numeral 1 is a learning tracing plate of the first embodiment, 2 is a foamed resin plate made of medium-hard to foamed polystyrene, foamed polyolefin, foamed polyester, or the like, and 3 and 4 are integrally formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the foamed resin plate 2 by compression molding. Laminated part 5 composed of paper such as high-quality paper laminated with metal, metal foil such as copper, aluminum, gold, silver or thin plate of soft metal such as copper and the like, 5 is a foamed resin plate 2 and laminated parts 3 and 4 on both sides. It is a groove for tracing that is formed in a groove shape with characters, symbols, sentences, line drawings, etc. for tracing with a hard pen such as a pencil or ballpoint pen formed by compression molding. The operation of the learning tracing plate of the first embodiment of the present invention constructed as above will be described below. First, the case of tracing a character formed on the surface of the learning tracing plate 1 will be described. First, the tip of a hard brush such as a pencil or a ballpoint pen is traced along the tracing groove 5. When the brush tip reaches the corners of the letters, the learning tracing plate 1 has flexibility, so the brush tip does not get caught or stuck in, and the brush tip runs smoothly without stopping the brush midway. You can trace the characters as if you were writing on ordinary paper. In addition, in the corners and splashes of letters, force is often applied to the tip of the brush, and with conventional learning tracing boards, holes are often made and the lead of a pencil is often broken, but in this example, paper, metal foil, etc. Since it is molded integrally with the foamed resin plate 2 and has elasticity, it can be used repeatedly as many times as necessary without forming holes. The effect of improving the character can be further improved by tracing the character by hand and at the same time observing the shape of the handwritten model with eyes away from the type. Next, a case of tracing a line typeface (cursive typeface) character will be described. Line-type characters require smoother brush sliding than open-type characters, but the flexibility of the foamed resin plate 2 allows natural writing. In addition, it is preferable that the depth of the tracing groove portion for a brush is about twice as large as the depth of the groove portion for a hard brush because a soft brush tip can be captured and guided sufficiently. If you use a pencil, you can practice repeatedly by overwriting. In the case of a ballpoint pen, etc., which is hard, by using a laminate of fine paper and a laminate of metal foil or soft metal thin plate, the core ball of the ballpoint pen is captured by the tracing groove made of metal, etc. The core ball of the ball-point pen does not escape from the groove portion, and since the tracing groove portion 5 is made of metal or the like, the pen tip is guided smoothly, so that writing can be performed smoothly. Further, since the learning tracing plate is composed of the foamed resin plate 2 and the laminated portions 3 and 4 made of paper or a thin metal layer, the corners and edges are not sharp and have elasticity, so that it is easy to carry or place on the table. Even if a child such as a child or a primary school child plays around with something and accidentally hits the learning tracer on the body such as hands or feet, there is no risk of damaging the skin.
(Second Embodiment) FIG. 2A is a perspective view of a main part of a learning tracing plate according to a second embodiment, and FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view of the main part taken along the line zz of FIG. 2A. It is a figure. Reference numeral 1a is a learning trace plate of the second embodiment, which is composed of only the foamed resin plate 2 obtained by performing compression molding on a single plate of the medium and hard foamed resin plate 2 by slightly lowering the annealing temperature, and 1'a. Is a skin layer formed at the time of compression formation, and 5a is a tracing groove formed in a typeface for a writing brush. As described above, the learning tracing plate 1a of the second embodiment has the skin layer 1'a and the minute pores are formed in the tracing groove 5a. Therefore, when practiced with a writing brush or the like, Ink can collect in the small pores and leave handwriting in the tracing groove 5a without repelling ink or ink, so I could practice while visually checking. Further, since the brush tip or the like is guided by the tracing groove portion 5a, the brush tip or the like can be easily traced without coming off from the tracing groove portion 5a. In addition, the ink can be easily removed by washing it with water after use, or by washing it with a sponge when washing with water, so you can practice repetitive exercises many times.
